281  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Alpha Technology Litecoin (Scrypt) ASIC Miner Order Batch 1 Now! on: August 02, 2014, 12:11:05 AM
For non customers I'm going to provide an inside look of what happens all day everyday on the Alpha forums

hmm … request a refund on a 14 day old payment, get refused on the basis that it is over 5 months, ask a reasonable question on the support forum and have your question deleted within 60 seconds …

Maybe they don't have any money left ?

Money left ?  I think they are in the hole .

Fiaz and Akraham are far to hostile in the tone of their forum posts.  Even neutral questions about the shares, ship dates, or product milestones are being called out as threats, attacks and laced with "vitriol".  When a customer gets upset they are banned.

If the company was liquid with cash they would have more confidence in the operations going forward.  They would be more nonchalant in their communications.  If a they were awash with cash and customers clamoring at their door they would be fine giving refunds, and any attacks would be met with calm responses stating that it will all come out in a few short weeks.

But Fiaz and the Akharamek are tense and hostile even in their announcements.  They go back and forth between carrot and stick.  They entice with rewards and speculation and then attack with threats if things don't go their way.  They make commanding statements without providing any supporting evidence.  They have no legs to stand on.

They went all in on the last pot and lost almost everything.  Now they are all or nothing and they have a weak hand, but they are going to try to bluff their way out of it.  But because they have no business acumen and no competence in any of the lot they have an aweful poker face.  Even their backers are asking if they need to towel off the sweat and they lash out at them yelling that they aren't sweating and why would they as they have a royal flush but have at most a pair of twos.
282  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Would some Regulation in the Altcoin space be welcome? on: August 01, 2014, 11:07:52 PM
We already have regulation.  Here it is....

Operation Shitcoin Cleanout and Clean Up Has Begun- Join the Revolution- Updated

But I think they need more support.
283  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Alpha Technology Litecoin (Scrypt) ASIC Miner Order Batch 1 Now! on: August 01, 2014, 10:48:25 PM
Ok so I have had enough.  I will be sending a recorded delivery letter to AT tomorrow demanding my money back.

I will also be referring AT to the UK police and FCA for their offer of shares.

I am now of the mind they have deceived their customers, performed a negligent and possible criminal act in stating they will be offering shares.

I urge you all to do the same. The officers of AT should be held to account for their behaviour.
Further I think in their desperation they are turning their company into a pyramid scheme.

I will post the various links to the authorities later on this thread. You need to tell the authorities your story's.

Good luck.

Wow you were one of Alpha Tech's strongest supporters.  I saw your recent interactions with Fiaz on their forum.  He really treated you poorly and was undermining and insulting.  I'm surprised he didn't realize that you were on his side much of the time.  Fiaz must be completely diluted at this point.

My guess is that Fiaz and all the other stooges at Alpha Tech are herding.  They talk their book to each other till they believe that any other opinion seems ludicrous.  Then when they go on the forums and see people talk objectively, it sounds like attacks and threats.

Hope you are able to get your money back.
284  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Will the GAW VAULTBREAKER Be profitable? on: August 01, 2014, 02:20:00 AM
If you pay full price for the Asic, you will probably not ROI.
If you wait for it to go on sale, and your electricity is
relatively cheap, you will probably ROI. But no one here
knows or can predict the future. Litecoin could be $40
again or it could go to zero.  BTC on the other hand is
doing very well with merchants, debit cards, and soon
paypal.

Mainly because BTC is past the initial ASIC transition.  BTC fell from 500 to almost 50 as ASICs were being deployed.  Many thought it was going to go to $20.  LTC and scrypt coins need to go through the transition.  Fortunately it is happening faster.
285  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Alpha Technology Litecoin (Scrypt) ASIC Miner Order Batch 1 Now! on: August 01, 2014, 02:12:51 AM
And this is why the vote does not matter.  Alpha Technology has already decided what they are going to do. They are going to seize all orders that have not paid the remaining 70%.   They are going to report that the majority of customers will vote in favor of the share distribution.  Any post about trying to make it non partisan are being deleted.  This vote is just a platitude.

286  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Alpha Technology Litecoin (Scrypt) ASIC Miner Order Batch 1 Now! on: August 01, 2014, 12:52:24 AM
Another captured record for prosperity.  I'm anticipating this customer to be banned soon and this post deleted so I'm copying it here.

