281  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why FOMO when a coin is pumping on: August 25, 2021, 06:48:37 PM
Because someone people probably thinking that they can make quick profit from the pump before the price dump, otherwise I don't see any other reason why someone will fomo into a coin that is already pumping so much, once I see a coin is more than 10% high I find it difficult to jump it because from there on anything can happen, it can start correcting back and you will be forced to sell at loss if you are not ready to hold till price reverse back up. Not a wise thing to do.
282  Economy / Economics / Re: Pakistan's Economy are going to crisis for Taliban? on: August 25, 2021, 06:36:59 PM
Without reading too much, you could already guess where the economy is heading, definitely almost all foreign investment and aid will pull out of such an unstable country ruled by Talibans, who would want to do business in such a hostile environment, I don't expect anything less, economic flourish more in a conducive and enabling environment and not in such places, it is a difficult journey for the people over there.
283  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: worst case scenario for cryptocurrency on: August 25, 2021, 06:23:44 PM
Worst case scenario! I think when for some reason blockchain is able to tempered with, i.e can be ban completely, that will really be a worst case for the crypto community because the belief that even if crypto is ban blockchain will still function gives much confidence in this space but once that's no longer possible the whole scenario has changed completely, and since this is not possible I don't see anything worse than that.
284  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If bitcoin go high the poor will not participate on: August 25, 2021, 05:59:15 PM
Already not everyone can invest in btc as the price is too high for some people, then imagine if btc manage to hit the 100k target, only few will be able to afford btc by then, but the good thing is, we don't need to buy a whole btc before anyone can invest but the sad thing will be that the price of a sat will be high as well, $200 worth of btc when the price is 100k will be very less than what it is now, the higher the price,  the less people can afford to buy.
285  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum Price Prediction – Will ETH Hit $5,000 Soon? on: August 23, 2021, 09:06:54 PM
Holding eth especially for long term is a good decision, the second largest coin after btc is not a small thing to overlook, the price of eth can easily touch 5k by year end if btc keep performing well, eth is top project and a must have in any wallet, and I like eth because of it's quick recovery ability, eth has a big support and user base as well, I believe some day eth can be as high as btc current price.
286  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Solana Pump on: August 22, 2021, 06:23:32 AM
In addition to all the reason explained above, i think sol has a great community support that understand the project and willing to hold instead of constant market manipulations like some project do with the whales, sol is increasing almost everyday because the holders believe in it and don't sell for every little price increment, other project with similar potential like sol are out there but most of them have big whales manipulating the price and preventing the ability of price to grow the way it should.
287  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The altcoin of the week on: August 22, 2021, 06:15:38 AM
Holders of sol and ada are in great profit in this week, i particularly like sol performance, it has the ability go up faster, sol has a strong community support, there is also LLN which is not very known to many people because it is not on coinsmarketcap or coingecko just yet, i have taken a notice with the token since the bounty campaign (didn't take part though) only put it on my watch list and to my surprise this token as risen tremendously within a few weeks and to top it all, not on cmc or cg only community driven.
288  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Crash or new sunrise of crypto on: August 21, 2021, 08:26:34 PM
Best thing you can do is take advantage of the situation regardless, rash or new surprise don't matter so long as you can recognise opportunity and utilise it, market don't always go as people predict, the more reason why one need to take advantage,  it is had to predict the market, anything can happen, see btc now trading 49k which would have appear to be an impossible to achieve. Just learn to remain calm.
289  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Tron could be next doge or ada? on: August 21, 2021, 08:14:38 PM
Well yeah, tron is a good project and most of all a project with a working product to some certain extent unlike some outright shitcoins out there, so yeah, it is possible to see trx perform like ada in near future, it has a big community support and thr devs always trying to expand the brand in different ways, trx is a long term project and requires lots of patience.
290  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: How to know latest bounty , airdrop program ? on: August 20, 2021, 06:01:03 PM
Every day there are many Airdrop and Bounty appearing. I want to know where to synthesize quality selected Airdrop and Bounty . I used to know through http://bounty.slavyansk.biz/ , but now it is no longer active

I stop participating in airdrop so i can't help you in that aspect, but as for bounty it is pretty simple as long as you are in this forum all you need is visit the altcoins bounty section and make your selection there, you can also find few airdrops along side the many list of bounty we there, good thing is we have several bounties in that section so enough choices to be made, imo, this forum is where you can get the best bounty and as for airdrop there are only few.
291  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Wells Fargo asks US stock exchange to launch Bitcoin fund on: August 20, 2021, 05:54:05 PM
Well whomever this news may benefit it is still a positive thing in the part of btc, for this big guys to start thinking about it means btc is on the right part, at least this news has brought back the bull run spirit in buyers and sellers, more greens in the market than couple of days back, indeed btc price is connected to positive news and can be so be easily affected with any negative news, i hope from now till end of year btc will remain bullish and more good news will come up.
292  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why are some individuals hostile to Bitcoin? on: August 20, 2021, 05:39:10 PM
- they don't understand it
- they have read so many confusing side of btc online that aren't true
- they are once a victim of scam,
- they have relatives/friends who have been a victim
- they are naturally hostile in nature  Wink
one of the above must have occurred for anyone to be hostile towards btc, that's why it is always good to do one's own research and not rely on what you read or hear, if i had followed what i read, i won't be in crypto today, it is always good to learn.
293  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: What will happen to Binance? on: August 19, 2021, 06:32:02 PM
With the growing contradictions related to binance us, perhaps it will be really difficult for Binance to continue to become the No. 1 exchange. There are large communities that are coming to support FTX if it does not quickly improve the situation.  In this scenario, Binance could be overtaken by FTX for an exchange's reputation.  I exclude the possibility of improvement of BSC
If Binace really fails with the legal papers, it will not be just FTX but will entail more serious consequences to the point of losing confidence in essential investment needs.  I believe it is time for Defi and decentralization to emerge to replace what is inherently ringing at the moment. Lol
A failing exchange has nothing to do investments. Options to trade from one wallet have been around for long time.
Same story as always, Not your keys not your coins.

