When will he found out the verdict and what time is he looking at? Hope all goes as well as it can though.

And speaking of bitcoin releated trials, what's happening with the Silk road case?
282  Economy / Services / Re: [NastyFans] [Lowest Paid Signature] Earn NastyPool Lotto Tickets on: September 03, 2014, 01:28:25 PM
Any idea why mine doesn't look right? I tried to do this when you first posted the signature code but it didn't look right to me so I went back to just my BB site.. I just copied and pasted into the textarea and posted - is there another setting somewhere in my profile that I'm not aware of?

Probably because it was designed for Snr or Hero Members and it wont show up right seeing as you're only a Full Member.
283  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Mr Bitty Loves you Alll BittyBing is opening soon for beta testing on: September 03, 2014, 01:21:22 PM
So has Mr Bitty sold his account or something? He seems to be advertising for a signature campaign now and his posting style is much different. And what happened to his own gambling site? Seems weird he would promote another one.
284  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2014-09-02] Hacker claims to have Jennifer Lawerence sex tape on: September 03, 2014, 01:06:17 PM
Why would a bunch of starlets keep nude pix on their phones and/or in the cloud? Surely the only reason to put them there is so they can be "discovered" and "revealed" at some appropriate time in some appropriate way.

I'm intrigued that a flaky nude-starlet-pix story has legs (sorry) in this era of widespread (sorry) free porn. It seems very old-fashioned - Hollywood manufactured scandal, circa 1945 - but hey, if people fall for wardrobe malfunctions in the 21st century then why not give it a try. I'm even more intrigued that some media voices keep trying to turn it into a BTC story.

In today's news.... Woot!

Maybe because they didn't even know they were there. Mary Elizabeth Winstead seemed to be perplexed at how someone had gotten them seeing as she 'deleted' them a long time ago.
285  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2014-09-02] The Coming Demise of Bitcoin’s Sole Reign on: September 03, 2014, 01:04:12 PM
I don't see how this will be it's 'coming demise'. Sure, merchants cam accept other currencies but I see no real need to. Very much doubt they will get many people wanting to pay in all these different shitcoins anyway so it'd probably be a waste of time.
286  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What to do with one full bitcoin? on: September 03, 2014, 12:59:08 PM
If you risk investing it you also risk loosing it. I think the best way to invest it would be to do nothing but hold onto that coin. Give it a few 1-3 years and I'm sure it'll be worth a lot more than it is now, though of course the opposite is also true  Cheesy.
287  Economy / Services / Re: [NastyFans] [Lowest Paid Signature] Earn NastyPool Lotto Tickets on: September 03, 2014, 12:55:48 PM

Got a laugh out of the thread title though [Lowest Paid Signature] lol
288  Other / Politics & Society / Re: American Health care: $10,169 for a blood test? on: September 03, 2014, 12:45:35 PM
American healthcare is a joke. Healthcare should be fundamental human right and free for everyone. Nobody should be paying for healthcare in a civilizied society.

Free? How?. Do you want doctors to work for free, as slaves? Or with "free" do you mean charging others for it, no matter if they agree or not?

I believe a socialistic system is the right way for such services as healthcare/emergency services and water etc. People definitely shouldnt be paying 10k for a bloodtest. How can anyone actually be expected to pay that much?
289  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Bitcoin Vs. Paypal on: September 03, 2014, 12:31:48 PM
Bitcoin for me, the fee's are definitely not as high as PayPal's which I feel is quite extortionate now and you don't have the problem with people trying to make chargebacks like you do with PayPal meaning you can easily get scammed.

As already discussed you can send payments via paypal for free just like you can with btc. Usually the heavy fees come in when you use it with ebay. I do hope that bitcoin will force paypal and ebay to lower their fees or change they ways they do business.
290  Other / Off-topic / Re: Movies with bitcoin wallet on on: September 03, 2014, 12:30:10 PM
Is there any movies with bitcoin walleets featured? Please tell us also  Wink Wink Wink Wink Wink

TO shoot serious movie takes some time.  You see bitcoins are out at least tiny bit serious for like 4 years. I am sute that in coming years, there will be bitcoin used in many main stream movies.

