Dicecoin.io redirects to duckdice.io for certain when I go there.  It's because I'm going to it from a US IP and if I use a VPN I can actually get to dicecoin.io.  Cryptogames.io also blocks USA users although that was a later in the history of the site when they started doing that.
USA is blocked by many dice sites but are you sure dicecoin redirects to duckdice if we visit from US IP? This sound quite serious now, if all three of this sites are connected than duckdice might also loss all the reputation they have earned so far. I have also played there and really like the user interface and support duckdice have.  Angry

Yes.  I'm 100% it redirects to duckdice. I have ever actually seen the dicecoin.io page until you mentioned it not redirecting for you.
284  Economy / Gambling / Re: Do not deposit at cryptogames.io. !!!WARNING!!! on: July 03, 2017, 11:56:02 AM
I thought that the site has died already last year when there was no more updates here on their official thread. Anyway, why you did still play on this site while they have no active representatives on this forum?
Afaik it is owned by same person who manage dicecoin.io , and surprisingly the rep of dicecoin.io is also not active anymore here (last active almost at the same time time with the rep of cryptogames.io).
By the way, hope you did not make a big deposit there as I think there is no ways for you to get your money back.

I didn't see this post earlier but I am seeing dicecoin.io cryptogames.io and duckdice.io all owned by the same person.  When you go to dicecoin.io it redirects to duckdice.io now as well.  I ended up finding an old registrar page that listed an Edward jelly as the owner at one point (which also goes back to cryptogames.io).  So with your info and what I found independently in seems like it would be fair to go to duckdice for support or compensation on lost deposits.

I dont think duckdice.io is owned by same person who own cryptogames and dicecoin.io. I just tried to open dicecoin.io but it does not direct me to duckdice. So I guess asking duckdice.io will not give you anything regarding your issue.

Add me to the list of people that could not withdraw because of email confirmation not arriving (even though my email was already verified and has been the only email I have used).  Also have not heard back from support.  Last pocket dice email I received was last Monday.

I have never played there but I know they exist for quite some time. I think you guys can wait for 1 week maximum for official announcement or response from them. If not you can open scam accusation against them with all the proofs you have. Couldn't find any updates on their ANN thread and OP of that thread is not active for a year https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=507814  Shocked

No need to wait for that long, I doubt OP will get a reply from them as they are not active anywhere (here, social media, etc) But hope OP may get an answer from email support (if any and if they are still active managing the site). Otherwise, their rep deserves to be red tagged so no more people being scammed. Actually it was a nice site when they start, but lack of communications and lack of promotions made people forget about it already.

I don't expect to get my money back by I think I have tracked down the owner.

i don't know what point you are trying to make by saying I'm the only one that found the broken stuff.    YOU didn't even notice it. It sound like you are trying to put me at fault for pointing out the broken stuff.

Yeah, of course you don't want to discuss this topic any longer in your promotional thread.  Who wants to play at a site with broken games that do pay out properly.   You say you've been around since Februrary 2016 and yet, straight from your mouth:

" ...you used free spins in Space Invasion while you had money in your balance, then you were probably affected by this bug, as when the free spins were used the money was being deducted from the balance."

So how long have people been unfairly losing money on this game?  The only reason they are no longer losing money is because I pointed this out to you.  People would still be getting ripped off had so not brought it to your attention.   How many other issues are there on your site that you don't even know about l?

Please cancel my accounts at your site.  #8823 (litecoin)
and #8571 (Bitcoin).     Which I should mention, I left a message with chat to get reimbursed for the money taken during my free spins while playing with my Bitcoin account.  I have yet to hear back on that and you didn't reimburse me.   That is the quality customer service people should expect from you.

I hope no one else points out any errors for you and they stay just as broken as they are.  Forgive your customer for trying to point out issues that makes your site kiloton amateur and untrustworthy.

Here are some photos of the errors and the multiple win lines on crime spree or whatever.  Let's be honest though, you didn't intend for multiple winning lines to ever appear.  I did laugh a little at your attempt to explain it away though.

I was playing there because I can win there.

DEPOSITS: 8.74362838 LTC
WITHDRAWALS: -21.12559091 LTC

Even with the litecoins getting sent out with no fee when you withdraw still made it worth it.  I actually found someone that runs a large litecoin mining pool and they would include my withdraw just because they are nice.  I guess I can continue to play there with BTC until that wallet is exhausted as well.

Oh yeah, way back when the site first came out I reported  to the owner that the free spins on the 20 line slots (both of them) still take away the cost per spin while free spinning.   They denied it and I was winning enough to not press the issue but it still takes the cost of a spin for each free aok even to this day

....which is funny because I thought the same thing was happening in playbitcoingames less than a month ago.  At least they fixed their issue after it was brought to their attention.
293  Economy / Gambling / Re: ♥ ♦ ♣ ♠ PlayBitcoinGames.com ♠ ♣ ♦ ♥ Casino with 27 Unique Games and Promotions! on: June 22, 2017, 02:08:58 PM
I'm not going to bother replying to everything you wrote because most of it is shit.   You have a site that you made available to the public and you couldn't even bother to make sure everything worked properly.  My demands....  You gave me $5 and reimbursed me $20 that I lost unfairly because your "probably fair" game was cheating people out of money.  You were pretty much like, "Our bad for ripping you off.  Here's a five as a thank you and oh yeah, here is $20 we stole from you and wouldn't even have noticed if you hadn't brought it to our attention."   Then you decide to announce it on the forum here ONLY after I say I was going to do it for you.

So you make up rules in the fly about the two line thing on the scratcher game.   If that was supposed to happen (multiple winning lines) I think you would have mentioned it first instead of saying it would be added in on the rules "soon".  The live support (which I'm guessing is you doing that as well as posting here) had me report back the results of the tile issue for every browser on mobile that I could.  I was downloading and testing things out for you like it was my job and then you go and I am making too many demands?

