The difference is on how much time you spend for airdrops and bounty and money amounts that you get.
Airdrops: you spend your time less than in bounty doing ( registration, doing some actions to receive tokens) and there is no garantee that a project/projects  will be real not scam. The same fears are for bounty also but in case of successful project  you get much more bonus than you get in airdrops.

It's never too late to buy ETH. Especially now when its price is not high.

We don't know is it the beginning of a new bullish trend that will reach new heights or just local pumping but anyway this movement down goes to its end.

I don't think that cryptocurrency is a 100% bubble. Crypto is just a part of new-age technology which is in initial period of its development. Tokens are like shares on the stock exchange, it's nothing special. If the project is real and is constantly developing - the token prices grow. Like shares of famous brands.
But of course there are fraudulent projects which develop tokens without real product, create a stir, collect money and finally disappear.

All coins are not dying now. It is just a period of correction as it was before in previous years. This is normal evolution of the cryptomarket: there's no growth without falling. You should wait a little - maybe 2-6 months - and you will see green market.

Usefulness of each option depends on your trading strategy. If you want to speculate in active way - you keep your tokens on exchange in order to operate them, if you have plans to hold for months - it's better to place tokens in wallets. For example MEW for ERC20 tokens.
