Well compared to most other Masternode coins the ROI is not that high. But I have to agree that you have to differentiate. How many of those 1000% ROI coins will still be there next year or even in a few months ? ALQO will still be there, therefore the ROI ( compared for the non crypto world especially) is quite high and will be even more rewarding with the upcoming exchange and expansion of the ALQO universe
That is exactly the thing! You can surely get a higher ROI with other newly released coins. But when you have a look at these "1000-something-%-ROI-coins" they always lower their ROI after two weeks at the latest. So you have to be really quick with these ones and sometimes have to buy the needed coins on some shady exchanges. On the other hand, ALQO is a very solid project for long term investment and still dead cheap to buy. With this one i prefer organic growth over short gains! It was getting out of hands a few months ago. There were projects selling their master nodes in some sort of auction from the premine and to receive maximum rewards, you would have to pay unto 3btc to get one. That's just a modern form of scam. Those projects die faster than they were born since the "dev" forked some coin and that's it. Nothing compared to a project like ALQO! |

I think most people use ethereum because it's the ICO machine. And eth devs are a dime a dozen. I think most do not even look into NEM at all. But that's starting to change. We are looking more and more projects moving over from eth, and new ones sprouting up on NEM almost everyday.
But that's something quite normal. ETH is branded linke the ICO institution of all Cryptos, and that leads to more and more people using it for their companies. Most likely the projects with limited developer knowledge just use ETH because a lot others do too and it´s an amazing Buzz word for people not long in the space. But you will notice more and more projects moving from ETH to NEM. And that are mostly projects with more underlaying quality |

Sometimes its a blind leading the blind. Its true most people really market buy anything which is shilled on twitter or here. Or invest in some ICOs without researching a little. That might have worked a few years back with most coins + patience, but that's not how it works nowadays.
Shame really, noobs get burnt and then decide to blame and FUD crypto when it was only their lack of research that led them to lose money. The market is a lot more mature than a few years ago and it will only mature more as time goes on with more regulations. Hopefully DECENT has some partnership news coming, RLC just announced they have partnered with Intel and RSK which is impressive. Hopefully DECENT developers have something that will make us stand out like so many other cryptos have at the moment. Yes its a pity. Everyone is self responsible for their investment. I know it might be hard to pic the right Coins or even ICo to invest in and not get scammed and make some Profit. But everyone being longer in Crypto knows that research and patience is the Key. Fudding the projects just because it doesn't give 10x Reward instantly or not an instant Binance listing exactly after launch is just wrong |

400. Ist jetzt nicht soo mega viel, aber zu dem Zeitpunkt stand der Kurs auf 1,50€ oder so und da wollte ich es eigentlich verkaufen aber habe es voll verkackt. Nun ist es fast nichts mehr Wert Die Zeit von Nem wird noch kommen. Also einfach abwarten und Tee trinken. Und nach einem Jahr den Gewinn Steuerfrei mit nehmen  Die Zeit kommt sicherlich nochmal. Das ganze ist ja eher exponentiell und ich finde die awareness für crypto und auch NEM ist 2018 immens gewachsen. Hätte ich damals doch 1-2 Stakes mehr gekauft:) Pro Stake knapp über 2 Mio NEMs: damals zu bekommen für einen halben Bitcoin(?), ist heute schon ein Vermögen wert... Inzwischen gibt es aber viele andere Projekte, die weitaus mehr Potential haben (wie Waves)... Warten wir ab, NEM wird sicher nochmal über 1 USD wert sein...
Ja im Nachhinein hätte ich das auch gerne getan. Oder eben einfach noch einen weiteren Stake für einen Freund oder so reserviert. War damals ja alles recht unkompliziert. Da muss ich dir leider widersprechen aber das ist natürlich auch jeweils immer persönliche Präferenz. Waves ist in meinen Augen ein solides Project aber in Bezug auf Potential gibt es da deutlich bessere Projekte. The hacker was on so many exchanges getting rid of so much that I truly can't believe they didn't slip up somewhere along the line. They tried every single avenue possible. I'm seriously impressed the price held as well as it did considering volumes are usually piddly. Buyers emerged out of nowhere. If you discount the XEM locked up in supernodes and foundation and developer funds it was probably a fair bit more than 10% of the supply. It could take a while to get some momentum back though. I agree that there have to be some sort of traces with all the XEM he sold. Hoping for the best. Absolutely. Nothing wrong to assume it´s around 10% of the circulating supply. Might even be more. But XEM did retrace on a smaller level than I thought with all the Hacker news and the large sum of dumping on exchanges. NEM has great future after latest move on getting approval for privacy based coins just opened way for NEM as well. It is best thing happened which will have wider impact and results for anonymous projects.
I haven't heard this news. Can someone fill me in, post a link, or whatever? It may be that I'm behind on the Telegram news channel. I'm not convinced that encouraging privacy based coins is the best move from a legal/regulatory standpoint, so would like to know more about this particular item. I have the alqo host and even with that I am having problems
what issues you have with alqo host of mn? you dont need to do nothing... chill and take your profits!! I am using the official hosting myself and had to restart only once. Every update is done by the dev team without having to restart the master node from your wallet. Maybe I was just lucky, but it´s working more than well since i rented it a few months back. Especially if you join discord, the information from the team-side is great about everything Even with own VPS hosted maternodes there are always "auto-updaters" (one line of code you simply put into your console) that solves the whole updating. Communication from ALQO team is always clear and straight (discord recommended). Okay than there is really no real reason to complain about issues since there shouldn't be some. I really like the service since it´s getting out of hand if you have different vps for some Masternodes and maybe he is/ was referring to something like that. Discord is more than great, without it you will miss the majority of great announcements of the Team |

Sucky that Golem continues to climb and Elastic continues to drop, does this mean people see Golem as the better project? I am much more invested into Elastic personally.
Give it time, the word of the day is "Decentralized". They'll come flocking to $XEL sooner or later. Just keep on accumulating. Good words. It is only necessary to understand the project more deeply and evaluate its competitors, as it becomes clear that XEL is the best! As soon as the main network is launched and the marketing campaign begins, competitors will swallow the dust.  And when will the mainet go live? Are there any independent reviews comparing Elastic to its competitors like Somn of Golem? I don't see how anyone could do a comparison w/o looking at the code. I think pushing the wallet exe to the avirus apps that are out there, to be 'investigated' would be one way of doing it.
(ie: when something is listed as a Potential threat, you usually have a way to Push it to them, via something like report False Positive.
a few you can upload the file to them for review...etc.
yea that's the best way to handle it. Many people won't touch the coin/ wallet if virustotal brings up positive results. too many people got burnt by trojans with wallets. It would be great if the file could be uploaded and checked by them to label it free from virus/trojans. but anyway good job from the MOOn Brazil team. |
