you gain reputation by just lending. but it's very hard to gain trust by just lending.
This. You shouldn't be loaning to get reputation or trust. You should be loaning to simply loan to others. You don't need trust to be able to become a lender because you're entrusting others with your money.

I heard from other members that even after the member phase you still need to wait 2 minutes. Why is that? It is very annoying?
It continues to decrease. I personally have to wait 10 seconds, I think.

How would one get updated to staff or moderator position on bitcointalk. Does anyone know how this occurs as the administrators have to appoint them?
You have to see a shooting star during a red, full moon, then you become moderator. Roughly describes the chances. On a more serious note, report a lot of posts accurately and you'll be noticed.

sign a message from the address that holds the BTC if you're serious... you will get much more interest.
I just tried to sign with Blockchain.. and It kept timing out. I know blockchain has been having issues. We been discussing them on Localbitcoins. If I need to sign the address.. I can send it to my bitcoin core wallet to sign. I dont think I need to do all that but hey this forum is pretty investigative. Tell us what your address is, at least. You could always have a forum member send a micro amount to it and you send it back to prove that you have control over the address. That's if worst comes to worst. SOmeone from Localbitcoins is going to come here and do that. They just asked to. I'll let them pst and vice versa. Theres a high chance i get a buyer at LBC so I'll let you know. I put an ad the other day- for western union and ended up getting someone there in time.. Thanks Let me make this more clear for you as you're avoiding the question. Please post your bitcoin address with the funds for us.

Great tips, and I agree with all of them. ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) Faucets help beginners into the bitcoin world, as well as any veteran earn some micro amounts. I myself earned by first bit through faucets!

Hey everyone, updated BitFall with premade referral banners! They look pretty bad as of right now, but I'll be working to create some more, better looking ones in the future. ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) They're in the OP! Hello Athertle, banners are not bad at all, but if you can do even better why not ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) I have just checked your faucet and claim 500 Satoshi, thanks for nice reward ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=http%3A%2F%2Fi66.tinypic.com%2F25forup.jpg&t=663&c=vIGIZdj2rfjmmA) Thanks for your opinion. Username: kama Loan Amount: 0,015 Repayment Amount: 0,0185 Duration:1 week Reason:betting Collateral:my account Bitcoin Address:1PwZkzix1crRv9PU83m1USHxLmsyxCxrL8
Then most likely you may not pay back the loan. Do you have any other source to payback loan if you fail to win your betting? yup near to 6 i will have $10 In what form do you have that money in? Why can't you just exchange it into bitcoins?

Although I usually avoid micro-micro-transactions, you seem to need this pretty badly and no one has stepped up. I'll do a 1:1 trade if that helps you? You send first, 0.0064BTC at the current Preev rates.
EDIT: Never mind, then. You abruptly went offline, and there's a trader below me.
GLWT.

give me an example of simple collateral vs what is being asked
I'm not quite sure what you mean by "simple collateral" and "what is being asked". But what I can do is point you to this awesome thread, and pay attention to the second post in that thread.

Sorry, but regardless of if your loan is for paying someone to clean your shoes or to help pay for your dog's vet visit, you will need collateral.
Like KWH often says... "In Collateral We Trust".

Zexece has sent me a PM and asked for an extension of 7 days(1 week) with an additional interest of 0.005 BTC upon repayment.
Just FYI, jacee already has another loan out by another member that is currently active. Since your loan has no collateral, this might not turn out well... this is why I think all loaners should leave a neutral rating when loaning to someone.

Guys where do I sign up for my Legendary Staff Member Masterrace benefits? ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) Well... uh... implies that you're gone, like the fast food worker who had a shotgun emptied into his face so everyone else could live.
I'm afraid I have to tell you that you have to die first. ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

I'm a newbie, What are my options? Virwox has too many fees.
Withdraw the PayPal into your bank, and then do a bank transfer for bitcoins. It doesn't take too long and it's a good alternative to Virwox fees. Thanks for this information but I am using paypal for a long time and I have a great experience with paypal for converting my money from dollars into INR.
You were either lucky or you were the person with the PayPal converting into whatever, then.

I got pretty close to 1k Activity before becoming a Legendary member.
It's probably because you're a ninja mod and the system didn't catch onto the fact that you were eligible to become Legendary until theymos added you in manually. ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif)

I will not stop to give negative to all users that give me free negative for nothingDOT ![Sad](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/sad.gif) How will that gonna help your situation? It won't, and he's just being childish. Check out my untrusted feedback list and you'll see what I mean. Now I'm a scammer, apparently. ![Roll Eyes](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/rolleyes.gif)
