Yeah same here, after Craig post that it was fixed it works well till yesterday 7pm then the error come back...
So its happening across multipul App its on my plinko and dice the other games are fine and i think you said it was on your dice game has it got to do with the new V2 API's ?? Please try now. Its actually not with AP2 directly, the load balancer was stripping the headers. I initially corrected this but it seems it didn't take on one of the other boxes via Puppet

I just started on MoneyPot.com and I have an incoming deposit that already has 22 confirmations, but is not added to my balance. What can I do? Wait for version 2? Inside my account the incoming transaction is still shown as unconfirmed.
Credited. Sorry the message says you didnt provide a valid hash , we were getting it yesterday for a little bit then someone from moneypot put up it was fixed and it was , its only on some games , is there a problem ?? What ever app you are playing on needs to generate a new hash for you.

Some parts of the MoneyPot V1 have been redirected through V2 of the API.
Explicitly, this refers to two routes in particular.:
(get) /v1/hashes => /v2/hashes Request No change
Returns Fields auth_id created_at hash (deprecated) bet_hash (new)
(post) /v1/hashes => /v2/hashes Request No change
Returns Fields hash (deprecated) bet_hash (new)
Notes
The deprecation of the naming convention is part of our goal to keep all terminology the same throughout the api. In future versions of the API, deprecated routes will not be available. nor will they be listed in the official documentation. PLEASE UPDATE IMMEDIATELY. This is to ensure that we continue to maintain the highest level of excellence and offer a level of backwards compatibility.
For those wondering why the route is being redirected instead of explicitly deprecated: Our goal is to ensure consistency throughout the application. In version 2, several new features are being implemented that rely directly on the logic included in v2 of the API. This logic has going through millions of testing iterations to ensure consistency and reliablity.
More of Version 2 will be made available in the coming time.
For those who are interested, we also set a header in version 2. It is "MP-API-VERSION: 2.0.0."

Great to see things are moving forward. Nice to see v2 coming up. I think the current site design doesn't do much justice for the site so I hope the upcoming design is better Just my two satoshis Hi there i was wondering has a date been put in place for conversion to V2, just so can plan for any modification to casinos and api functions within the code
thanks in advance!!
They haven't given any date for it as there's been some delays and they don't want to disappoint anyone. What I have heard is "soon" so it can't be too far away. ok was just wondering as im sure they will have to be modification to game codes and such like the API calls and such and just want a heads up from someone from moneypot so i can look at what has to be modified, to keep the casino online without much disruption!! im asking the above Question again to someone from the moneypot team ok was just wondering as im sure they will have to be modification to game codes and such like the API calls and such and just want a heads up from someone from moneypot so i can look at what has to be modified, to keep the casino online without much disruption!! Cause people have put in a lot of money to develop sites and dont want to wake up and fine that there apps/casinos are offline , so any indication would be nice like will there be a time for the change over , both versions will run side by side for x amount of time , or is it a ways off ?? These will be released when the v2 is officially released. Some aspects of the API are still actively being developed.

Thanks for all the support guys. I think Bitcoin gambling has matured and improved a lot since BetKing started and players have a much safer environment to play. BetKing, PrimeDice and BitDice weeded out all the scam sites after Just-Dice closed. We set the bar high for trust. Well for the sites that were popping up, obviously dooglus is the most trusted on here So the next sites like Better Bets, SafeDice and Crypto games and now new sites like Bitsler, Bitvest, KingDice and YoloDice developed high quality products to attract players instead of just another scam site looking to build a bankroll through crowdfunds to run off with I've had my differences and silly arguments with a few site owners in public on this forum (dooglus and Alex mostly but it's competition right? ) but I know better than most how hard the work site owners put in is and how stressful it is. So keep it up. Don't scam (you make more in long run) and keep making your sites brilliant for the players. I don't wanna have to re-open BetKing in 6 months All the best Dean, I applaud your efforts as you ran a very successful site. You have gone even further to prove your legitimacy as you are doing something that most wouldn't by paying back those who had placed faith in your site. Let's be sure to remember BetKing as one of the greats! Good luck in the future!

error can't reset my password I just tried another users link who had this error. If you copy and paste the whole link it shows the reset page. Entering passwords worked for me when testing. Do you have any browser extensions blocking scripts or cookies? If so I would try disabling them temporarily. Let me know if that solves it. I have tried to reset my password but I did not receive any email from you. This is a weird one. I can't reproduce the issue even when I try other peoples reset links who failed so I can't fix it yet. However if you do get this error email support@betking.io and I will set a temp password. Sorry for inconcenience I'm getting as well. It's after submitting the new pass. It fails. Error fixed now. Can confirm thank you. PS, placed request to withdraw.

