281  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: How do we get the damn via btc accelerator service to work? on: December 31, 2017, 09:33:14 PM
The transaction shows 488 bytes.  My Bitcoin Core 15.0.1 wallet is fully updated and it shows a 0.00 balance.  Am I able to resend a transaction for some amount of bitcoin even though it shows a zero balance?

Did it got fixed now? Those 488 bytes are right, and if you sent over 400/500 satoshis per byte your transaction should go through in a few minutes from now (take a look over the mempool charts)

I sent one with less than 300sat/byte and it got through in less than four hours (and that fee is extremely cheap)

Viabtc is crap, and all the free accelerators are the same crap.
282  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Investment on: December 26, 2017, 11:40:00 PM
And why you are quoting this guy talking about ethereum? He is just talking about the people who is investing on bitcoin and how they are adopting it.

I’d suggest you should invest in Ether. The name might sound new and you might not know much about this cryptocurrency either. But as unthinkable as it sounds, Ether is the second most popular cryptocurrency

Anyway, i dont think that the quantity of users who are using bitcoin gets doubled every 12 months, that is a lot of time..

Maybe it is less than three months, how can you explain tha the price increased by more than ten times during this year? There is no way to explain that if you said that the bitcoin population doubles by itself in just a year.
283  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin gambling is legal? on: December 26, 2017, 10:30:26 PM
In the countries that gambling is ilegal probably yes, but far as i know there isn't any country who does not allow their people to gamble their money.

Gambling is probably one of the best sources from where a lot of people is earning money from profiting from the ones who are constantly losing, lmao.

Casinos with physical buildings have been legalized because the government also earns a lot of income from applicable taxes, it is widely recognized by developed countries because gambling also serves as entertainment

So no, there is no need to worry about the legality if your country allows gamblers.
284  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Any esports betting sites that take litecoin, eth, etc. ? on: December 26, 2017, 10:15:37 PM
I suggest you visit BetEast.eu they have an e-sport section and they accept some of the less popular cryptocurrencies and it's a secure website that way you won't have to pay high fees for your transaction.

Dont listen to this guy, they are going to charge you outrageous fees anyway, there is no way to avoid the fees.

If you want to join a casino that is taking litecoin, ripple, and so many other coins as a way of funding your account, then try to use the ones who are in this forum.

I dont know if the one who is on my signature is offering this kind of services, but it is plenty of them in the forum.
285  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Benefits from Gambling on: December 26, 2017, 10:02:06 PM
The benefits from gambling is i can doubling my money in a second.

Haha you really made my day.

You can easily double your money on gambling on the roullete, poker, and so on.. But you can easily lost it all in a second

There are more chances for you to lose your money instead of doubling it. The house is always going to win, no matter what, and there is no way to change that.

So stop creating that kind of bullshit, everybody know how risky is gambling all your money.
286  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What's the Ripple future prediction? on: December 26, 2017, 09:41:12 PM
I believe that Ripple will have potential to grow in coming years, but i want to know your opinion about Ripple. Also, is it safe to HODL in Ripple for like 5 years?

Ripple has a huge potential, but you should really know that the price of each ripple has increased from two cents to more than one dollar and twenty cents.

Maybe if you know some maths, you should be able to realize that the price has increased by more than 60 times in just a year, less than a year if we want to be specific.

It is risky, ripple has a huge technology, but yes, the price is very high right now and it could crash at any time.
287  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: losing 50 bitcoins gambling on: December 26, 2017, 09:29:04 PM
I would not even know what to do if i lose that huge amount of money, honestly, i would even consider about commit suicide, i am seriously.

I think losing 50 BTC in gambling is really insane which could lead us to broke. Stop gambling if you're still okay in finances. Just find a job or income from investing or trading.

But the OP Lost that money more than months ago, when the price was less than 10 times lower than what it is right now.

