Your fund was about 14 M, a big part of that in XEM and the XEM price exploded at the end of 2017!

There were/are mostly two reasons:
1) Exchanges unwilling to accept coins with low trading volume (cause DIM is still kinda small)
2) Issues with listing NEM mosaics. You can read about it it in details here: https://medium.com/welcome-to-dimcoin/exchange-announcement-e5ea1897fdbc

To overcome issue number 2, DIM team developed a CLI tool to work with NEM API and shared it with exchanges.
You can find it here: https://github.com/dimcoindev/dim-cli

Regardless of this, team keeps contacts with all the mentioned exchanges, and as soon as they are ready to list us, we will be listed.

Very soon GOPAX (Korean exchange which will open DIM to Korean market and DIM/KRW pair) and Blockbid (regulated australian exchange) are coming.
It's just a matter of time to be listed on all the exchanges you've mentioned.

I think we will see a lot of exchanges listing DIM this year. If one bigger ones lists it, others will follow. And the nem based exchanges from the foundation will sure list DIM too

If you have all of the above there shouldn't be any issue logging into your account. Just download the lastest version and try it.

We have faith in you and DIMCOIN. Certainly with the official statement coming out is actually making us more secure that company do care about their investors and are worried about not paying in time. It does happen at time. Hoping for more progress and success in coming time to everybody.

I hold my coins on the official NEM wallet and i received my first divident payment in february 2018. On reddit i've read that next payout is scheduled by the end of June.

There has been plenty of good news of late. I do think once some more news comes out like, GOPAX exchange trading has started or HYBSE is ready to roll, The price will go up massively. The price is getting ready to rocket, I just hope that the few people manipulating the Hitbtc market by giving it fake increases doesn't leave a bad taste in the investors on that exchange when big news comes.

You need to import your wallet file(.wlt) from the location where it's currently saved on your device, the wallet file will be loaded in the browser/login page, you simply click the drop-down arrow on the login page to select the wallet file, enter your password and login. If the error persists, access DEPOTWALLET and recover your wallet: https://depotwallet.com/#!/recover. Recovering your wallet is easy, all that is required is your private key, but first, ensure that you clear your browsing history so that you can purge all the loaded wallets on your browser. Once the page is loaded, fill in the form with your wallet name, the private key, a new password(64 characters or longer password is recommended.) and click recover wallet command.

A new wallet file will be automatically downloaded and loaded into your browser, you simply click the drop-down arrow, select it, enter your new password and login. Please note that its recommended to access the premium wallet at all times. Both Nanowallet and DEPOTWALLET can be used to store XEM or DIM.
