282  Other / New forum software / Re: Forum App for mobile? on: April 11, 2015, 04:42:45 AM
I would love to see what's your Tapatalk looks like? it can be used to access the forum?

Official website - https://tapatalk.com/
iOS - https://itunes.apple.com/in/app/tapatalk/id307880732?mt=8

P.S. Tapatalk can be used to access (any) forums.

Downloaded, but can't figure out how to add Bitcointalk to the App, I searched Bitcointalk but got no results, besides, It doesn't look like a fourm app.

287  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Would You Use a Bitcoin Debit Card? on: April 10, 2015, 09:14:16 AM
Like other have said it would all depend on the fees. High fees kind of make it pointless really and not worth the fuss of it all.

Debit: Funds are taken from your wallet on the site offering the card. No need to fund it manually. Once you pay for something, BTC is exchanged instantly at the time of payment, not before or after (you won't lose money due to the volatile exchange rate).

Prepaid: Funds must be loaded by the user manually. Funds are converted once loaded so you may lose money due to the volatile exchange rate.

But with a debit version you have to keep your coins on a third party site and we all know that's a bad idea especially long term. If the site gets hacked or disappears then you can say buy to all your coins too.

Since it called a "debit card", so you could fund the card with the coins when you need to use this card, There’s no need to keep fund in this third party site. Just fund it when you need.
288  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it legal for somebody in the US to create and host a bitcoin poker site? on: April 10, 2015, 01:09:48 AM
I'm going to say no, unless you are in vegas and all your visitors are in vegas.
The big bitcoin gambling sites out there, I assume, are not hosted in the US. If not they are asking for trouble.

But big gambling sites like PD isn't blocked in US, visitors from US can get access to the sites except Luckbit. It seems there are different law for different gambling online site.

OP, why not ask your lawyer first?
289  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Best bitcoin debit card? on: April 10, 2015, 01:00:09 AM
Hi:

I would like to know which bitcoin debit card is the best.

I try xapo but they put restriction on members from certain countries (Sudan in my cause) and i am not allowed to use their system.

I hope some on can list me some legit provider with advantages and disadvantages of each on.

Thank you.

Have you tried ANX ? - https://anxbtc.com

Is ANX legit? I would like to have a debit card, but so far they have all sounded rather scammy..

ANX is very legit I heard, otherways visit their site by yourself and decide are they legit or not...,:)

No one talks about BIT-X debit card? It's legal too and can be used as a MasterCard that's ANX one can't be. But the services fees seems to be a little bit high.
290  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: [BIT-X] Signature Campaign - Discussion on: April 10, 2015, 12:55:45 AM

In case you are really reading the forum rules and guidelines, there is actually no limit on how many you can post per day. As long as it is on-topic and is constructive, it will likely stay. However, most post tend to be off-topic and spammy, sometimes in the intention of boosting posts for signature campaign members. It is fine to post a hundred or even a thousand per day, as long as it is, well, constructive and helping the discussion.

the problem is that some of his post are not included in one post, there are case, were he posted 3 posts in a row, that is spam to me, it doesn't matter if those posts are constructive or on topic in this case

if that is allowed, i can do the same thing easily

He is a Indian, he is probably need this money.

Yes, most of his posts are constructive, but 100 posts a day seems to much for ordinary people, you can eat 10 hamburgers in one day, but you definitely couldn't eat 100 hamburgers in one day, this is same to this forum, Also, this forum didn't have that much topics that make you able to make 100 constructive posts in one day. 100 posts in one day, that means a you need to turn the whole forum topsy-turning.

Anyway, he didn't broke the rule even he makes so much posts in a day, that's most people can't be able to do.
291  Economy / Services / Re: Rent a avatar : Just 0.02 BTC a week on: April 09, 2015, 05:38:24 PM
How much a week depends on how many post you usually make a week and that is what you didn't mention about.
292  Economy / Services / Re: Bitstarz.com March Signature Campaign – up to 0.1 BTC and more per month on: April 09, 2015, 05:34:01 PM
Since you're all here, let me ask you:

Would you sign up to our campaign if we had no escrow and paid the money ourselves?

Thanks for the answers.

Nick

That's fine since you're trustworthy, the second thing I would suggest is increasing the rate, compared with other campaigns your rate is far lower now since the value of Bitcoin dropped a lot.

Also, you maybe need a new signature.
293  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: [BIT-X] Signature Campaign - Discussion on: April 09, 2015, 05:25:06 PM
How about a joining bonus if you switch from another campaign to Bit-X's and stay for a few weeks?

That could be very interesting Tongue

Then some may leave and join other campaign and rejoin our campaign again to claim the bonus? I would love to give the member who stick with this campaign a bonus.

295  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: This is strategy on: April 09, 2015, 06:01:49 AM
Hmm... It's a good strategy to lower risks thought.

But are you sure? Remember Bitcoin is one of wrost investment in 2014, now 1/3 of 2015 passed by, seems the situation didn't get better, how about shoring Bitcoin?
296  Economy / Services / Re: Monbux's FREE Escrow Services | Non-IPO's: FREE | IPO's: 2% | Security Upgrade on: April 09, 2015, 04:31:06 AM
Monbux please handle Bitstarz escrow stuff please, seems you missed the PM asking you to make the payout.
297  Economy / Services / Re: Bitstarz.com March Signature Campaign – up to 0.1 BTC and more per month on: April 09, 2015, 04:17:42 AM
Monbux seems to be a busy guy who had been here in last two days but didn't respond anything, he is definitely reliable but he is just too busy. It's almost 10th, the payment has been lated for a week so far.Maybe you can change the escrow for next month term.

Change both the campaign manager and the escrow if you ask me. This is bad for Bitstarz's reputation.

It's not Neotox's fault, it seems this campaign works like this:

1.Neotox count the user post and send the list to bitstars.net → 2.bitstars.net confirm the list and send the list to monbux → 3.monbux make the payment

Now we stuck in last step, Neotox did a good job everytime, it's not his fault, the issues always happen with second and third step, now again, monbux had been online today but he still didn't reply here, maybe he missed the PM and Neotox or bitstars.net should PM him again. Besides, I will remind him on his escrow thread later.

Also, since you're trustworthy now, you could send the funds by yourself instead of using a time-consuming escrow.
298  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] BIT-X.com | Bitcoin Debit Card | Spend Your Bitcoins Anywhere! on: April 09, 2015, 01:36:55 AM

The monthly fee is now waived (free) for the first 10,000 users! The inactive fee still applies.

According this sheet, even I'm part of the BIT-X sig campaign, I still need to pay "Embossed name", "DHL Delivery" and (inactive)Monthly fee? it's about a .5BTC fee to get this card?

I'm interested but the inactivity fee is a bit of a let down.
I don't mind fees on every transaction when in use but the monthly fee and inactivity fee is just a bit of a let down.

Yeah, same to me, I'm fine with the transaction fee and I would love to use this card shopping overseas(online), but once if I don't use this card in some period, a .05BTC inactive fee is a little bit to afford.
299  Economy / Economics / Re: Is Bitcoin Money or Currency on: April 08, 2015, 03:30:59 PM
Bitcoin is some kind of assets and it's can be exchanged to other form of assets, in my opinion, it's still money but definitely not a currecny, some people are even asking to close digital good section which use Bitcoin as exchanging currency, so how can you call Bitcoin a currency?
