You can't stop people from saying gambling is a place to lose money because that is their personal experience and might possibly be different from yours. But for sure you can't deny that you often lose rather than win and I think everyone has the same experience. But some gamblers are not leaving, they stay gambling because they are now on the chase of their losses, not by just making fun of it. Yes, some got millions but we never know how much they lost before. So if we think it a place to lose, yes but of course, this is also a place to enjoy life with friends and other people. Some gamblers are doing well while others are in trouble. Seeing gambling as a place to make money is a wrong concept. Gambling should be done for fun and if along the line, you made profit it makes it more funkie. I know some gamblers that have won huge amount of money but most of them misused the money and if you see them now, it is like they haven't seen such huge funds that they won in their lives. It is all gone back to gambling, because they want to win again. When you are not contented with your wins, it will be taken back from you, if you don't quit the game and need more wins. It's only in our nature to blame things around us when we are losing, be it gambling, playing a video game, etc... The point is you don't build wealth by diversification, what's the need of having so many asset and so little invested in all, as a bitcoin investor you should focus on building a good stash in bitcoin first before you think of diversifying, then when you have at least a while year of your living expenses in bitcoin then you can consider diversifying into other asset.
I don't know how you arrived at this statement but I have noticed it to be the case with most of the world's billionaires, they became rich through a single product before some of them diversified. Bill Gate, Jeff Bezos, Elon Musk and many others were all known for a single product which made them rich before they later diversified into others things. So it could be said that starting an investment career or wealth creation process might require one to focus on one asset which in our case is Bitcoin, this way it will be given the attention it deserves. Diversification should only be consider probably when one have riched his portfolio objectives in terms Bitcoin stash. Bitcoin right now has more potential than any other asset I know, so it's a better idea to focus on building my Portfolio in it and this could take up to 4 years before I can have a whole year of my living expenses in bitcoin because of how much I'm investing now and it could also differ with someone else.
Most times diversification is not just about the profit margin but as a way of spreading the risk. People diversify on the basis of hedging against risk so that they will remain afloat no matter what the future throws at them. Mbappe joined Real Madrid to strengthen their squad and win more trophies next season, not because they had a bad performance this season. I will say that this season was a very good season for Real Madrid because they had no top striker with the jersey number 9, and there were still able to win both Laliga and UCL. Vini tried a lot this season and that is why he is been nominated for Ballon D'or. I will not accept that the standard of Real Madrid performance didn't meet up to expected. Any club that wins the UCL is the best. Real Madrid is bringing in Mbappe for them to be rest assured that, they can continue winning Laliga and UCL over and over again. If Barcelona did not add to their players and only brought a new coach, I don't see them being a rival to Real Madrid next season. Which African footballer do you think is most likely to win the next award for the best African player of the year?
Ademola Lookman and Victor Boniface are like my two favourite African players right now. They are stars in their own right and if the African Footballer Award can be given to two players, I'll certain pick the both of them. However, that is not the case so I will bring in my own bias just like those who will vote will do too. My pick will go to Victor Boniface because even though he was absent from the AFCON due to injury (I hope the judging criteria will not include this), he has had impressive stats in his own league and club. Lastly, because he is witty and has a great sense of humor. Have you seen his tweets. Dude would have been a very successful comedian if football didn't work out for him. I think this two players have done very well from their respective club, I think the best Africa player this year can go to boniface because of his team winning the Bundesliga tittle and Bayern Leverkusen getting to the final of europa league. But to be honest the two players have done very well in this season, I must say lookman have done well for scoring the three goals during the Europa finals game, it is not easy for a player to score all the goals to win the title of the team. Ademola Lookman is just a great player and if not for him Bayer Leverkusen would not be able to win the Europa League. The two players have really contributed much to their club and I think Africans will be proud of them because of the mich works they have put in their respective clubs. Ademola Lookman is who I will vote for and I believe that he will be the winner. He did what no players has done before in history of Atalanta and Italy in Europa finals for scoring a hat trick which made Atalanta the winner of this past season Europa League. He is the second player to score a hat trick in the finals since the history of Europa Legaue. He played in three finals, and deserves to the best African footballer of the year. Victor Boniface didn't feature in AFCON, which will lower his odds of winning. |