287  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Alpha Technology Litecoin (Scrypt) ASIC Miner Order Batch 1 Now! on: August 01, 2014, 12:47:27 AM
It looks like Alpha Technology has not gotten as warm reception for their corporate share offering (which is illegal by the way to international customers).

Now they are letting people wait until units are built and the CC processor to be reinstated.  LOL.  I bet they will just get a bunch of empty cases to show that they are "manufacturing" units to scam people to paying.

Well it is good to know that the company shares didn't work and now the strong arm tactics proved a failure.  So now I guess they are going to try to listen to the customer and get the CC processor up.  But what they don't realize is that their units are not profitable and are next to worthless to mine with.  THAT is teh reason people are not paying the remaining 70%.

Like is said they will be bankrupt in less than 60 days.

288  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Alpha Technology Litecoin (Scrypt) ASIC Miner Order Batch 1 Now! on: July 31, 2014, 10:32:43 PM
I, as a paying customer, was banned yet again.  So much for ethics and transparency.  I guess I shouldn't point out they were not transparent nor ethical, when they clearly knew at the point in time when they were collecting the 70% final payment there was 0 chance of a July delivery.

I was just banned too.  These guys are criminal!  Too bad for them that I'm an attorney and I'm already starting to draft my lawsuit against them.  I did, however, start proceedings with my bank for my bank wire.  If my bank is unsuccessful in securing my 30% deposit in full, I will sue the pants off of them.  They don't stand a chance.  These idiots don't know a well written contract from a ghetto tagging.

Sorry but this is just hilarious. 24 hours ago they hoped to put everything behind them, unban everyone from their forums in an attempt to get everyone on side, install that warm and fluffily about the new approach, the shining light, the way forward.

24 hours later they are mass banning people for much of the same behaviour i.e. asking legitimate but probing questions.

Business as usual.

Is there anyone that believes they can deliver. For them their only hope is that there are people which do believe they can do it, those people and only those people will fund the remaining dev work, without which I doubt AT can raise the necessary funds to complete this monstrosity!

Pass me a another nail for that coffin....

The mass banning now is not just for the sake of removing negativity.  No the banning now is tactical.  They are weeding out anyone who will vote against the 30% share structure.  Odds are if you are still asking for a refund then you are likely to not want to pay in full and definitely not likely to want shares of the company.

With the majority of the no votes banned from the forum they will be able to move forward with their plan.  They will say look the majority of our customers want shares in Alpha Technologies.  So anyone that has not paid in full within x days (mostly refund requester) will get their money seized by the company and now they can resell those miners or use the capital to try again with another chip run.  They are so smarmy now. it is unreal.
289  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Alpha Technology Litecoin (Scrypt) ASIC Miner Order Batch 1 Now! on: July 31, 2014, 10:26:25 PM

290  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Alpha Technology Litecoin (Scrypt) ASIC Miner Order Batch 1 Now! on: July 31, 2014, 08:13:34 PM
As a paying Customer, I have been banned again for asking pertinent questions:

Now its going to be:

Distance Selling Regulations, Small Claims Court, High Court, High Court Sheriff.
It's my intended route as well. Do you want company on your journey? Wink

What are the experiences of other people? Paypal apparently refuses to refund, so should I try the CC chargeback right away? Or small claims court? I always wanted to know how that works! Yuipee!

Also, retro72 posted a summary of what went wrong and some links to legal advice/bits, but I can't find the link right now. Can anyone post the link to it? This thread is getting a bit unwieldy!

You told Paypal that this was a pre-order which is against their terms (from what I remember how people got their $ back in TerraHash fiasco), right?

Yes.  PayPal does not allow the selling of products that have an unreasonable future ship date.  Here are a list of falg that PayPal uses to freeze merchants that violate their terms...

* >1% monthly volume chargeback rate
* >1% monthly volume refund rate
* too many payment disputes
* violating the terms of service (including what types of products may not be sold through PayPal)
* selling products or services with known high chargeback rates
* a sudden increase in processing volume
* a sale an order of magnitude larger than your average ticket
* accepting payment too far in advance of shipping a product or providing a service

You should be able to get your money back if Alpha Tech is right and PayPal has frozen their funding.
291  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Alpha Technology Litecoin (Scrypt) ASIC Miner Order Batch 1 Now! on: July 31, 2014, 04:25:22 PM
The current version of their T&Cs clearly sets the groundwork for clawing back the 50/250mhs promises.