Yeah that's a good point. I'm sure people are writing scripts as we speak that feature  bitcoin in some way. I'm sure there's already a few floating around or that are in pre/production so we'll start seeing bitcoins in films within 2-3 years time.
291  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: how does it bitcoin work? on: September 03, 2014, 12:27:34 PM
How do you make itbecome a money making machine?
Bitcoin is money

Lol. I'm starting to think op is just a troll looking at his other threads and name. Either way looks like op is in bitcoin for all the wrong reasons.
292  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: On what sport/team should Bitcoin sponsor? on: September 03, 2014, 11:52:14 AM
Heard that seedcoin will be sponsoring Chievo Verona in  Serie A. Seedcoin is an upcoming alt coin tho. Bitcoin has a lot of power to sponsor a team. So who do you want bitcoin to sponsor?

Is it actually an alt coin this Seedcoin? It looks like it is a bitcoin start up,  but it's promoting this Jetcoin thing that looks like some sort of alt coin.

See here: Hmm http://cointelegraph.com/news/112425/new-cryptocoin-to-sponsor-serie-a-football-team

Hmm http://cointelegraph.com/news/112425/new-cryptocoin-to-sponsor-serie-a-football-team

Seedcoin seems to be a bitcoin 'start up incubator' whatever that means, but it's promoting this Jetcoin thing that looks like some sort of alt coin.
294  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: seedcoin on: September 03, 2014, 11:34:39 AM
In what capacity have they sponsored them? They're going to get put on their shirts? I think it'll take a lot more than that for this coins to be big regardless.
295  Economy / Invites & Accounts / Re: Senior Member Account For Sale - 40+ Trust - Need to pay off Bills on: September 03, 2014, 11:32:30 AM
Why admin dont banned user selling account on forum ?  Huh

Because it's almost impossible to stop or police so they allow it.

You don't know what you're talking about, likely because you're a newbie. I've seen countless other users get scammed due to accounts being sold.

Can you provide some examples of these succesful scams. I've never seen anyone scam with a confimed sold account, and I'm not saying they don't or wont happen, but most people just buy accounts for signature campaigns it would seem.
296  Economy / Speculation / Re: Serious question. Who SELLS at this level? on: September 03, 2014, 11:02:33 AM
Isn't the objective of a speculative trader to buy LOW and sell HIGH?

I first bought some btc back in November before the massive rush to over $1k.

Now, more than ever is a seriously incredible opportunity to BUY.

How are more people not buying coins at this bargain prices?

Many people are buying at this price. Many people are also selling at this price, and some people are holding waiting to sell at a higher price. There's always going to be a mix of the three at varying levels. Personally I wouldnt selll my coins at the current price simply because I feel it will rise dramatically at some point.
297  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is it possible that 1 BTC be worth $2,000 by the end of 2015? on: September 03, 2014, 11:00:29 AM
Of course it is possible but I wouldnt expect it. I'd concentrate more on helping spread the word and adoption rather on what speculative price it could be. The price I'm sure will climb naturally the more merchants jump on board.
298  Other / Archival / Re: Need $2 Paypal | Will pay preev +10% on: September 03, 2014, 10:57:26 AM

299  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: buying up to 1 btc with Paypal. on: September 03, 2014, 10:55:37 AM
Surely you need to be the one trusted here with PP. Not sure if you'll get any interest as even escrow is useless when using paypal.
300  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Bitcoin Vs. Paypal on: September 03, 2014, 10:46:51 AM
True, but there's also the flipside with bitcoin. If you lose your balance due to fraud or hacking those coins are gone forever and you're not going to get them back so swings and roundabouts really.

You are right, but I can accept the loss if it happens because I did something wrong (like clicking a phishing link or downloading a malware).
On the other hand, I don't feel right getting scammed by someone else.

Of course as Neg said above, you will very likely see a one-sided preference here on bitcointalk. Smiley

True in that case, but there's also the possibility of getting scammed by a merchant. Imagine buying something with btc and they never sent the item. At least with PayPal there's a good chance you can get your money back, though of course there is also the possibility of fraud being commited on the merchant this way too.
