I think it is okay, crypto is free, so people can create as much coins as the want to, maybe some people dont think that their coins is useless, so its fair that we have DOGE coin for example, because somebody just create it and its cool  Crypto is not free. as a developer: Creating a coin charge you money. creating a product charge you money. promoting the coin charge you money. listing it in exchanges charge you money. everything charge money. and charge a lot of money. as a user: trading crypto charge you money, sending crypto to different wallets charge you money. it's not free mate. |

Well every movement is literally reported by media and as you said it's not simple. That's why I've repeatedly saying that chance the hackers is going to cash out at the moment is slim. it's more likely that they will deposit it to their cold wallet and leave it for months or even years after this case is not a thing anymore however I'm pretty sure that the entire crypto community will always watch the address' every movement just like how we can know the movement of every whale address without any effort. I don't think entire community keep watching them forever. soon people will forget them. and they'll be able to easily move the coins anonymously and cashout them easily. Hackers are now getting smarter and amazingly large exchanges of Upbit Korea can easily be hacked even 2x $ 50 million and $ 16 million (Ethereum form)

how can you say that Binance is safe from the hackers? no man. binance is not safe at all. hackers can hack binance too. and binance has been attacked before (in May 2019 and $40.7 Millions were stolen). so saying that binance is safe from hackers is not a right statement. you should never vouch for any exchanges. As of now, I honestly think that if this one continues, hackers would become whales and become one of those who can control the cryptocurrency market.
this can only happen if hackers keep these stolen coins. but they mostly try to sell them as fast as possible to be able to escape easily. |

This is good but not anyone can do that when you start bottom up. First task is to be listed on CMC and it's not so hard. Do you not understand? CMC will not add them unless they are a registered company. End of story. they do not have to operate with fiat, not necessarily required to be successful. Company registration does not cost millions but you can run exchange if you don't have more than $50 in your pocket. where did CMC state that requirement? as long as I remember CMC don't care if an exchange is a registered company or not. they list coins and exchanges which met their required trade value etc.. maybe it's a new rule recently popped up. but I don't think CMC have that much time or they care to verify a project's regulations.. once they reach to a certain amount of trading volume. they can apply in CMC and get listed their easily. |

So far I have only heard Facebook coins but I don't know the details, because I am not interested and now the news about Facebook coins is not as good as before it was released which I thought was very viral at the time, and until now I did not know its development.
the Facebook Coin is Called Libra. it's suppose to be a Stable Coin Like Tether (USDT) but I don't know about it's price if it'll be backed with US dollar or some other currency. the coin is not launched yet as Facebook want to complete all the regulations before launching. ICO or IEO are not types of businesses, they are just ways to raise funding to support a business or start a business, and if someone want to do an ICO/IEO he must have a solid business plan. a prototype and regulation. and of course a lot of initial funding. without these he'll not be able to do a successful IEO/ICO for his project. in short words. IEO/ICOs are not recommended for individuals. |