Quote
We guarantee that on delivery and for at least the duration of the warranty period the products will comply with the specification set out on their product page, including (if used properly) achieving at least the specified hashrate (18 Mh/s or 90 Mh/s as appropriate).

So the spec says 50/250 but the T&Cs say 18/90. The T&C also say:

Quote
"Be advised that due to the nature of their development our products are subject to change and the final device may be different to what was advertised to you whether on our site or elsewhere."

And finally, the biggest out of all:

Quote
We hope shipping will start in the second or third quarter of 2014.

But hey, you can have 30% if you'd just all shut up and send us your money !

Hey retro posted n the litecointalk forum the original terms and conditions.

https://litecointalk.org/index.php?topic=2859.msg187676#msg187676

and artilectinc made mention of this....

Payment will be accepted in Paypal, Bank Transfer and Bitcoins. Please note order number generated is not representative of your place in the queue. Only until payment is made and your order status moves to ‘Processing’ state that is when you are placed in the queue for shipping.

I'm not sure how they are going to honor the original terms and conditions when they can't provide PayPal as a service.  If PayPal will not support them then in the spirit of the terms and conditions they should have to refund full all those customers who used PayPal originally so they can use the existing payment options.  Holding on to those funds is a breach.  I'm not sure how they believe what they are doing is legal?

If they can't use PayPal that means they have to refund anyone who paid through paypal because they are breaching the orignal terms and conditions.  If the customer can't pay the whole order using PayPal then Alpah Tech HAS to refund the money because A-T cannot fulfill the order in any way!!!!!

HOW THE FU@# do they think they can just keep the PayPal money?!?!?!

So much for an unbiased vote too.  If you are not on board with buying into the 30% company stake and are still harping about anything negative like their violation of their original terms then they ban you.  They will probably ban anyone posting anything negative up tot the vote to make sure that the vote goes their way.  Yes people this is now a scam.  They are leaving nothing to change or to the customers.  They are going to get what they want by making the customers take on more risk after they failed the first time.
293  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Alpha Technology Litecoin (Scrypt) ASIC Miner Order Batch 1 Now! on: July 31, 2014, 12:57:26 PM
I just posted this on the Alpha Forum... But I don't think it will last there long, so I am posting it here...

Alpha, you ask us to trust you, yet every time I turn around, something negative shows up.  I'm speaking of the customers INVOICE.   I ask EVERYONE to look at your INVOICE.  Alpha lists everyone's DEPOSIT,  NOT as a deposit ,  but as an  " ORDER DISCOUNT".
When it comes TAX time,  just try listing an " ORDER DISCOUNT" as an expense.  I's sure that Alpha has some screwed up reason  for  listing  a " DEPOSIT " as an "ORDER DISCOUNT" ,  but I don't believe it is in the best interest of the customer. ( Maybe it's because you can't REFUND a DISOUNT.)
If you are going to take my money... At least let me be able to deduct it from my Taxes . Call a DEPOSIT, a DEPOSIT.

Just as I suspected,  this post didn't last on the Alpha site for all of 10 minutes...

So much for turning a new leaf.  Same old Alpha Tech. Still deleting posts.
294  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Alpha Technology Litecoin (Scrypt) ASIC Miner Order Batch 1 Now! on: July 31, 2014, 03:55:04 AM
I just read the announcement. WOW.
They basically said:

We're going to bend you over, it might hurt but we're going to use lube, even though our T&Cs don't say we have to use lube. No we don't NEED to use lube, we're lubing up as a gesture of goodwill.

A gesture you should be grateful for. People have been crying out for lube, we talked to some guy that didn't lube and we knew we couldn't get away with that, so we decided to throw some in.

Yes you have to pay extra for it.

Oh you don't want to?

Well then you're just going to get F**ked
ROFL!!!  I just read this from 9600's reply.  I just had to keep this thread going... sorry...

They initially told everyone that they were not planning to use lube.  They didn't need to because no one uses lube.  But they were kind enough to only use the tip back then.  Not like all the others who went balls deep.  Yes many screamed and that is why they had to use the gag  but now things are different.  Its only by listening to everyone that they understood and they decided to use lube.  So they want to start over.  That are going to take off the gag.

