I understand that and I posted a Q up but no answer... I also understand that pool payouts are up and down however last 4-5 days I was getting 50-60% of the profit/hash...in fact in last 10 days only one day was close to normal payout...miners are working great and I had 0 shares rejected on 5 rigs...so...also I watch how often hub finds a block and it's crazy how slow it is compared to other pools... You posted the question a few hours after he finished responding to everyone. This Monero pool finds, on average, 1 to 2 blocks an hour; larger pools of miners will find more blocks per hour. MiningPoolHub can check your user account and that the pool is functioning correctly but there will be ups and downs in payments.

@Claymore The '-r -1' command line option is not working correctly in version 10; it still retries the initialization instead of closing.
I did not change anything related to "-r" option in v10.0, so the same issue must be in previous version too. Anyway, I will check it and fix in next update. Thank you.

I've been using Claymore on an unstable system - trying to narrow down the errors to stabilize the system but it is still crashing. It has never mined for more than a day or so without crashing.
Now the console output gives zero indication of error, it just crashes or reboots after several hours or nearly immediately.

Try just one card without riser then add parts from there.

When you start a miner, one card shows 511 degrees! Lord, I do not know what to do ( Card RХ480 Sapphire
It's not possible for your card to be 511°C. Must be a false reading. Check Radeon Settings temperature reading to determine if the problem is Claymore, AMD or your card.

@MiningPoolHub Yesterday I sent by mistake a BURST of hashpower to 17023 which shows up on my worker's Zcash hashrate graph: Unfortunately however it seems like I haven't been credited at all for this hashpower. Is that normal? I know that sending bursts is NOT the most efficient way of using pools, but getting NOTHING is not quite what I've expected. Maybe you could elaborate a bit on what has happened there? That would help me a lot in better understanding how exactly your pool works. Cheers! NiceHash experiments? NiceHash's fees are paid by your loses. Have you checked here? https://zcash.miningpoolhub.com/index.php?page=dashboardIt should tell you if you on that dashboard if have any shares in the pool. It's PPLNS so you have to keep mining and it will trickle in even after you have stopped. You don't get paid like a pay-as-you-go tariff; miners simply 'pool' their recourses together in the attempt at finding a block.

@MiningPoolHub
Please can you check that these algorithms are following the NiceHash stratum protocol to ensure compatibility with Excavator miner: Equihash - NiceHash and Zpool works but MiningPoolHub does not Lyra2re2 - NiceHash and Zpool works but MiningPoolHub does not Ethash - NiceHash works but MiningPoolHub does not
Your Sia pool is also not compatible with anything but Claymore miners.

When i first downloaded claymore (winrar) I was able to connect to (start-only-eth-bat) and everything was fine. Now I cant open it and when I right click on it, there is no option to edit? https://i.imgsafe.org/a1/a1488d0add.png OMG extract the archive first.

Is MPH more profitable than Nicehash for a small miner like me? For 24/7 running, this is the best pool. NiceHash is technically a market place and will get different profits compared to actual mining pools. NiceHash is perfect for on/off casual mining because you are getting paid fixed rates from buyers at the market place. NiceHash is also earning crazy amounts off noob after noob who buy hash and are cancer to cryptocurrency. Their existence is self serving and are middle men to a multi million dollar market. The wicked often do prosper.

Hello everyone,
Mining pool hub said:"...You need to mine with low speed for long period of time. Also make sure that you do not leave the pool in the middle of mining. (This happens at nicehash frequently because of bid/ask change of hashpower)..."
I'm a frequent user of Nicehash services, what is so wrong about non-continuous mining? Can someone please help me understand? If I have hashing power that comes and goes intermittedly, how does that hurt me? By participating to many more blocks over a longer period of time, shouldn't my earnings be actually more stable than participating to a smaller amount of blocks but in a more continuous way? Thank you all
As long as you don't send a huge speed for fives minutes then nothing for an hour then it should be fine. It's PPLNS so you have to submit shares regularly over hours. Also, sending a load of shares in a short period of time could fall on an unlucky period where no blocks are found and cause your reward to be far lower than expected. Try and keep at least one nicehash order mining and just adjust the speed slightly if you think it's a little bit more profitable at the current point in time.

I'm going to add NiceHash API/Pool tonight to MultiPoolMiner unless someone does a pull request on GitHub before then.

Definitely should be 3 minutes, found the post where I remember him saying: 3 minutes. it can be little bit delayed. http://www.zpool.ca/api/status is still updating regularly.

@aaronsace Hi, I need help with MPM switch, seems like something is not right. I have been using MPM for the last week I feel like its not getting what it can/show in mining from MPH. So ... here is my setup. 2 rigs, each 6 x 1070, mild OC, (250+ mem, 100+ core, 85% Power, Temp limit 75) MPM sync time 600 (was 300 for 3 days) coins/algos : Ethash,Equihash,Lyra2re2,Neoscrypt, Sia,Groestl,cryptonight,lyra2z,myr-mgr (removed myr-mgr yesterday) MPM on each rig says I should get at least 14$ a day without MPM and 19$ a day with MPM which makes 2.3$ a day/card at least What MPH bitcoin dashboard shows for last 4 days is as below which is way less than 2$ a day/card: 2017-08-15 (UTC) 0.00118331 BTC 2017-08-14 (UTC) 0.00470864 BTC price was around 4k$ = 18 $ 2017-08-13 (UTC) 0.00582330 BTC price was around 3.5k$= 20 $ 2017-08-12 (UTC) 0.00549901 BTC price was around 3.2k$ = 17 $ 2017-08-11 (UTC) 0.00587651 BTC price was around 3.2k$ = 18 $
So ... Any idea what I need to do to get it to optimum ? P.S. You seen some of my logs in github. Please post to GitHub if you think there is an issue with MultiPoolMiner.

Newbee on MPH ... What does the Hub Worker Configuration do ? I'm using Multi Pool Miner, Do I need to set the default job for my hub workers ?
The hub uses the 12xxx ports; it has no effect on MultiPoolMiner as it does not use those ports. Just enter your username and wallet in the 'start.bat' file and your done.

|
|
how long does a manual job change in hub worker need to take effect ? when I do a manual switch between ethash coins it just keeps mining ethereum. although when the pool auto-switches it follows the highest value coin, I don't get it? why does my manual change have no effect?
You need to use the 12xxx ports for that to work.

Can someone help me? I mine Vertcoin through CCMiner, and my total hashrate is about 800mh. However, my hashrate on Mining Pool Hub is about only 600mh. Why is my Mining Pool Hub hashrate so much lower than my actual rate?
Any help would be really appreciated. Thank you
Mining pools do not know what your hashrate is. They estimate based on submitted shares over a few minutes. Just use it as an indication that it's working.

i bought hashpower on nicehash.
Speed at pool 103.5467 GH /s Speed paying 101.6815 GH /s Delta +1.8652 GH /s (+1.80%) Rejected at pool 1.4000 GH /s (1.33%) Extra rewards 0.0000 GH /s Timed-out speed 0.0000 GH /s
yes i now the link i have been mining for a couple of days now and it was oke. but this mining speeds vs payout can't be right.
You don't get paid instantly, it comes in even after you have finished mining; it's PPLNS. There is no purpose to what you are doing though.
