It just came up!

That's good news.  I would be lying if I said I haven't  been trying to load the site over and over today.
283  Economy / Gambling / Re: BTC Casino | News | Special Offers for bitcointalk.org Users on: December 20, 2014, 08:21:34 AM
Yeah, I got a badge or "achievement" on my user account for my first withdraw but they never sent to my address that's for sure.

I did read through the terms and conditions on their site since I posted last and it says they can take up to 24 hours to process.  That's my bad for assuming they took advantage of the way bitcoins work.
284  Economy / Gambling / Re: BTC Casino | News | Special Offers for bitcointalk.org Users on: December 20, 2014, 12:56:16 AM
No, wait a minute.  They changed the status of my withdraw back to pending.  That is some sorry stuff.  I didn't use a coupon or anything when I deposited.  What the fuck?

Here is my screenshot talking with support.  I didn't get a shot of the withdraw showing complete. I'd be careful with casinos that hold bitcoin withdraws.  They don't need to hold it if it is a small amount and you used no bonus and the blockchain has over 7 verifications.

285  Economy / Gambling / Re: BTC Casino | News | Special Offers for bitcointalk.org Users on: December 20, 2014, 12:37:37 AM
OK, they did my withdraw.

286  Economy / Gambling / Re: BTC Casino | News | Special Offers for bitcointalk.org Users on: December 20, 2014, 12:29:13 AM
i turned my 1mbtc into 10mbtc asked for a 5mbtc withdraw, its still pending, then i lost the other 5mbtc!
admin can you please hel[p me! i was told by support that withdraws were instant!

ok i got the withdraw! casino is real and actually paying if you win!
i only got one more issue, it doesnt say 1st deposit badge for me but i have deposited also doesnt say 100 spin badge and ive deffinatly done over 100 spins! can you help me get my account back in the right standings? thanks!
casino is awesome!

This is exactly what I worry about.  They don't take it out of your account when you request a withdraw.  It's a bad way to do business.  I did just win 10,000 credits though so I hope they follow through.
287  Economy / Gambling / Re: BTC Casino | News | Special Offers for bitcointalk.org Users on: December 20, 2014, 12:23:30 AM
Why do you hold withdraws when the deposit has already cleared on the blockchain?   It makes you seem less legit because you have no reason at all to hold it.  I asked the 24/7 support and they said, "soon".,
288  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2014-12-11] Reddit will work with Bitcoin & the Blockchain on: December 19, 2014, 08:50:29 PM
So there will be a reddit coin
(Kind of interested in it want to premine it haha)

Perhaps most notably for the digital currency community, however, was that all of these investors agreed to set aside 10% of the round’s proceeds to give back to the community, well guess we will need to wait for more info when it comes out.

No. Maybe some coin which name is "reddit-coin" but which is pegged to Bitcoin. No altcoin. They will use the BTC Blockchain for their project.

Or maybe they could call it reddcoin and claim it is the social cryptocurrency.  Oh wait.
289  Economy / Gambling / "Regular" online casinos and BTC as a payment method? on: December 19, 2014, 05:00:09 PM
Why don't more of the existing online casinos use bitcoin as a payment method?  Setting up as a payment processor would be super easy (especially compared to being a credit card processor for gambling sites in the US) and there is no chance of charge backs from second thought gamblers or stolen credit card users.   That should be a site operator dream come true.  They know the money is theirs to keep within a few hours.

I personally think they don't want to use bitcoins because it would make it easier for the player to withdraw winnings without having to jump through hoops.   I could see them still making you verify your identity for withdraw (taxes I guess) but they wouldn't have any reason to place arbitrary wait times on the withdraw method you choose.   Right now it's like:  Request withdraw, wait 48 hours for withdraw to get approved or denied, wait a week for them to send the payout request to processor, wait 5 days for processor to process and finally get your cash.

We are currently waiting for the database to re-import all users and games played. Because of the enormous amount of games played this year, it is taking a very long time. In the future, we will look into ways to aggregate this data so that the database does not get so ridiculously big.

Thanks for the update.  It's just nice to have word on what is delaying things.  I can imagine it takes a while to import the records.  I think I have tens of thousands of plays on slots alone.
291  Economy / Gambling / Re: ♛ BitCasino.IO - CHRISTMAS ADVENT WITH 24 BTC GIVEAWAY! on: December 18, 2014, 07:57:41 PM
It is a generous bonus even with rollover requirements I think.
292  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bitcoin Video Casino -- New .0001 BTC Credit sizes! [UPDATED 12/04/2013] on: December 18, 2014, 07:32:02 PM
As soon as we get the server back up we will process all pending withdrawals.

We have had server problems like this in the past and we have always, always paid out our users.

I'm very sorry about the inconvenience.

The sad thing (for me at least) as your site is the one I was most looking forward to playing at currently (and that isn't always the case).  I hope to play again soon.
293  Economy / Gambling / Re: Dragon's Tale - a Massively Multiplayer Online RPG/Casino on: December 18, 2014, 06:37:02 AM
Depends on what you mean by "working".   Yeah, you can deposit money and lose it but you can't really get help from anyone so take it for what it is, a place to lose money.
294  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bitcoin Video Casino -- New .0001 BTC Credit sizes! [UPDATED 12/04/2013] on: December 18, 2014, 04:47:39 AM
Came to see why the site was down.

The game will load and I'll press to start the game and it does this.  So far about 5 times in a row.

When I explained the errors to support I got the impression that is was just me having these isssues.  guess not.
297  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Attention ---------Bitcasino.io is rigged---------------Attention on: December 05, 2014, 12:50:13 PM
I'm going to withhold my opinion on the matter for the time being but I am interested in hearing if anyone else feels the same about bitcasino.io   I do agree with those saying you should bring forward documentation showing the things you have had happen in game.
298  Economy / Gambling / Re: FORTUNEJACK.COM | No.1 for Cryptocurrency Gambling | Provably Fair | 1 BTC BONUS on: November 22, 2014, 06:40:20 PM
I hit 10BTC on video poker today....twice.
Do you know when my withdraw will be processed?  I think there is one for 10BTC, .5 BTC and 1BTC I'm still waiting on.

Are you Adamintx?

How the hell did you manage to win 10 BTC in one bet (twice)? The max amount you can bet is 0.01 and max you can win (royal flush no joker) is 5 BTC.

Have they changed it after you won?

Anyway, congrats! Hope you didn't make them bankrupt  Wink

They lowered it to 5 after I hit it the second time.   They still haven't ran the cash out for the first 10btc.  (I spent the second 10btc in the casino playing the same game)   They just paid me.  Thanks FortuneJack.

300  Economy / Gambling / Re: ♛ BitCasino.IO - 190+ casino games with over 400 BTC in JACKPOTS! on: September 25, 2014, 05:01:11 AM
I tried out this casino tonight.  Wasn't having much luck and then finally starting going in a postive direction and the game I am playing stops working.  Other games work fine but the game I want to play just decided not to function for a bit.  It broke me.

Also, the support couldn't just give me the first deposit bonus.  I'm not sure why.