But you know lube is expensive and that they have invested their own hard earned money to buy some lube at the corner store.  Plus it is a real special lube.  We can't tell you how special the lube is but its really good lube.  You are going to enjoy, take our word for it.  But don't scream or you get the gag again.
295  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] MoonAsics - Scrypt ASIC 240 to 960 MH/s - Scheduled for August on: July 31, 2014, 03:42:35 AM

This was not intended to be insulting, only to be clear. Proofs and facts have already been posted, but when people are hating, they only see what they want to.

Ok that is a lie.  All you have posted is a console that can be nothing more than a batch file that simulates a miner.  There are a few of those out there.  What I'd like to see is the physical miner connected by usb to the comp that you are running the miner on.  If you are so near shipping and you are mining on a windows box then you have the prototype on hand to post a video of.

You still have not identified the fab shop that designed the chip nor the foundry that you are building the ASIC units at so that we can confirm that these units will ship in the next few weeks.
296  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Read a document. on: July 31, 2014, 03:35:32 AM
I would like some third party reviewers to read a document, and give feedback.

https://github.com/project-bitmark/marking/wiki

To say thank you, I will offer 40 BTM each to the first four people who read the document and give constructive feedback.

Mark

40 BTM is 2 block rewards, 10% of all I own, and would cost just over 0.01 BTC to mine

This is all I can say about that paper.

Is he one of your "connections"? rofl if so.. you might be a part of the problem and you need better connections Cheesy

just chalk it up to "conspiracy"

Chalk it up to you being part of the problem I'd say.  Please go back to the Pink sheets on Investorhub.

This just gets better and better.  I have never seen such a long-winded post have so little content.  So as surmised it is an unsanctioned (sanctioned in the US it would be SEC oversight through an underwriter) stock sale.  (If it is sanctioned, who are the underwriters?) Where is the full financial disclosure including ledger, day-to-day, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and whatever the UK equivalent is to a form 9K filing is for at minimum the last 4 quarters?  This information is required for any proscpective buyer executing due diligence.  How many shares per unit cost?  How many shares do the 70% closely held and 30% to-be-widely-held represent?  What are the insolvency rules for the shares?  The limitations of shareholder liability? (That is a crucial one there).  I could go on for an hour, but in short this info has to be made public to any prospective buyer without qualification.  The whole point of disclosure is to be open and transparent such that anyone can evaluate the investment prospect, not just a select group.

Exactly.  I know that any offering of shares in a foreign company to US citizens falls under the  Securities Act of 1933. This would qualify Alpha Technologies as a "Foreign Private Issuer" and are subject to  US reporting requirements.  Since "some" of the customers are probably US citizens then Alpha Technologies will need to file in the US to be an FPI and start reporting to the SEC.

Something tells me that they did not think this plan through and this was just a knee jerk reaction to prevent a slew of lawsuits that would come August 1st when they are in breach of their initial terms and conditions.  My guess is that current customers have stopped mobbing with pitchforks and torches to read the diatribe and are enticed by their greed to consider this.  It might give Alpha Technology enough time to get the last 70% from customers on the fence to restart another chip run.

This is a last ditch effort to scam people to send them more money before the bankruptcy happens.  Alpha Technology does not have the capital to fund the legal team needs to support multinational investors.

WOOHOOO ANDERL'Z A-T ANNOUCEMENT BREAKDOWN!

All aboard the pain train!!!

Quote
Greetings Batch 1 Customers!

Like all of you, we are not satisfied with the delay and have decided to do something about it. We refuse to allow the investments of batch 1 customers to be anything other than a success. We want to reward you for putting your faith in us, especially considering batch 1 hasn’t turned out how we all hoped it would turn out last year when we started. We want to rectify this situation, as well as learn from batch 1 going forward.

I assume they will be telling us how they are rectifying the situation that they have no miners and will not be shipping tomorrow below.  I'm also gonna assume they will tell us what they learned from this experience and n00b management of a manufacturing company.  OOOOOOh!!! I can't wait!!!

Quote
It should be noted that this delay was out of our control, and we were only able to provide an update to customers after we had received feedback from third parties.

Nice we are going to start by blaming all the third parties.  Well screw Drexel and Global Foundries.  Those bridges are already burnt.  Let's just bomb them for good measure so we can never re establish relationships with them.  ASIC design and manufacturing plants are a dime a dozen.

