Because it's decentralized and nobody controls it.

Im an EOS Knight's player, i think blockchain is a good platform to build the future game, blockchain will help p2p transaction in game more secure and trustable, i hope in future a good cryptocurrency for gaming will come, im still not enough satisfy with nowaday platform

Why are you not satisfied with today's gaming cryptocurrency?
I think it's convenient.
You can buy it with btc, buy it with eth and so on.
If there is a single token for all crypto-currency games, then nothing good will come of it

I also believe that making a single token for all crypto games is stupid.

I`ve read your argument about my proposal, and I realized I was damn wrong.
It's stupid, I get it.

Why so aggressive? It is not easier to forget all this and just live your life, develop, try to make your country better, not to criticize it

I'm really looking forward to the boss fight, too, but he's still not here.
How do you think this boss fight will be realized?

1) We, the entire audience of the Ether Kingdoms, fighting against one global boss, and then, in the end, get different rewards depending on our performance in battle.
2) Each player will have a local boss, for the victory of which will be given some reward.

What's more interesting for you guys?
I want to hear everyone's opinion

I think the best option is the second.
After all, why add a global boss, who will be killed in one week.
It is better to make a chain of local single bosses, for example.
Boss 1 lvl-500 HP, 10 Armour.
Boss 2 lvl-1000 HP, 20 Armour.
Boss 70 lvl-14000 HP, 200 Armour.
How about that?

Yes that looks cool, and the Stronger the Boss the better Rewards ! Cheesy

It looks kind of banal to me, it is present in all games. Personally, I'd like an event every month or an event (like leaderboard, for example) with temporary bosses.
For example:
Day 1-10 - leaderboard
Day 10-20 - free time
Day 20-31 - battles with bosses

To be fair, Ether Kingdoms is relatively loyal to newcomers with the freeplay update - you can try the gameplay up to level 15 without investing anything and then decide if you`re going to join the Imp ranks or not.
It was even more loyal before, during the Airdrop, as there were quests with bounty in IMPs (around 200 IMPs if my memory doesn`t fail me) that explained basic mechanics of the game. Who knows, may be it`ll happen again in the future?

Yes and its great, its hard to hit lvl 15 and do not keep playing, its addictive and the best part you can mine and make more coins! Cheesy I love it!

Freeplay mode is a really cool uldate.
Earlier, when I was just getting into the project, I had to buy tokens to understand the essence of the project.
Now everything is free.
You can understand whether to invest your money in the project, or not.

I have, too, such a situation often the case.
This is due to the fact that I wrote with errors and translated the text through Google translate

Finally the update is up. Listen, why there are so few opponents in the leaderboard?
People say that at the weekend there will be much more,  right?

I think it`s common thing for every online-game. Amount of players online is relatively low during the week, and higher at weekends.
In Cryptogames it`s even more evident, as the number of teenage players is low - these games aren`t that popular among kids so far.

Games are not so popular among teenagers? I do not think so.
I have a lot of friends  who are 14-16 years old and they are addicted to blockchain games, by the way, a lot of them play Ether Kingdoms.

You see, bivaetjetakoe, crypto-games are not popular among teenagers and this is true.
Teenagers are not addicted to blockchain games due to the fact that it is too difficult.
It's one thing to launch Steam, start the game and enjoy everything at once, and different thing is to find the cryptocurrency project, add funds to the wallet, sell / buy tokens on the exchange, track the course that would be profitable for selling and much more, you know

Of course really, about this organization is very little information, but it is in every country and no President has the right to manage it

All leaderboards are as such. Initially not that many people participate, but closer to the end there will be much more people.
There will be much more people to fight, remember my words:)

https://imps.me/?ref=nQYtTyLUOMtfEw5D my ref link if someone need it. I'll give 10 imps for for each of my referral at the start. I can also give the initial arts that can help at the initial stage of the game & can help with any questions related to the game

Long live the era of referral links!
But it seems silly to throw invitation links in this topic.
It is better to do it on twitter, Telegram etc., etc.

Yes, we've been addicted to our phones for 10 years.
Alas, this is the future.
And the further, the more terrible
293  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Blockchain Gaming and It's Future on: October 29, 2018, 02:23:26 PM
Hey there!
Lately i have been on a lookout for blockchain games, which i think is quite a hot topic now.

There are some where the whole gameplay is looking at the picture of a token you mined, and on the other hand - games with actual gameplay, for what it's worth.
Besides obvious Cryptokitties, i've assembled a list of games that took my attention:

1) CryptoSpaceX - beautiful space-themed project, they released Ep.1 i think, but i haven't looked at it much since July, so i might be wrong.

2) Ethercraft - you could say it's a roguelike-ish kind of game? Nice pixel graphics, live market.

3) CryptoSaga - for those of you, who loved jRPG's, here's a cool one. Animations is decent, have potential.

4) Ether Kingdoms - cute red\blue dorks mine themselves, and then go to battles to die. Very good art, and gameplay is decent too.

5) EtherRock - i wanted to include that one, because the idea is just funny. It reminds me of infamous potato salad kickstarter, in regards of effort, but those rocks are selling still.

6) Angel Battles - PvP oriented game, as far as i figured, very nice art, in my opinion, but the breeding part (regarding Angels) got me surprised a little bit there.
From the list you mentioned above, those look like an interesting games, I haven't play one of those, but if its worth the effort to join the game i think there is no mistake in trying to play it.

7) CryptoFights - 3D graphics aren't something to write home about, but gameplay seems interesting. PvP is my jam.

So, that's not at all everything that i laid my eyes upon, but those are prime examples i'd say, at least for me. I do, of course, enjoy interaction with another people in MMO games,
so my favorits are a little bit biased: numbers 1, 4, 6, 7. What are your opinions on future of blockchain gaming? If You have some games you've already tried, share your experience.
I'd like to add to list of things something new to look at, maybe even invest, as i strongly believe, that blockchain gaming possibilities are almost limitless.

Did you play these games?
Really, try it, maybe you will like it.
I also thought that this is nonsense, why should I waste time in a pixel game.
But decided to try it - no regret.

Do not want to help. But I will give advice: put all available money in advertising

You speak about earning 500 imps starting with 100 in battles, but I can't even earn 100 with 10, I lose all the time. You can`t even imagine how sad I am about it.

He will be able to drag heavy games, but there are laptops that are better from him and cheaper. Xiaomi gaming laptop, the price of 1300 dollars for a very cool build. Try it, you might like it

After they suffered after hacking, half of them closed forever, and half changed their names.
This is how many people write; this is precisely why you cannot find their names.

Guys, how much money you need to invest in a project in order to get the 100th level of the castle?
I read in the telegram group that some people reached it without spending a penny.

I believe those people participated in Airdrop, there were awesome quests with great bounty - perfect place to start.
As for the current state, you need from 400 to 600 IMPs to get level 100. With the current price (checking coingecko right now) 400 IMPs it will cost about 20 USD.
I suggest buying now, as the price will rise with the next patch.

When you said the price will rise, I decided that I would invest about 50 bucks in the project as I want to get the 100th level as fast as possible.
By the way, where else can I invest my imps so that in a couple of months I will be like "Damn, that's great that a couple of months ago I put my money in here"?

If you love Blockchain, obviously Blockchain gaming is a great choice for a gaming activity. That's going pretty much immersive, I would say.

Absolutely agree with you. Interesting when will all gamers understand that blockchain is the future.
