while the market is still below and cryptoqurrency prices are cheap, then how do you prepare for the coming year?
I personally have added some bitcoin and altcoin.
I believe if half of the bitcoin is reduced, there is still hope for the crypto market, especially for the price of altcoin.

Next year isn't the time of half of the Bitcoin reduce. Winter of cryptocurrency is almost over, now again is the time of rise buy slowly. We have especially I have a hope for another bullrun as this from second quarter. If all are did same than some new coin could pump in 2020. |

If you invest in new projects than point is for holding. Almost few years of project is good for trading because this types of project fill up some space as demand. New coin also can bring you some profits if your research is good by selection a project by partnership and good volume exchange. |

There had come many ICOs in 2017 and a good number of STOs in 2018 and many IEOs in 2019 but hardly a few have made it to 'relatively better than others' list.
I wonder why haven't there come potential coins like ether. The only project that looked promising to me this year was bittorrent which was lauched on binance launchpad.
But even that is not going so well these days.
Is the world out of ideas or solutions?
Approximately correct that we haven't potential coin since those top coin. We needed some privacy coin and some some blockchain and good exchange like Binance, so here those project. Now don't need new service and technology as Swapzilla. Suppose we need a secure process to build new projects which process will trust new investor. |

Bitcoin dominance is above 65% which is something unusual since Altcoins started getting more interest from investors. It also seems that this percentage is increasing steadily for quite some time now. This is not surprising since Bitcoin was the most profitable coin in 2019 and people don't take the risk investing in altcoins anymore,they realized that Bitcoin is less risky as the price almost always eventually recover afterwards when it comes to BTC.
So what to do you think? Are altcoin getting boycotted,giving Bitcoin an increasing dominance from now on?
Do you prefer to everyone that altcoin isn't profitable and risky investment? You are supporting any new coin any how. Even you Bitcoin is the most profitable coin this but don't you check others altcoin. ThoreCoin is the top profitable coin this year and don't compare profits of this two coin. |

A good crypto project is enough to change one's life so why not take the chances?all i keep doing is making sure i get a share hold of very good coins or tokens with real use case and yes i did have many coins but i believe that a good crypto project is all we need. Am I doing the right thing?

This is very certain that we can't compare to Bitcoin with any others coin. But I have one doubt if more and more people using Bitcoin then, we know Bitcoin transaction speed is very low like a old man. We are all did the same thing, I lose my money. That time was for selling and now is the time to buy coins. If you buy any old coin, you don't need to be regret but problem is very long time wait. New coin is now risky investment but advantage is (few months) short time wait. |

Of Buying a Masternode and run it on a Vps, but I have 0 experience with that and I was looking for one and joined a few discords, and it was kinda a shitshow.
So I dont know how to look for good ones yet and it's a bigger risk then Altcoins in my opinion from what I have seen.
Does anybody have any experience with running a Masternode and how did that go for you?
A mining rig is probably to expensive, also the powercosts in my country are not that great so not really a option I think.

Take some risk in bear market because hold doesn't give anything to you in bear market. Wait for another bullrun until then you can put your money in out work. Only 200 USD invest in new coin, of course should have good volume and exchange. After this risk you will understand, what to do. |

It's never possible to increase altcoins by investing ICO or IEO. The best process is trading, when market dump again and again. Trading is more good than holding or proof of staking. Others process is waiting in dump market. You know in bear market all coin price will dump, so sell then wait. |

I just find out that some coins might start with very low volume and marketcap and end up growing big? true or false? i tracked back some old coins that start with trading volume around 6k and end up in millions, is this still possible today?
Low volume means only few investor and traders are interested in this coin. Some projects does good reward for traders and holders for good volume and price up. Where some projects update and develop their service and partnership for high demand and volume. That's how new project turns volume million. |

In your opinion, does the founder of Ethereum (Vitalik) still have tens of thousands of personal ETH?

Looking at the market dominance, bitcoin covers almost 70.5% of the market trade as of time of writing. there is the need for altcoin recovery or it might spell doom for investors. i.e, people invest today on a new project and sell off tomorrow.
According to a wall street executive, Max keiser, he strongly believed that altcoins has reached there dead end and advised that everyone should focus on bitcoin. considering the fact that bitcoin is limited. there is the need for altcoins as the name implies, Alternative coins.
What is your say on this.