Quote
After obtaining this information, we were able to give a definitive statement as to the extent of the delay. The issues causing the delay did not occur overnight; they were a series of events that we tried to resolve and had to investigate first.

It was a gradual destructive process.  My guess is it spanned over months.  That explains the two directors of this family operated business just walking away so quickly.  Things blow up so the books are farked.  No point in trying to maintain them after the debacle starts.

What I like is how this open and transparent ethical company decided to not tell anyone about what was going on over the series of events.  Maybe the word transparent means something different int he Queens English.  You know like chips.  We call them fries.

Quote
Only after we were sure of the impact on delivery did we release an announcement (We had to be 100% certain as this was news that will negatively impact us as a company).

BWAAHAAHAAAAHAHA!!!!1  OMG!!! THis is rich.  Only after we were sure that this "series of events" would impact delivery.  You know the delivery in July?  After all by some miracle chips might materialize from heaven, or a UPS delivery truck shipping KNCminer chips could have crashed and dropped a box at our door.  Or maybe just maybe we could come up with some real good bull@*$t before August 1st.

Plus we want to be sure that there was nothing to salvage.  Wait until eh series of events burns completely to the ground so there are just ashes that cannot be salvaged.  Then.. ONLY then will we announce that everything if farked is total transparency.  After all we could not intervene in this series of events. We were only spectators.  If we involved ourselves that would make us complicit.

In light of these events,
Because we were blind to them before.

we as a company saw 2 possible roads here, where we can leave things as they were, with unhappy customers, or go out of our way to truly appreciate the fact that we were able to start because you put your faith in us.

Wait so their only two options her was to F^&! the customer by leaving things as they were and say yup we tried but we were incompetent and its your fault for believing in us or....

"GO OUT OF OUR WAY" to truly appreciate... ..you put your faith in us.

Did you read that?  Yes read it again sloooooowwwwllllyyyy.  They are going out of their way to appreciate your faith.  Yeah that means what it means.  Normally they do not appreciate your faith in them.  This time they went OUT OF THEIR WAY from their usual shafting of customers to finally appreciate you.  What an honor for you customers.  You should be so greateful!!!!!  LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOLLLLLLLLLLLL!

As such, we have decided to fully commit to our original commitment of transparency, an ethical open approach and your ROI. With this in mind we have also decided to un-ban everybody who was ever banned from the forum, and apologize if you felt it was unjust. We can now put all of this negativity behind us and move forward together.

Yeah we FARKED up with this transparency thing, so we are going to be transparent again. No we mean it this time we are going to be REAL transparent.  Yeah yeah we promised ot be transparent before but we didn't really mean to be.  Those were just words.  But now with things hosed like this we are going to finally commit to it.  Don't worry baby, we are going to change this time.  Really.......

You know I didn't really mean to shut you out.  I didn't mean all those nasty words I called you.  I'm different now.  I'm not the @$$hole I was before.  Look I'll even give you back the keys to my apartment.  Just please have me back.  We can wipe the slate clean baby.  All those hurtful things I called you.  Water under the bridge right?  You know you love me.  I got what you want......

Quote
We are well aware that our customers are worried that some competitor companies will be releasing devices around the same time as us, and they may struggle to achieve ROI. In order to overcome this worry and provide the customers reassurance that we are in fact an ethical company and are genuinely striving towards serving our customers, ....

WOOOOOHOOOOO!!! Alright!!!! Here is comes.... get ready everyone.  A-T knows you are farked for ROI because they are going to break their terms and ship well past they date in their terms of agreement.  So with the pain it will be to achieve ROI you are going to get PAYD!!!!  They figured out a way to give you more ROI!!!!  SO what is it.  Cloudhashing!?!?!?  BYGOFREE?!?!?!?!  Freeminers!!!!  Oh they are going to cram more chips into the Vipers..   YEAH!!! 1GHS Vipers for everyone!!!!!!!

Quote
we are proposing to give up a 30% stake in the company to our entire batch 1 customer base.

WHAT....                               THE....                     FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU.... ...................

Quote
Our proposition is that you will receive the miner as well as a shareholding in the company (depending on your order). This is still being worked out, so you can expect more details very soon.

Oh great  wtf is this crap!!?!?!?!  And they are still figuring it out.  So what?Huh Are they just pulling it out of their ARSES right now!!?!?!??!!?  Great soon.    SOON.   SOOOOOOOOOOOOON!!!!

