Im also admin in trade forum which i get my money have proofs for this also.
May be you are ligit and completed several trades before but you don't have that much rep here on this forum to complete a trade with PayPal... So i suggest withdraw your funds to bank account and then try to buy with other payment methods which are more acceptable. |

you have to try locally .. friends,family,office,bank, its logical no one funds you that much while you have no rep here.

in my opinion either he is genuine and after getting several warnings about paypal he will quit on paypal or he is just a another scammer who try to feed his account for future.

for next month ritz dicreses per post count for "MEMBERS" but increases for above .. which little bit annoying for me  |

putting all your savings in either gold or in btc is not a good option,on the other way gold have established market you won't lose all in once but in btc invest only if you afford to lose its kind of gamble.
