2801  Bitcoin / Wallet software / Re: Bisq trading fees / losing maker/taker fees on: February 07, 2023, 05:32:37 PM
Based on what you are saying, the trading fees have to stay the way the app suggests and there is no way to manually increase/decrease them based on current network conditions.
Any thoughts on my second question? Do traders lose any money by taking their orders offline? Not deleting them from the order books, just taking them temporarily offline.
2802  Bitcoin / Wallet software / Bisq trading fees / losing maker/taker fees on: February 06, 2023, 05:52:53 PM
I have limited experience with using Bisq. I was the taker once to see how it works and completed the trade within the same day. I have two questions though.

- I could swear that the older versions of the software allowed peers to customize the sat/vByte fees they are paying. Now I don't see that anywhere in the options menu. You can only adjust the withdrawal fees when you move coins out of the Bisq wallet to another wallet. Is that possible or not? Seems excessive to overpay at times and use the suggested 20 sat/vByte, e.g. when 3-4 sat/vByte would almost guarantee next block confirmation when the mempools are almost empty.

- The next question is about what happens with the maker/taker fees if you shut down your laptop. For example, when you go to sleep at night. If you delete an order, you lose the maker/taker fees. If the order just goes offline when the software is no longer running, it will go back online again the next time you start it. I am guessing you don't lose any fees when you do that. The software has to remain online until the security deposits are confirmed on the blockchain. After that, it doesn't have to be online at all times.
2803  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Street Selfie? Why all these crazy requirements in the name of KYC verification? on: February 06, 2023, 05:31:08 PM
That's true. Although for cookies, there's option to choose "X", "Reject all", "Accept minimum" or similar lines which i automatically choose these days.
Unfortunately the reject all option doesn't reject all cookies at all sites. There are usually mandatory ones that you have to accept and which you can't reject even if the site offers you the reject all option. The reject all is for the optional cookies. Maybe tools like the Cookie-Editor can help to clear even the mandatory ones with the click of a button after you are done with a particular website. Manual deletion from the settings menu works as well, but both options first include accepting some and then deleting them afterwards.

Advanced users might get rid of the cookies popup using inspect element, but popular sites have protection in place against that. It works sometimes.

Betcoin has never lost a mediation with ThePogg or any other mediatior, as far as I can recall.
https://thepogg.com/casino-review/betcoin-ag/#complaints
I apologize, that issue is about Playbetr. The player in question got their money back from Playbetr after contacting thepogg.com. It wasn't Betcoin. I will edit my previous post to correct the information.
2805  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: OLE7.IO scammed me 11700 USD in bitcoins without reasoning! on: February 06, 2023, 05:04:40 PM
IM markets offered by Ole7.io allows you to place bets double the size of the original bet limits.

So when a bet has a limit of 22.04mbtc, you are free to bet a total of double that stake limit, hence i am allowed to bet 44.07,mbtc. They are the one who set the limits, not me. In no way i bet more that i was allowed.
I have no experience with Asian bookies and Asian agents, so I am a complete newbie in that regard. But if you say that you are allowed to bet double what the betting limits are, can you back that up with information provided in the Terms and Conditions of Ole7.io where they say that?

Same question to the Ole7.io forum representative: If the player is not allowed to bypass betting limits the way spyrosc200 explained it, is that clearly explained in your TOS? And is that the reason why the funds were seized?

I tried askgamblers but betcoin/playbetr isn't even listed there. I can go with SBR, what else?
Take Poika5's advice that he posted above. He suggested https://thepogg.com/ because another player got his money back from Betcoin Playbetr when they used their mediator services.

I will quote the post since you seem to have missed it:

Finally, thanks to https://thepogg.com/ as an intependent mediator, I get my money back.

This demostrates that the accusation of playBetr has no sense.

Now, spoiler, they will say, "Yes, you are a demon, cheater you does arbitrage, uses bots. But we are so honest that anyway we give your money, bla, bla, bla"

No sirs....you are scammers, you are stealing money from honest users and just a few decide to figth.

There are a lot of honest online casinos, no need to take the risk to play on yours

Hasta la vista baby
2807  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Suggest me an exchanger ? on: February 06, 2023, 04:39:37 PM
Judging by the two posts you wrote in this thread, you didn't mention how you are purchasing your bitcoins. If it's with fiat and you are using a popular payment method, you could consider Bisq for your BTC purchases. It's not only a decentralized exchange, but also a non-custodial and open-source wallet where you can leave your coins the same way you do on Electrum, for example. Whenever you decide to withdraw them elsewhere, you only pay mining fees. It's good because you don't have to withdraw them every week.