Quote
Also, please note that our Mh/s to power ratio for batch 1 is still one of, if not the, best on the market

FARK you!!!! Vipers are NOT "on" the market.  They are vaporware.  Best "ON" the market are Insilicon.  You got jack SON!!!!

Quote
and many of our competitors are still yet to ship

You know who else has yet to ship?HuhHuhHuhHuhHuhHuhHuhHuhHuhHuhHuhHuhHuhHuh?

Quote
or even announce shipping dates. So this would mean that as long as Alpha Technology is making money, batch 1 customers are making money.

Haaaah!!! Good luck batch 1 customers.....  That is all that needs to be said....  If you don't get any voting rights, the Akrahm scammers can just pad their salaries so the company makes ZERO profit.  As long as ALPHA TECH looks like its not making money!!!!

Quote
Bear in mind that we are talking about turnovers in the millions for our company;

Yeah they turned over millions.  Only thing is in hasn't turned back to them.  Pissing in the wind.  Now they are going to start feeding the pipe dream.  Here they are pulling out the fishing rod and hooking the bait...

Quote
hence you are truly being rewarded for your investment and faith in our company.

I like that word faith.  It means belief without factual evidence or against factual evidence.  When people start asking you to have faith?  RUN.  All thei rsupportive eveidence is GONE.  All they have left is your hopes, prayers and FAITH.

Quote
This should go without saying but just to be clear, please note that only customers who have paid their orders in full

And SPPPPLOOOSHHHH!!!!!  The line is cast.   Now to hook the fish....

Quote
will receive this offer; any unfulfilled orders will be cancelled and subject to our cancellation policy as highlighted in our terms of order (which we have been completely open with since the start of this endeavour).

OH DAMN.  The last FARK UUUU to ythe customer.  You are with us or against us.  If you don't commit to your orders then we are seizing your funds completely and terminating your orders.

Never mind that we would only request the 70% when we had proof of a prototype.

Never mined that we would only request the 70% when we were 8 to 10 weeks from shipping.

Our NEW NEW terms are that if you don't pay the remaining 70% now not only do you not get shared but we are just shutting you down.  No credit card processor when we are ready to ship.  No more false promises.  We are just taking the money and running...

Oh and I like how they added that they were completely open with these terms from the start.  You know, they never changed the terms after all.  Just so you know we will reinforce it with that statement so drill it into you just in case you have doubt and what to start looking for the old terms.

This is a course that many want and have been calling for with these types of projects. Not just with ASIC companies taking pre-orders, but it can even be seen in other industries with the advent of Kickstarter and similar projects. A great example of how it should not be done being Facebook buying Oculus for $2 Billion and those original backers naturally not receiving a dime of that money. Many have called for this fair approach and yet companies don’t answer simply because they don’t have to. People fund them regardless, as has been the case with us, and yet here we are offering this to you in order to prove our commitment to you. Most companies would have taken, and unfortunately have, taken the other road.

So to prove that what we are doing is ethical we are going to cite some recent events in the news that are no wheres near related to what we are doing but you aren't going to actually do the research so you are jsut going to accept what we are saying from this presentation of false expertise.

Most companies would have just take your preorder money and given you no stake in their company.  I know of one company in particular as an example was this ASIC manufacturer that was designing their ASIC since May 2013 they was never going to give up shares of its company to the commoner customer.  They only did it as a last resort when the company was going to fold after they farked up their chip production.  You see we are not like THAT company

Quote
We’ve seen and spoken to people in the Bitcoin market whose companies started just like ours: obtaining their investments from first batches, but contrary to us would then proceed with becoming rich enough to simply mine themselves, while not caring about the people who got them started in the first place; only for dominating the market alone. What this shareholding effectively does, is make our customers an integral part of Alpha Technology by being partial owners of the company.

I'm waiting for the edit when they add the disclaimer to that last statement.  Does part owner mean completely open books.  Do all part owners get voting rights?  Do part owners get to sell their shares in the company?

Quote
This ensures that, no matter what happens, all of our batch 1 customers WILL get ROI one way or another as long as we are in business*

And there it is. DISCLAIMER!!!!!

