281  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Illegal activities is giving cryptocurrencies a bad image on: June 07, 2020, 10:42:41 AM
It is no coincidence that a technology that facilitates a lot of illegal practices is the technology that is have troubles gaining approval from world governments.

I read a recent publication that says, According to CipherTrace: Thefts, scams and other misappropriation of funds from  crypto holders and exchanges have resulted in a $4.3 billion in losses in the year 2019 so far, and this will likely go on until there is sufficient oversight for cryptocurrencies and blockchain related activities because the world givernments cannot relinquish control to the masses in the way that the blockchain wants.

Regulations is needed to attain mass adoption

Is this what you meant???

Regulation = scam free Huh

Well if this is it you are wrong, regulation can't make people have trust in crypto because there will always be scammers in this space, you want solution? How about some crypto safe haven for investor? Something that STO failed to do....how does this sound??? IEO did a good job already but just think about an exchange that guarantees any crypto you invest on with gov back up regulations?? That's what we need
282  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Giving away too much quantities of tokens in bounties on: June 06, 2020, 04:02:34 PM
I've seen one or two bounty campaigns on here with massive token allocations for bounty participants, I'm wondering how this won't affect the value of the token, I believe giving away too many quantities of tokens can easily ruin the value of the token, most especially bounties that are doing 4 Rounds of campaigns, what's your take on this???
That's not good, the team should be prepared for a massive dump, once trading starts many bounty hunters will dump those tokens on Exchange unless there are many buyers presently, it's all about the quality of the projects though but giving bounty hunters too many is not a good plan
283  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The best time to buy is NOW!!!! on: June 05, 2020, 01:53:04 AM
Getting set for the next push up in the crypto world i viewed the top 100 coins on coinmarketcap and i have identified about 5 different projects i am definitely going to get stocked up as the year goes by.

They are all selling at a very good price now. The best time to buy is now
Why create this post if you aren't willing to share the name of these five different projects you talking about? This post doesn't make any sense, you telling others that this is the best time to buy unknown coins? Bravo! The only coins worth buying right now is Bitcoin and Ethereum and few on the top 10 list, going under top 10 is your decision which is a risky one so God luck with that
284  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ERC20 Wallet Address on: June 04, 2020, 05:37:04 AM
Hi,
Sorry I am new to the Crypto world.
Trying to find out more details on the ERC20 Wallet Address and how Do I get one.
Is the ERC20 Wallet Address the same as the Etherium wallet address which I can get on coinbase.com?

Thanks
The right spelling is Ethereum not Etherium and yes to receive erc20 tokens you will need your Ethereum address, for beginners or newbies trust wallet is the best, because whenever you received a erc20 in your Ethereum address it will reveal itself in trust wallet interface, on other wallets you will need the erc20 token smart contract address to add in your ethereum wallet
285  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Technobabble? Too ahead of their time? Or truly next up? HOLO?? on: June 04, 2020, 05:17:15 AM
I'm a fan of HOT Token but everything is so silent on their social media now, I believe it will make a comeback, team have no reason to abandon the project, it was well hyped and people invested in the project, the token is very cheap so investing 100$ won't hurt or whatsoever
286  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Is it true that now only few bounties scams? on: June 01, 2020, 12:05:37 PM
It depends entirely on how smart you are when doing research on bounties, if you are good with research you can easily avoid bad projects but saying scam is now limited? That's not so true mate, I found this under scam accusation section

Bounty is still ongoing for that XTRM project, there are many more bounty projects that are caught as red flag, you need to be careful

You also have to keep your private key or Mnemonic seed very safe, don't write on piece of paper because they can get burnt or tore at your back, here is what I do, I find myself a silver steel plate and I carve the recovery seed on this steel plate, this won't die easily

Thanks for sharing this vital info, not your keys not your coins, it's simple as that, we have dex mobile wallets that are better, the only thing Xapo was good for is faucets, but not faucets don't bring any dime again, here are some good wallets

1) Trust wallet
2) Exodus wallet
3) Coinomi wallet
4) Bread wallet
5) Mycelium wallet
6) Myether wallet
7) Atomic wallet
8. Infinito wallet
9) Jaxx wallet
290  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: CZ and Coinmarketcap on: May 30, 2020, 11:21:20 AM
Yeah but that's not the real big deal there, beware of more manipulative acts by cz.Smiley
Lol, the fact is you can only manipulate volume not liquidity, there is no way to go about it, the truth will be revealed instantly, don't underestimate CZ, he is a money making man but he has huge reputation to protect, it's win win for everybody when it comes to CZ
291  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: 2key hits soft cap goal. Projects nowadays are still raising money! on: May 29, 2020, 04:17:34 PM
Amidst all these chaos in the world, its great to see projects still raising money in the crypto space.

2KEY public round is the last stage before the listing and IEO on May 12th. 6.6M 2KEY will be sold, the goal of this round is $400K, and participation is with ETH. More details here and to participate.

Will we see more startups be supported by the community before and after halvening?
Yes thanks to IEO many new projects still raise fund successfully, some over softcap if the exchange isn't that great with volume and liquidity and others over hardcap, the bad side of IEO fundraising event is going to small exchanges for launchpad, it's why many new projects succeed using binance exchange, gate.io, kucoin or okex
292  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BOOM - First Self-Burning Cryptocurrency Based on Smart Contract on: May 29, 2020, 04:05:02 PM
Looks like another BOMB Token to me, deflation can actually drive price but is this all that this token can offer? No real use case than battling inflation with deflation? Anyway goodluck, i will just pass by 🏃🏃🏃