We have several thousand dollars of infrastructure with cost ever increasing
Then you need to optimize code, as it's way over normal price, even if you use whole AWS stack and not dedicated servers which are like x10 lower in running costs. Regards, Alex. As we power several other websites, it is important that we have a stable platform. Here is a breakdown of our infrastructure. Note that this has absolutely nothing to do with optimizing code, but rather providing a redundant environment for our architecture. 3x Load Balancers 2x Web Servers 2x API servers 2x Socketpot Servers 2x Database Servers (Master / Slave configuration for redundancy) 2x Coin Servers (one active, one maintaining chainstate in the event that it needs to be promoted) 1x Dev environment 1x Staging environment We also have to account for cloudflare, backups, bandwidth, and other related expenses. Im not going to go further into the specifics of our infrastructure configuration, but you can see that we take our infrastructure seriously.

Merry Christmas everyone. Support will be a little slow today and tomorrow (as all of the Moneypot team is celebrating the holidays). We apologize for that but will try to check in from time to time if there are any issues. A lot of good points were brought up and I will address them after the holidays (or if I can sneak in some time). @Fiscorcle, there will be optional kelly multipliers in the future You are joking right? Your dev CrazyCraig jumped in my thread complaining that I'm not allowed a holiday! Even though what was actually happening was totally different as I'm sure you are aware I didn't say you weren't allowed a holiday. I said that you had my trust and that I was waiting paitently and I understand why others have the right to frustrated. Look at the context in which I responded. But truthfully, best believe if our site crashed I would be there responding to it. I wasn't attacking you, just trying to justify why others were upset to someone who was trolling them. I have no beef towards your site or you.

The ideal thing would have been to ask people that want to withdraw to withdraw. You dont just go offline for maintenance with my btc still inside and not tell me before u do so. Why cant u guys call a spade a spade. I dont care how good or how bad he is. I just care about my money. You dont keep my money idle for days like that.
... First: if you put your btc on any website, no matter the website, you should consider it as unavailable without a 7days delay. That's like basic rule, you don't know what could happen and hundreds of tansactions are blocked for different reasons so never consider money not in your wallet as available Second: Asking people that want to withdraw to withdraw isn't really much easier cause it would mean no activity during maintenance + less activity during the few days preceding the maintenance so you know why they haven't done it. Same reason as why there is no clock in a real life casino Third: we don't have the details of the maintenance. Might have be a very urgent one, a security problem or something like that. You'd prefer they inform the whole world about it and let hackers a few days to find it? Fourth: It's motherfucking Christmas man! Get yourself a life if you can't even deal with a 1 day maintenance on Christmas Oo Fifth: I don't have another point but I didn't feel life ending with 4, it's not complete unless you can divide it by 5. Merry Christmas guys My local casino is open on Christmas, but regardless I understand your points. My point is that given that they have what I'm assuming several hundred thousands dollars in user and investor bitcoin tied up, it would be nice to have a longer runway regarding the maintenance window and at the very least input from their support team instead of remaining mum. I do not care about the reputation of a bitcoin casino, there's always the possibly that the casino may die. There is no reason to not acknowledge that there has been long run operations that have disappeared with sketchy circumstances. Regarding Dean and his operation, I do not think there is cause for concern so I have remain patient regarding the issue. Regarding it being Christmas, a business is a business 24 hrs a day, 365 days a year. The economy doesn't stop because of a holiday. I work for a major eccomerce corporation. If our servers die on a holiday I do not wait until the next day, I do what I have to right away, otherwise millions of dollars of revenue would be lost. That is my job. The internet is like a Waffle House, it never closes.