Quote
as you will have full right over issues of dividends forever. Considering how we have survived and thrived, despite the madness that has been batch 1, the odds are very much on our side, most would have broken under this pressure and looking for their first way out and yet here we are as such rest assured we plan to be in this business for the long term. You will also of course be given your say in decisions made by our company, by way of discussions and votes on our forum. We will in fact be having a vote on our forum very soon in regards to this issue, to see if most of you feel the same way as we do: and whether or not you are happy to proceed with this. We will email you the timeframe at which the vote will take place, and link to the vote very soon.

So how are they going to do this??  If they are REALLY open and transparent it will be a poll that is publicly view able but only customers can vote on.  IN FACT if they were REALLY ETHICAL  they would put it in the hands of a third party that would manage the poll so that Alpah Technology can't pad the numbers.  After all WTF does it matter if you vote or not.  IF the cronneys at A-T want this to happen it doesn't matter if all of you are for it or against it.  A-T will just make it look like everyone is in favor.  Look SADDAM Akram got 99.9% of the vote for the distribution of shares!!!!!  All hail the loving dictator!!!!

Quote
If it is positive, we will put this proposition into practice and commence with all the legal paperwork. This proposition is something no other company in the crypto-currency industry has ever done before,

because it is STUPID and only exemplifies your incompetence.

Quote
despite past and present problems and complaints with delays in their projects. We want to overcome this and give our customers something back for their faith and patience.

As long as you allow us to change the terms of the agreement so that we do not have to have a prototype before asking for 70% and do not have to ship 8-10 weeks after we asked for the remaining 70% because we are FARKed if that is the case.

Quote
Under the current circumstances, this is the best solution for all. If we were to increase hashrates further: it would push back shipping from September, and everyone will complain again asking for increased hash rates for this first batch, and as a consequence: this cycle would continue as we would have to redesign the miners over and over again, which wouldn't help anyone. Not to mention that it would be an exhaustive, inefficient and unrealistic waste of funds.

Trust us we figured this out.  Don't mind we do not have any supportive evidence of this.  Just believe us.  Have FAITH.  What we outlined is the ONLY option.  Take it or you get NOOOOOOOTTTTTTTHHHHHHIIIIINNNNNGGG!!!!!!  We aren't threatening you.  We are only suggesting a single course of action that we say is the only option where we don't take all your money and you get nothing to show for it.  But its your choice.

Quote
We have done all we can and more than we needed to for batch 1 and we hope this does not go unnoticed by you. The same can be said for a discount; we’re sharing but, and sorry if this is too candid, we’re not stupid. Also, if we were to offer cloud hashing to customers, it would take a tremendous amount of time and effort to set up and have it running efficiently. On top of that, the hashing would only be temporary until it was not viable anymore; and we sincerely doubt you would be pleased with that. Cloud hashing is being explored, but not given any priority at this time. Another suggestion from customers was to ship extra miners for free from cancelled orders, this also is not viable as there wouldn't be enough miners to give everyone the extra miner.

Oh and all the other ideas the customers had.  Yaeah they are crap too.  No when we SAY you have ONE options we really mean ONE option.  We are ready to tank the entire company if you don't pick the "recommendation" we presented.  We will not entertain and details surrounding the other options.  Again.  PICK THE OPTION WE PRESENTED WHEN THE VOTE IS UP!!!!!1

Quote
There will however be cancelled orders,

Like we said we are going to terminate a bunch of clients funds and keep the funds and not deliver on then against the original terms and conditions.  So we are going to make those miners available to YOU.  Yes YOU!!!

Quote
and one possibility with this proposition is to set up our own mining operation immediately after shipment. Of course you will receive profits from this, proportioned to your share with the company, or we may simply just sell the miners. In any case: we will discuss all of this with you and you will profit either way.

And we have many more pipe dreams if you vote the RIGHT way.  The ONLY way.

Quote
We have secured key contacts in this industry, and hold a big advantage over any other crypto-currency company out there; this is a fact.

LOL.  If you have to "say" its a fact, then it is NOT a fact.  That is classic interrogation analysis to spot fictitious statements.  If you have to reinforce your statement with another statement it is probably a lie.  Its like saying.  The sky is green..... trust me.  The sky is green... that is a fact.

Quote
In the near future alone, our batch 2 miners will be something special. They will be highly profitable and (bearing in mind all that we have learned through this process) we can’t see how they will not simply be the best on the market

DISCLAIMER.... Unless another "series of events" that is out of our control happens.  "we can't see how they will not"  where have I heard that before?HuhHuh?