I just want people to know your shit is broken and you don't even know to what extent it is broken.    And fix your litecoin deposit issue as well.   Why can't you fix it to where your software counts up the confirmations as they happen on chain?  Everyone else can manage that fine but  playbitcoingames is the only gambling/casino site where s deposit can have 13 freaking confirmations on chain but you still show it as 1.m

Just this month (since 6/1/17) ice deposited over the equivalent of $340USD on your site and pointed out any issues I have found with your site.   The fact that you call me demanding because I asked  for a follow up on the some of the broken things I found and some additional compensation for pointing them out says a lot about you and your site and what people should expect if they run into anything out of the norm when playing at playbitcoingames.com

Hello Teddybears.

I wish I would hear back from the people that fix the issues because I'm still waiting on at least two to get fixed.  One of them is another issue where the player wins but doesn't get paid for it.  This game is still enabled as well so be careful what you decide to play because you might be knowing getting ripped off (the casino knows about the issue but won't update me on it, won't fix it and so t disable it so players still lose).

As I told you via Private Message, we have a small team right now, so these kind of issues sometimes takes more time to be solved.

The problems you reported were about Crime Night:

1) The problem with the game when you play on mobile is not that big and doesn't affect the user in any negative way, that problem will be solved when we optimize the game for mobile, or sooner if it's possible. If you think this really affects the player, please provide some kind of proof.

2) The other thing is not a problem, the game is supposed to work in that way. When you get 2 lines in the same game, just the biggest one is paid, and if the 2 lines are the same just one of them is paid. That will be clearly stated in the game the next few days (possibly from tomorrow), we apologize for that if it wasn't clear before.

So, there is no need to disable the game as it's working perfectly and nobody is losing money there. We disabled Space Invasion because there was a problem there affecting the users, and it was already solved and the necessary refunds will be made, as I stated in the post above yours.

Please, if you are not totally sure about these kind of things, at least don't say that we are scamming people with the game, as we definitely are not, just tell me about the problem and I will quickly check if you are right or you are not.

The lack of communication and updates on issues is concerning.  The lack of willingness to reward players for reporting bugs is also concerning.  You don't care enough to reward a player that finds an issue on something that you created and somehow missed finding it before bringing the games to the public.

There is absolutely no lack of communication from the support team, most of the issues are solved by our live support team very quickly, just some cases like yours sometimes take more time, as they require the programmers to look into the problem and fix it, and we don't have a big team right now (we should be able to increase our team in the following months).

The support team always reply nicely to you and has been doing it 2-3 times per day for weeks now.

We always try to reward players in any possible way, and we have rewarded you too a couple of times. We care about the bug reports and we really appreciate them and try to compensate them, but right now we can't offer huge rewards for that, so I'm really sorry if you are not happy with the rewards, but you can be sure we totally appreciate them. We are still a small casino but we are working really hard to grow, and when we are able to offer bigger rewards, we will.

Let me know if they decide to give me another bounty for any of the other bugs because they certainly down email me and half the time live support just says the programmers don't  give any updates at all.  It's frustrating and I think toe site is cool and fun to play on.

We have rewarded you already, and you are now basically demanding rewards constantly for any minor thing you find. Don't get me wrong, we appreciate your help a lot, as we appreciate the help of any other user, for every single thing found, and as I already said, we always try to compensate everything. But we have received tons of your demands now, through our live support team and through this forum (in this topic and via Private Messages), it's already going too far and it's actually slowing down our progress needlessly. We are always fair with our players, and you can see that because there is no other unhappy player in this topic, every single problem is solved as soon as possible.

We are glad that you enjoy our games, as we have worked very hard on them to be unique and enjoyed by everybody, so these kind of responses are really unnecessary.

Best regards.

*EDIT*.  They put the funds in my account today.   It had a .5 LTC bonus on it and it wouldn't let me withdraw but I played anyway and withdrew what was owed plus .35 LTC so it worked out OK.

....but they still sent the withdraw without the miner fee that they take of .002.
I counted 26 times they have done it to me but I bet they get it resolved soon.  If you are having issues with cryptogames.io try emailing contact@cryptogames.io and be prepared to wait a bit.

Do not deposit at cryptogames.io

Doge and Litecoin deposits do not appear on your account.  There is no indication on the site itself that a deposit was made (the transaction shows up on the blockchain fine of course)

The owner/support for the site is no where to be found.  No replies to emails, Twitter, Facebook and they haven't been on bitcointalk in a year.  Maybe they are dead.

Space Invasion is back!

Keep having fun with our unique games at PlayBitcoinGames!

IMPORTANT!

There was a bug with the free spins of this game, this was the problem:

If you used free spins in Space Invasion while you had money in your balance, then you were probably affected by this bug, as when the free spins were used the money was being deducted from the balance.

This bug is solved now, if you think you were affected by this, please contact our live support team, your account will be checked and refunded if you had any loss.

Thanks to Teddybears for reporting this bug.

Thanks.  I was thinking reward per issue/bug.  That's what most of the sites do simply because it is in their best interest to have users report things that find.

I've turned in and been rewarded for bugs on fourtunejack, 777coin, bitcasino.io, bitcoingamer, fastbets.io to name a few.

Hey, thanks a lot for your constant help!

The programmers are already aware of this issue and it will be solved as soon as possible! Smiley

I see they added space invaders back buts till didn't hear from the programmers.  Nothing on the other stuff either.  I would like to continue to help but I think a bug bounty would be great because it will benefit both sides and would give me a good reason to continue reporting anomalies instead of keeping them to myself.

Thanks!