I have watched this space for a couple of years and while on it, I felt that bitcoin prices are usually driven by global supply and demand which is a factor of real world usage. But recently, I have also gotten another perspective that bitcoin might just be a tool in the hands of a few whales, manipulated for quick and short gains on daily bases. If that's the case, as we near $6500/btc and even lesser as analysts suggest, when then do we see $100k/btc or its just a hoax to keep the pump and dump pendulum swinging
Bitcoin is now dumping when whole cryptocurrency is decreasing. Bitcoin could plummet till 6K then again pump till 30k USD next year. In some prediction marketcap could reach 5 trillion next year. Prediction of Bitcoin don't work, but approximately this is another little bear of next year cryptocurrency. |

Tell me if my plan is bad, the first time i entered crypto space i started with mining rig setups but after some time its no more profitable so i stopped mining, now i start joining airdrops and bounties but present market condition is not helping, now i decide to sell my rig and find other business to divert the money to, if bull run ever comes i will still have coins to sell since most of my bounties i hold the ones with use cases, is selling my mining rig a good call?
Now mining reward is twice than 2021, without bullrun everything is non-profit like mining, trading or bounty hunting. But stay alert mining will start when another halving will come of Bitcoin. Until now staying by trading or bounty hunting as a part time job. |

I Notice that most projects that conducted bounty finds it difficult to enter the crypto market especially a quality market. i think most are afraid of been dump.
what are the possible reasons why tokens takes too much time before getting listed on exchange.
One of the top bounty manager yahoo managed a bounty which was finished in Q2 2018 still has no sign of listing. They are telling one thing, can't let this token price dump. Exchange listing money isn't few amount, this could be another reason. Some coin has good plan like without beta or main version doesn't enter in exchange. |

I have came to think of something reasonable about some projects, today everyone just wakeup to create his project and introduced it to btt just for people to suffer and promote probably at last the project will not succeed and they will foldup why? everywhere and there having much projects trooping in the forum today but few succeeds.
today, tomorrow, next tomorrow came up with all such of tokens, or could it be they want to build their social media groups and pages then they will come create fuck token and disbursed to the people whose manage to follow them on their media page and at last such token has no value in the market. they will even stole some other project websites just to boost their pages. this is improper... We hear scam and thief everywhere due to not have a proper documentations about the ventures.
I think earlier 2010 to 2015 there were no scam project even if there's, is just 1% but now is +-50%
to me this are the interest of those fake project.
1. they want to boost their facebook page
2. they want to boost their twitter page
3. LinkedIn page
4. YouTube, ETC
my Questions
Is there no other ways BTT can track and trace such people posting such project in the forum?
Is there no way we can run free and fair project in the system without us being scammed or tricked?
Let me rest my case here and I would like the elders of this forum to look into this

I have a friend who created his own token by his some friends without any roadmap or website during 2017. But they had good plan, bad luck they failed. To promote scam project this forum has rules to banned account or negative trust or red flags. I think there is no way to run free from scammer. |

Note: This is not about how to identify good coins to HODL
This is about how you can be a good long term holder
1. You must have another source of income
Either in crypto space or outside crypto space you must have other source of income,there was a time when i used to rely on coins i hold for monthly income but most time they failed me because some altcoins takes more than a month to add value. You can learn trading or find a better job to get constant income for your daily needs.
2. Not all altcoins are good for long term holding
Some altcoins are too weak to have better value overtime,these coins only add value to price once in a blue moon,WHY?because the power of demand is too low and they have no working product,i belief that working product is what makes a coin have many more investors
3.HODL Only Altcoins With Real Use Case
There are different categories of coins with use cases,many use case are weak use case,for example using fashion designer to back a token is a weak use case to me because it means you can only use the token to buy the designer wears and many will call this a real use case? no it wont do very well.
Make sure that the real use case of every altcoins you hold will be very reasonable,the products backing them up must be something that is different and will catch the eye of investors,the usefulness must be outstanding .
4. Stay Updated Always
Opportunity comes but once as many know it,so always stay updated about crypto,read crypto news online and keep tracks on your altcoins so that you wont miss future updated or even token swaps,some altcoins i hold have already switched to MainNet and im glad i dont missed the opportunity,you can use blockfolio app to track your altcoins.
Altcoin season is what many are waiting for,even new projects are waiting for altcoin season to return before they get listed on exchanges,im sure of one thing and that is good things dont come easily,today is bitcoin turn to reign and one day altcoins will have its day as well.
I have nothing to say in it, this is the perfect ways to hold your altcoin in my vision. To hold coin for long time, either you should have another source of income or have to regular bounty hunting or trading. Some lazy investor don't interest to swap in new coin. |