The only question is if you will find trading partners willing to sell $10 worth of BTC or if the software allows it.

Hello, your emails were not ignored. We clearly stated that you are in violation of our terms of service. You were asked to provide a Bitcoin address to return your deposit and have failed to do so. Once you provide the email bitcoin address, these will be sent.
I corrected the mistake for you. @cru7ufy Email them the bitcoin address where they can send your deposits. After that, you can start getting in touch with 3rd-party mediation sites and have them take a look at the case and the evidence that Betcoin has against you. Many casinos don't want to share evidence publicly, so your remaining option is to have someone else mediate the whole process.
2809  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: OLE7.IO scammed me 11700 USD in bitcoins without reasoning! on: February 05, 2023, 05:05:44 PM
You placed a 25 MBTC bet on a Algerian second league game, that's a massive bet for such a low tier league, clearly Your account was not limited. Then why would OP multi account? It makes no sense.
The type of leagues OP was betting on is highly unusual maybe even to the point of being suspicious. Iranian football, Algerian low division and Reserve league, and matches from Vietnam. But if it's part of the daily offer, then you are allowed to bet on it. Otherwise, either remove the leagues or limit the amount that players can wager.

I will PM the forum rep and ask them to explain the exact reason for locking the account. For the record, I do find your choice of leagues suspicious.
2810  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: OLE7.IO scammed me 11700 USD in bitcoins without reasoning! on: February 05, 2023, 01:54:49 PM
You should contact the casino via email and explain what happened. The reason your account got closed might not be known to ordinary support personnel. Does the site have a customer safety or regulation department that can be reached? Definitely ask them what is going on and PM the casino's forum account that you created this scam accusation. We need to hear what they have to say.
2811  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Jackbit.com casino holding my funds and refuse to provide the reason on: February 05, 2023, 01:35:40 PM
It's not reasonable for any reputable casino to hold a user's funds for 6 months without justification.
I completely agree, however, they didn't tell you they would hold your funds for 6 months. The support agent said the investigation can take up to 6 months. There is a clear distinction. In theory it can take that long or be completed in a day/week/month, etc. Their terms don't mention any time frames though. I guess the support agent is speaking based on their experience.

The Company furthermore reserves the right to hold the withdrawals for the time needed to investigate violations of the Terms and Conditions and/or applicable laws on part of the Player.

Have you asked the casino representative to reply here with more information?

They claiming automated bot system but there is no details of their team and Whitepaper So that they can be believed.
Eve if they had detailed information about their team members and a professional-looking whitepaper, that's all just for appearance. Any service that promises such ridiculous returns as 100% after 10 days of investing is a scam or a scam waiting to happen. It shouldn't be trusted!
2813  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: New Way of Scam: Illegal use of KYC accounts on: February 05, 2023, 12:03:02 PM
Also when we see the conversation, the service provider is saying that he is not scamming but offering this work and if the OP is not interested he may leave and don't waste the time.
That is exactly right. No scam has take place (yet). One may or may not take place. What we as a community can do is the same as what OP has done, warn people of the consequences of getting involved with something like that. If you carry something illegally across international borders and get caught, then you are guilty of smuggling. YOU are the one that's guilty because YOU did it. Someone maybe paid you or put you up to it, but you will be accountable for those actions.

This is now the second scam accusation I see about Betcoin today. Have you PMed the forum representatives of both casinos to make them aware of this scam accusation? They won't know otherwise. I see from your profile that you haven't posted in their ANN threads.

I hope that whenever the Betcoin and Playbetr reps stop by, they will offer a fair explanation of what happened and not a low-effort post saying player broke the rules, bla bla.

@Betcoin the post I read by you in the other scam accusation thread is the effort you would expect from an 8-year old drawing in school. Do you have any proof that shows your actions are valid?
2815  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Scammed by Trustdice (Account banned and money confiscated) on: February 05, 2023, 09:37:40 AM
None of these sites had Trustdice.
What does that mean? They have a list of sites they "work with" regarding player appeals and unless the casino is on that list they won't help?

Only reason why Laki21000 got his money back was because Coinbox1/Trustdice was dumb enough to think that every 4th quarter bet is a late bet / Or they thought that nobody would analyze Laki's bets.
I agree with you that the forum representative Coinbox1 is an incompetent idiot who doesn't know what he is talking about when it comes to sports betting, and he claimed that his staff and him were bullied by the likes of me and HolyDarkness (who he called another Croatian). Due to the stress and mental suffering they decided not to speak to this community any more. It has, of course, nothing to do with the fact they were caught lying trying to show that a player was placing bets after matches already ended. Still, the moronic nature of the casino rep doesn't warrant a negative rating from an objective point of view for something that hasn't or can't be proven.

