To be factual, there are so many brutal acts that has been perpetrated by the so called terrorist hiding under the umbrella of Islamic religion. They believe that according to their Faith they are to kill to be rewarded. I don't want to agree that God will want any man to murder his fellow human being.

I think the reason why people kill for religion is the based on the teachings and belief of their religion. They belief they fight to enable them have some rewards from God. It is unthinkable that people can't think properly to know what is right and what not.

In my opinion, I think both are good. It is always advisable to keep both long term and short term investments. Although short term investments do not usually attract more profit as long term investment but they can easy yield cash which can be used to meet urgent needs.
