Funny how TZM claims not to have any official leaders however a small sect of individuals can make a decision without bringing it to their 500,000 members.

I would like to offer a 5 Million ZEIT for someone to create us an official Forum for us that we will integrate into our own website.
This will be our new movement headquarters where we can discuss how to utilize this crypto currency to benefit humanity.
This can be turned into a positive if we can demonstrate the value of a decentralized currency and how it can be used, we could change their mind. Even if TZM does not officially support us they can support our own initiatives to do with this coin what we wanted to do with them.
It is time to show this world what a group of dedicated people can do!

i think the event is a small setback, nothing thats going to stop Zeitcoin or our intentions towards the movement
be understanding of their lack of understanding and lets work towards bettering it.

We received this today from our contact we were speaking with. Hey,
Sorry to say, the global coordinators do not like the idea of alternative currencies - they believe it is against the message of the movement and are also concerned about fraud. I can really see the idea behind getting alternative currencies going, especially from a 'transition' standpoint, but unfortunately because we are hosting the international event, they have the final say. If you want to come to ZDay or one of the after parties in order to debate its merits with people in the movement you are welcome to do that. The movement has definitely become more strict in terms of drawing lines around what can be labelled officially 'Zeitgeist' and what cannot.
Sorry again  We will be attending the event to combat their stance however our new initiatives will be to start donating ZEIT to related charitable organizations that still stay within the means of the Zeitgeist Movements ideals. Stay Tuned we don't need their movement to create our own! Once we start these initiatives we hope that they come to their senses and start to stray away from their antiquated values and start to enforce their actual beliefs which are "The movement is loyal to a train of thought, not figures or institutions. man i can't believe all these people are just straight up dumping the coins, you don't make enough to pay for your rent or what? gonna be a while before we get through this sell wall.
We are dealing with whales with mega hashing power dumping once halving takes place in 2.5 days you will see a change actually probably before. |

So I'm not sure if the devs have discussed/mentioned/posted this, but what would be a realistic goal for this coin regarding its value in say 30 days, 90 days and a year? Any predictions?
1 zeit = 1million dollars. haha Im hoping its a steady increase in value not a sharp one thats why I dont see any rush top push this coin to fast. rather get everything stable get the foundations right and strong and then we see where it can go. Agreed we have been working on valuations but we want this coin to survive long term. Longevity is key for us so we are not making any rushed decisions we will slowly continue to build our following as well as our offline following and we will survive through this eventual crypto war that is inevitable. It shows current coins created and also provides all information relating to block rewards and values etc etc And we definitely do when this news hits watch out  i dont like coinwars, they ruin profit windows, by directing a bunch of miners at ZEIT To be honest I think they are already here our net hash has been ridiculous non stop |

Dev or anyone really, with POS am i right in thinking that what ever machine your wallet is on, that machine would have to be running 24/7 for POS to be active? because it only works if you connected to the network? so for holding would having your zeit wallet on a rig make the most sense? just trying to get a better understanding! also seems like the rich will just keep getting richer hmm
Running 24/7 would be best that means any time new coins hit your wallet you won't have to wait until next time it opens for the chain to recognize it. Running on your rig is a good idea as long as you have remote access to it allows for easier access overall. One thing to think of at 4 Satoshi buy as well you could get a tonne of them for not alot of btc and hold and gain interest ye thats what i figured, so maybe i try set up the or a linux wallet instead and just let my zeit sit on one of the rigs while they mine for zeit and earn me interest in the zeit that they mine! WIN haha I plan on buying more zeit thats why i hope it doesnt get on coinwarz to soon but ye I cant eat zeit or pc parts and I have to remember I have a social life...somewhere haha Hahaha once we have an official blockchain/explorer up i wouldnt be surprised if they all put us up we have already had requests from some which is what we are working on releasing by tomorrow for sure hopefully tonight |

Was discussing it with another team member we were calculating from day we did our original genesis block premine sorry we recompiled one more time before launch to ensure security which changed it
does that mean we need to update our wallets? including pools and exchanges to prevent a fork? No no this was done pre launch dont worry does not affect anything if there is going to be a new wallet build soon, i have 2 requests address checksum should include the coin name this way we can know if we are sending to a non zeitcoin address a simple warning would do, with the ability to continue anyway in case its a legacy zeitcoin address add an option to clear the command history in the console its a vulnerability to have my passphrase in cleartext in the command history we need to innovate if we really want to see this coin succeed thank you i could do this myself but im not familiar with the wallet code and my priority are set on something else that might be useful to this coins main purpose Thank you for pointing those out they are going to be worked on right now to be included in our next release which will be soon |

What payout halving means that instead of 250k - 1 million ZEIT per block the amount will be cut in half to 125K - 500K ZEIT
This will establish the coins value better on exchanges we have to get through the initial miners dump and then to the mooon !!!!
POS Payouts start 20 days from the second your coin hits your wallet. So hold them tight in there for 20 Days and you will see coins come in no mining required for them
If i send coins PoS will start from the moment i sent coins or still from first coins received? The coins need to stay in your wallet for 20 days to get pos on them |
