I have a great experience of using crypto currency exchanges. My worst experience is that there are lot of exchanges in market that have very low trading volume. And that's why our order did not filled. I will not mentioned here any specific exchange here. But there is a issue with lot of exchanges.
They place there buy order at a price of 95$ . And sell order 105$. When price was at 100$. But if you placed your buy order at 100$ your order will not filled. You need to buy expensive at 105$. But if price goes down then your order automatically filled. Exchange place their own buy and sell orders

I think you need minimum one exchange account to trade on it. There is no need to make many accounts. And it's very difficult to manage all accounts. So, I prefer you make account on binance l, Coinbase, ftx exchange etc. These are all top exchanges of the world. You can choose anyone of exchange and start your trading journey with it. These are all good platforms for you as a trader. Day trading is not so easy. We have to learn different indicators for judging graphs.

Yes it is true that bitcoin does affect almost all altcoins in the crypto market, according to my analysis bitcoin is indeed showing bearishness, but if we look at the history of bitcoin from previous years, bitcoin has always shown an increase, yes bitcoin is showing bearishness but may be bullish again in a few months forward.
One thing still stand sure about bitcoin , that it is really a volatile coin. It is highly volatile that it recovery can just be very fast than you imagine.
