How much time do cold wallet withdrawals take? I'm waiting almost a day already.

Hot wallets normally don't empty too often, we aim to check the hot wallets at least 1-2 times a day. Occasionally we get a big winner, and withdraws the entire wallet. You may withdraw right after the player withdraws and our wallet check-in right before the player withdraws, and our next schedule wallet check in is at the end of the day, which leads to an unfortunate bad timing and maximal waiting time. But it shouldn't happen that often
If your withdraw is a large withdraw requiring cold-wallet, we aim for at least 1-2 times a day. The wait shouldn't be that long, if we did the cold wallet processing, and one is right after, the next window should be at the end of the day. But usually should be reasonable speed