Quote
thanks to an engineering advantage which would be foolish for us to share right now, but you will know in due course.

We have special secrets that will make us dominate the industry, but we cant divulge them..... trust us.

Quote
We also have very ambitious and extensive plans for the future of our company, but we also want to listen to all of your ideas and thoughts so that we can use your input as well and work together on this in order to, hopefully, be on the cutting edge of the crypto-currency industry. We are giving you the opportunity to take that slice of the pie which you duly deserve, as you

stopping here only to emphasize the next few words.....

Quote
(and a little bit of us)

OH THE SELF ADULATION!!!!!!  The egos on this diluted MORONS!!!!!  They really think that they had nothing to do with this.  That they have been SO AWESOME in not shipwrecking the company and losing ALL your money.  You should PRAISE them!!!!!!!!

Quote
are the reason Alpha Technology made it this far. We are currently in conversations with our legal team and accountants,

You know the same famous international legal firm that told us that mining is a business activity per the HMRC as long as you do not read the part that says that an individual can be a miner too.

Quote
and will be drafting up the proposal in detail and send out the relevant paperwork to the customers. With this proposition we hope we have demonstrated to you that you are highly valued customers

Yes this shows you are highly valued.  Not that we failed to delivery your miners on time.  Not that we did not show you a prototype before we asked for funds, not they we hid all the problems that happened over the last 2 months.  Not the part where we banned a bunch of you.  Not any of that.  This.... this part is where we show you your are valuable to us.

Quote
and that we are truly in this market for the long term. We genuinely care about our customers and we want to actively help you not only making money from this industry but also, hopefully, contribute to it. We will of course disclose key information and documents to you with regards to our company in due course; the capacity and method of this is still to be determined, as we obviously cannot rush this due to its sensitive nature.

We are now all moving forward together and we are sorry but it must be said that constantly and unconstructively criticizing or trying to undermine us will only hurt yourself.

So if you have any negative comments or do not approve of what we are doing, don't say a word (we will probably ban you again).  Unless you constructively vote in favor of this don't bother commenting on it or even voting.  After all if you fark what we are doing up we are going to tank the whole company.

Quote
Instead, we must be constructive and collaborative, as you and your funds are in this with us.

See we are alreayd committed to voting in favor of this direction.  So just give us the money so we can start this bandwagon rolling again.

Quote
Just as a reminder what has happened since the start: you pre-ordered a product, then competitors arrived on the scene. In order to secure your loyalty, we increased the hashrate to 90Mh/s which is fair enough, then we took final payment at 90 (if we were any other company: chances are we would have and could have stopped at this point, that is a fact.), we then decided to increase to 250Mh/s despite the fact we didn't need to. We delayed and despite the fact our terms give us leeway in this: for the sake and in the interests of our customers we still decided to go yet another step further by giving you shares of our company for the rest of its existence without the need for you to spend an extra penny or work for us hence there is no catch this is technically something for nothing in so far as what we are legally obliged to provide you (although, in this situation: it would only make sense to purchase your future units from your company, as you will receive profits back similar to a discount. It would also make sense to contribute to the company as much as you can in whatever capacity you can; as you would be directly helping yourself). All this on top of free shipping for batch 2 and 10% off any future batch of your choice; this is an unprecedented level of customer service.

What more to do want from us.  We gave you EVVERRTTTYYYYYTHHIINNNNGGG...... up to a point.  We can't give you any more.  We can't be competative with all the other manufacturers.  We farked up and they are already beating us.  We can't compete for value.  You can but the same hashrate we are offering for for less than the 70% you own and get delivering in less than 5 days.  We won't because to compete with total hashrate.  KNCminer and GAW are going to destroy us in only 6 weeks.  All we have is the shares in our company.

Quote
We sincerely hope that you will appreciate our efforts

Yup this is the most sincere letter I have ever read in my life!!!! {sarcasm}

Quote
to go the extra mile for you and that you will appreciate the offer we’re making to you. We want to thank you for your patience, support and investment in our first batch. We hope you will continue to support us and we promise we will continue to value your custom and input.

I guess that means no more banning.  You can post anything you want on the Alpha Tech forums.  WOOOHOOOO!!!! Open season.

Quote
We are really excited about the future of our company in this industry and we hope that you will join us in our excitement.

Thank you and we’re looking forward to be hearing from you!