But yes, it is a huge amount of money and maybe it would be much more depressed to know that you los something that now has increased by more than ten times from what it was before.
288  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What was your worst mistake in Gambling? on: December 26, 2017, 09:14:30 PM
Never chase your loses, Once you make profit cashout. Gambling is like a circle, if you don't know when to stop you'll end up at the starting point Smiley

I had this kind of mistake a few months ago, when bitcoin was less than $700 each.

I gambled with aproximately 0.20 in one night, i was with some friends, during that time it wasn't good money $140, that is not much money...

I lost it all, and now i really regret about it, they would be worth more than $3200 right now! That is why i am almost never playing in casinos or dices anymore.
289  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think bitcoin price will be until the end of this year (2017)? on: December 26, 2017, 08:59:33 PM
I was waiting to see if the price was going to decrease a little more but today it just went um from 14k to 16k. Do you think there will be a more suitable moment to buy in the next few days?

The price has touched more than $16800 today, and it is still going up, i dont know what are you trying to do.. But if you seriously want to buy, do it now. you already had a chance to buy when it dropped hard to $11k.

I dont know, but i wouldn't buy at this price, in fact, i bought a little part of bitcoin a few days ago when it dropped.

Maybe it would be a little bit risky to join the party right now, maybe-
290  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will this affect sports gambling ? on: December 25, 2017, 11:27:21 PM
a transfer cost more than 200 000 000 euro !  That transfer affected  the price even of normal players, like Romelu lukaku who left for Man united for 100 000 000 euro. Do you think all that will have a good or bad result on gambling ?

Why would it affect gambling?

There is no way that it could affect directly to it, because you are placing bets.

Anyway, i can not understand how is it possible for the club's to pay that incredible amount of money, from where do they get that money?

100 million euros for a single player, sometimes it is not even profitable for some teams.
291  Economy / Speculation / Re: More downside action for Bitcoin on: December 25, 2017, 11:05:37 PM
You should really stop doing this kind of analysis, head and shoulders are nothing, and they can not predict the price, specially when you are talking about bitcoins.

Head and shoulders breach triggered sell off near term bear

With just a single pattern you are not going to recognize if the price is going up or down, i am a good trader, and i have been trading on forex for more than two years, and one and a half on the altcoin market.

And it does not work by that way.

Trust me, the selling season has already ended, you will see that the price will start to go up soon.
292  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Waiting for two weeks, no one confirmation! on: December 25, 2017, 10:26:18 PM
I've made a transaction of 33 dollars worth of BTC 14 days ago as of now with an abominable fee of 12 dollars and still no one confirmation! Preposterous! How long should I wait?

Abominable fee of 12 bucks? are you serious? The minimum amount of money for making your transaction go through is more than $35 at the moment, and it was aproximately $20 two weeks ago.

came on, why dont you use one of those accelerators? But i think that it will cost you more than what you paid for that.

Just keep calm, it will get confirmed soon, but it will take more than days,.
293  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Biggest profit from an AirDrop? on: December 25, 2017, 09:58:23 PM
TRON (TRX) was the first one for me that actually did something.
500 free TRX peaked at ~$30 and is currently worth ~$19

That is nice, i was not aware of that TRON had a free airdrop in the past, in fact, i thought that the only airdrops that we are seeing on the market right now or just in here are the crappy ones.

But i never heard about the airdrop of TRON, correct me if i am wrong.

500 is a nice amount compared to what you get from other airdrops, aproximately $1 per each one of them or $5 maximum.
294  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: HitBTC problem with withdraw on: December 24, 2017, 03:19:37 PM
Do you think that this will help him out? Of course not.

if you want get fast response you can post in hitbtc official thread or open thread in exchange section

Are you able to exchange those XEM to other currency? A few days ago i had the same problem as you, i wanted to withdraw some Ripple and it didn't let me do it, because it was under maintenance.

But i was able to exchange it to other crypto and then withdraw those smoothly.

