Yes, we have a balance inquiry fee. The card provider has it, and we also have it. But we also have positive points, delivery is included in the cost of ordering the card ( 40), regardless of the distance of the country.

Hello! Yes, both plastic and virtual cards require verification, it's quite ordinary one - face and ID or international passport. All the customers has right to request deletion of their personal data, it's one of basic GDPR ideas which OWNR complies. Lower fees go live really soon, all the fees which OWNR is in charge of are available by the link in the descrpition, nothing is hidden, but anyway there are some external banks' fees, e.g. when withdraw from ATM, and unfortunatelly OWNR can't help here, no one can but the bank itself.
