I think they are just protecting the users from fraudulent and scams. Nowadays, most scams are coming from altcoins and delisting them on their exchange is a good start to prevent this. Bitcoin on the other hand has been reliable on the past decade, so retaining it is also not a bad idea.

Bitcoin is the pioneer cryptocurrency and it operates on the most trusted and decentralized network, so it'll be the first option for companies and agencies looking to truly utilize the functions of cryptocurrencies. There are a few altcoins which I rate highly but in a couple of years I believe that BTC would be the staple currency and many of those we have today will not be active by then.

It's actually a good move for coinfloor if all they want is to delist all the altcoins that they have. This ain't something that is going be a big news though but this is a nice starter and initiative.

It is not a good time for altcoin even if Bitcoin is top and most wanted cryptocurrency it not wise to discard other coin. Bitcoin can not serve all purpose of cryptocurrency and if we want spread cryptocurrency to other part of the world

I am afraid about upcoming KYC/AML regulation, many smaller exchanges are going to close their exchanges.
It will again lead to centralization and that larger exchanges will become larger. It is time for decentalized exchanges.

Delist For most altcoin garbage is necessary because their innovations are useless and it is better to delete it is a good way, not necessarily mean in the future only need bitcoin. That already said if the bitcoin as the only coin that has already proven its existence to be considered as a commodity while altcoin doesn't have clear position. You can use bitcoin but I believe if that will not about the payment system. as far as I know bitcoin is the only coin that becomes compliance with the majority of the regulation that comes from the various countries while altcoins are still not yet determined about where it was standing.

Bitcoin has proven itself as the most reliable coin in the last ten years, compared to most of the altcoins which is dropping because they just rely on the price of Bitcoin for their future price, but I'm surprise that they are also delisting Ethereum and Bitcoincash and are not making any exception, such a bold move.

It's very difficult to delist altcoins in the future especially if the demand is still there, if there are other governments that bans altcoins and only allow bitcoin then it doesn't mean that other governments will do the same also.

The possibility that we can only use bitcoin in the future is very low as there are plenty of coins/tokens out there that are very helpful also, so I guess it is up to the crypto community on what to support as the tokens/coins will continue to grow if the demand will not stop.

This is only mean they want to only list mother of all crypto currency all do both have good marketcap but they still believe it shouldnt be added . There are many reasons why but i think the main reason is both ETH BCH is more volatile than BTC.

There are a lot of Exchanges and a lot that does fiat to crypto and vice versa. Coinfloor has been of the trusted and successful.
The team must have taken this decision with some plans in mind. They surely want's to make them distinguished from others.

Well I guess they don't care about profit, which is good, but Ethereum is such a well establish coin in the market and has proven it's reliability over the years, I could not imagine Cryptocommunity without Ethereum, I believe they will soon added Eth again in the future,
people are not comfortable using an exchange without Ethereum on it.

They must have been trough a lot of consideration to come up with this decision, which is delisting other altcoins and using bitcoin only.
Even though when ETH is one of the major altcoin out there and it's really popular, they also planned to delist it as well. Because ETH 'til this date, according to them, has yet to overcome their major changes, which makes ethereum is not proven.

Whether in the future we can only use bitcoin or not, I don't it's going to happen in the near future. Still, everything's possible.

The obvious truth is that most altcoin are not trusted because they end up becoming scam projects and as such may be useless to the holders that explains why bitcoin is always chosen as a means of payment and settlement of debt. Altcoin could easily be delisted from an exchange but I haven't seen an exchange delisting bitcoin.

We know that so far Altcoin technology has only copied from Bitcoin, it's just that some features have been updated, but the method of use and purpose has remained the same, becoming a digital currency. In coinfloor itself, BTC trading pairs are more dominant than other pairs, that means traders there tend to trade and prioritize Bitcoin.

But in this case, I'm still confused and might bring up a difference about the meaning of crypto that is "proven", because not everyone has the same opinion and perception.