Try this.. but if you say that you have your balance locked, then it would be difficult to do so.
295  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: John McAfee just tweeted about Reddcoin (RDD) right? on: December 24, 2017, 02:40:36 PM
He is hyping a new coin everyday, he is just purely manipulating the price of almost all the coins.

I just saw John McAfee just tweeted about Reddcoin and then I checked coinmarketcap, RDD price has move to 3 figures, so current values like this, $0.017274 USD (46.25%) 0.00000130 BTC (67.13%)

When he tweeted about Electroneum, the price went up by 80%.

When he tweeted about the other coint that he posted yesterday,  it grew up by 60%

It seems that he is losing popularity right now, this is the third coin that he tries to hype and it could rise only by 40%.

296  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Arbitrage between Korea and US brokers on: December 24, 2017, 02:05:03 PM
1.Korea is 30% more expensive than the United States. 2. You buy coins in the United States. I sell in Korea and withdraw money. 3. Divide your earnings by 1/2 4. We have huge profits because of continuous transactions.

Came on, dont you think that you are so clever because of that?

Let me tell you that most of the Korea exchanges are going to ask you for giving your identification, the KYC but from them, most exchanges from there are using that.

If you have to provide some ID's or whatever they ask you to give them, are you going to provide it? dont you know that most korea exchanges are created by normal people and they do not have a proper volume?

If they want to disappear, they can do it in just a few minutes.

Thank you, but that is too risky
297  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Future of altcoins without Bitcoin on: December 24, 2017, 01:38:55 PM
You are completely right, i dont know why a lot of people doesnt agree with you, because this is the pure truth.

I am thinking that if Bitcoin ever crashes, I mean completely drops to a very low value and when doesn't increase anymore. Then the altcoins are going to drop too and won't have a high value anymore too,

If bitcoin dies = everything dies too, it is not because i am being skeptical, but this is the real fucking truth, just ask this to anyone who has a little bit knowledge about cryptos.

He will tell you the same, it is like saying that if Euro and US dollar dies, the whole economy would be fine, do you see it ? it makes no sense at all.

298  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Possible 100x coin? on: December 24, 2017, 01:05:46 PM
Any information of why everybody is strying to hype this coin? i saw that you are looking for a new x100 coin,
that is impossible at the moment, just because of the situation of the market.

XSPEC is a seriously undervalued coin with a low supply and amazing privacy. This coin uses Ring signatures and OBFS4+TOR. This is the hidden gem of 2018..

But i have seen that everybody is hyping spectrecoin.

Is there any information of why they all are doing the same? or they are just bots who are trying to hype this coin with no information at all?

if you have some kind of explanation that really convinces me i am able to put some money in there.

299  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Etherdelta up again? on: December 24, 2017, 12:53:08 PM
Be careful guys, because it is now online it doesn't mean that it is 100% safe to use.

So as long as you're on the correct exact website, (https://etherdelta.com):
,
then it's safe to use.

You know that this exchange has been recently hacked, and it doesnt make me feel confortable at all.

You all know that if a site is hacked one time, it can be hacked twice, it has been happening since the beggining of everything in everything that concerns about cryptos and exchanges, specially.

If you are going to use it, just put a little amount of money in there, dont risk too much.
300  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I hate the BTC transaction fee and the long long wait for the @^%& to confirm! on: December 24, 2017, 12:40:00 PM
Aparently until the Lightning Network isn't ready, we are not going to see faster transactions and lower fees.

But dont be so scared, a few hours ago i sent a transaction with 480 satoshis per byte and it got confirmed in less than an hour and a half.

I just tried to sent some BTC and the dam price is so high and it's 24 hours and still no confirmations! I hate it so much! When is the dev team going to fix this???

Maybe this is good for you, it is almost a 1/3 of the current recommended fee (aprox $26)

Just dont be so greedy, and pay those $13 - $15 and your transaction will go through.