Not your key not your money but people still need exchange to trade, no way anyone will keep their assets in their wallet forever, besides this, there are many day traders around, how will they be able to trade if they have to move money around every minutes of their trading, if dex where so great to trade nobody will even take a look at the likes of binance or cex, however hard we try, exchange is very necessary and an important factor that can not do without.
294  Economy / Economics / Re: Die today, Die tommorrow, the same dying! still get vaccinated! on: August 19, 2021, 06:16:16 PM
~

Are you willing to be vaccinated?

I've been vaccinated but honestly, it's because I was forced to do that
I work in a small transport and my boss requires his employees to be vaccinated otherwise, those who don't agree will be fired

For me the worst thing about this pandemic is that we can't choose whatever we want anymore, we have to be more obedient to the government
this pandemic is driving me almost crazy

Too bad your organization made you to go through that, your boss is only following the rules and try to avoid any problem with the law as a business owner he can not risk the health of his workers and customers as well.
i am not yet vaccinated and i don't plan to do so, i will most likely take care of my health the best way i know, try to avoid being in the crowd, observe social distance and follow the basic health rules of sanitization.
295  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Helix tumbler / bitcoin mixer founder indicted for money laundering on: August 19, 2021, 05:58:13 PM
Aside from being the head of a mixing service which doesn't seem right (as it is highly likely that criminals will use that service to mix the btc they stole from others) in the first place, he is involved in money laundry which is a big crime, he most probably use this service for his laundry activities as well, and for him to plead guilty just make things worse i suppose, i guess now all eyes will be on rest of this mixer services out there.
296  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin ban, mission impossible on: August 19, 2021, 05:44:38 PM
If you check you will see that most countries that have legally accepted Bitcoin are a developed country who knows the importance of technology and a digital world. For the underdeveloped ones they need to know the benefit  and I hope they get it soon

Really? can you name some of this developed countries that have already legalize btc! because to me it seem most countries are yet to decide what policy to impose on btc usage, some countries are neutral about the situation, not legalize or ban it, while country like el-Salvador have openly legalize it although am not sure how successful that has become, how the citizens are cooping with the new payment system.
Most government of different countries seem to be confuse on how best to approach btc to fit in their economy, but soon they will be force to take this decision when they realize they can stop it from speeding.
297  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Suggest Me some altcoins which could be 40x to 50x within next 4/5 years. on: August 18, 2021, 05:13:29 PM
Ada is solid project, you already know that and since we are talking long term I believe ada should be included in your list, matic is another solid project that can really do well in the next 4 to 5 years from now, and then there is pyr (Volcan Forge) similar to axie infinity and also have the potential to grow and be high as axie current price in no time, they are currently building their games and lots of other good stuff for pyr holders, If they continue on this part, in 4 to 5 years pyr price will be very high.
298  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: WALMART is hiring a cryptocurrency product lead ! on: August 18, 2021, 04:20:26 PM
You didn’t think they’d sit back and let Amazon and Apple run away with the crypto payments space did you? Im sure we’ll see Q3 bring all 3 companies holding BTC on their balance sheets and a Q4 acceptance of Bitcoin to some degree to power their investment into the stratosphere. So much money flooding into crypto in the next couple months…

Not a chance they don't plan to! It is very exciting to see how this big institutions are now competing among themselves in btc adoption or at least recognising btc and it's importance to their business, I must say it is both surprising and pleasant news all together, never thought a company like Walmart will easily get on board, am very excited to see the turn up in the next few months, definitely btc price will grow as well.
299  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin solving the problem of intermediary on: August 18, 2021, 03:35:28 PM
Yeah in a way btc transaction is more effective than through the bank especially when you have to convert to another currency before buying, however you still need bank in a way for your transaction to complete, except you are able to buy btc directly from seller and pay cash, and I must say you are lucky to have an understanding and trusted seller's  that have are willing to cooperate with the new payment method, it is good to know btc can serve as a good alternative.
300  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Burning plans on: August 09, 2021, 06:29:14 AM
Buying before is the burn much better. Even way before the news of the burn starts circulating around the community and the price pumps. Selling when the burn happens entirely depends on your target and how frequent the burns are going to happen. If the burns are going to take place periodically, for a solid coin, the price could grow in the long run due to the reduction in circulating supply, so you could even wait for over 5 years if you want (Of course not shitcoins that die within a couple of years)
A good tokenomics should exclude token burn especially when the token is limited (not infinite mining like ethereum). They have the opportunity at the token generation to produce amount of token they can manage. Cases of burning unsold token after ICO could be different but I found announcement of burning in roadmap fraudulent and unattractive as investor.

In essence you are saying project like binance bnb has no good tokenomics that's why they include periodic burning on their coin! I think this is just a miss conception people have, burning those not necessarily mean to increase price instantly but some people just assume that ones a token burn is announced it automatically translate to price increase,  eth has an infinity supply with no token burn yet the price is high,  I agree token burn should not even be something to consider if they team already done a good calculation of the accurate amount of token to generate, perhaps this another way of manipulation.
