I'm relatively new in crypto world, I followed it from 2 years but only 3 months ago I started to partecipate actively. I become curious on PMC for the type of distribution, for the idea (look the future of bitcoin now with mining only tx fees) and for the fair people there. Yeah yeah, still in PMC there are greedy people but this is the world. So, I don't have thousand of PMC but don't want to lose this chance like the guy who bought a pizza for 10,000 BTC. The future is strange and unpredictable but I hold my PMC and buy more if it's possible. Remember that the best strategy for some altcoin is buy and hold and I'm going to make this with PMC. Am I wrong, am I right...only in the future I'll know but I don't miss this for sure  |

Its major bottleneck right now is trade volume. It needs a bigger exchange. Yes, there are a lot of altcoins, but that is not PMC's problem. The problem is PMC isn't a pump and dump coin so nobody's shouting loudly like coin hypers do to get an altcoin listed. You can't even instamine PMC. It's everything you'd want in an altcoin, but that does also mean the people who shout the loudest are busy instamining/pumping crapcoins. I agree with Nullu, I think a larger exchange will give PMC a good push. EDIT: I'm still shocked that Cryptsy hasn't picked up PMC, maybe we're just not shouting loud enough lol. I remember that the suggestion in that video time ago was the creation of a pool. Many people read premine and think that PMC isn't minable. A pool(combined with BTC would be great) is the next task of our community. We are very strong all together and we need to have a common plan to make and not many at the same time. |

Well, I can't afford any significant amount of BTC right now, but maybe when some other coins take off I'll have some BTC to spare.
I've got a USB Antminer running at about 1.7 ghash/sec on Premine now. It's not a lot, but when I get 4 more it will help the network. I need to get some cooling on it next week though, I imagine it gets hot with the overclock.
I think that you need some different multiplier but I don't have ever done something like that on a usb miner |

It's the future of Bitcoin when all coins will be mined. At the moment there are also block scripts to encourage the miners to point their asics to the network. And remember that 1 PMC is about 0.30 USD at the moment and with good hash power you could earn something like 20 PMC at day |