By the way i have won over +600k€ against the worlds sharpest books like Pinnacle/Betcris, so i know my fair share about sports betting...
I know it's none of my business, but why the hell would you go from that to something like TrustDice? If you have money to spend and you are looking for a new car, you don't go and buy a second-hand Fiat Panda from the 80's. Sadly, you did.
2816  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Betcoin.ag closed my account and doesn't pay out my winnings on: February 05, 2023, 09:16:12 AM
Garbage betcoin basically I ask under which law and legal rule a player is not allowed to play arbitrage or what kind of bets.Pomiyar quote the law letter by paragraph
There doesn't have to be a law that prohibits or allows it. If you check their terms of use, you will see that arbitrage betting is one activity they consider fraudulent. What the law says, what you or me think, doesn't matter. Those terms are binding if you want to use Betcoin. If you think they are unfair, immoral, illogical, use a bookie that doesn't ban arbitrage betting.

Having said that, I am not defending Betcoin in this particular case nor do I know if the OP placed such bets. I am just explaining that if you use a specific service, you have to respect their rules or stop using it if you can't do it.

Why should I do it, with these low stakes? To win 1,50 Euro ??
You are talking about your overall profit taking into consideration betting on all possible outcomes. But Betcoin doesn't care what you wagered won/lost elsewhere. They only take into account the money you take from their wallets. And that's the wagers and amounts you showed in OP.

Does anyone have any other ideas what I could do? open a Case on SBR, or comment on their Facebook/Twitter posts that they are not paying out?
Commenting on Twitter won't get you your winnings, will it? You can file a complaint on Casino Guru and/or AskGamblers and see what they have to say. But according to my knowledge, one site doesn't deal with sports betting, while the other doesn't help when the matter is about term violations. They can, however, suggest other trusted services to turn to. Additionally, you can get in touch with their regulator Gaming Services Provider N.V. from Curacao and ask them to assist with the matter.

If you believe you have a case against them, you will have to get active and knock on many doors. Start with the ones I mentioned above.
2817  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: New Way of Scam: Illegal use of KYC accounts on: February 05, 2023, 08:18:23 AM
Good that you have taken the screenshot of the whole conversation. Usually when the scammers see that they are unsuccessful in convincing us, they would delete the chat , so it can't be presented as a proof to help others, as you did here.
This is not a traditional scam and you aren't investing or using your money. That's probably why the user doesn't bother to delete anything. He might even even pay you those 3% commission fees every single time. But you are the one taking all the risks. It's your name that is connected to the accounts and the money, not that of your "partner".

Every time a deposit, withdrawal, or exchange for fiat happens, it's you who did it in the eyes of the law. Taxable events, money laundering, using illegal services (betting in Pakistan) are just some of the things you are guilty of. You take all the risk, while your "partner" goes home with 97% of the money. These types of offers should be avoided unless you don't care about your future at all.

<Snip>
How do the rates look at your end?
I have been trying and failing to get better rates on the Trocador app compared to what you would get if you went to the official websites of the suggested instant exchanges. Swapuz and StealthEx (B-rated exchanges) always give me better rates for a BTC>XMR exchange on the official sites.

I have been refreshing and trying for a few minutes now and not once did Trocador app offer more favorable rates. I am questioning their "we charge no fees" statement.
2819  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Street Selfie? Why all these crazy requirements in the name of KYC verification? on: February 05, 2023, 07:37:27 AM
If all 20 casinos would ask you to go through KYC and prove where you got the funds before you could deposit, none of them would have earned $100k from you. That gives them a huge incentive to not ask questions during deposit.
I have never done KYC on a crypto casino, so I am not familiar with the procedure. There are some fiat sportsbooks that I have used (and still use occasionally) where my identify is verified. No one ever questioned me about the source of my founds. They just want to know I am who I say I am and live at the address I registered with.

All this address selfie bullshit aside, I don't think that normal crypto casinos that require KYC ask such questions either. They just want to know you are of legal age, you don't gamble from a restricted location, and that you haven't broken any of their terms.
2820  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Migrate from one ethereum wallet to other using migratoor on: February 05, 2023, 07:29:22 AM
I don't know its potential but I prefer to do things the old and safe way.
Me too, but this isn't meant for people like me and you and others that aren't that into altcoins. If you have 3 tokens in your account altogether, it doesn't take much time to move them elsewhere. But imagine having 50 different alts and shitcoins. Things become exponentially harder then.

Using any 3rd-party service that requires your private keys and seeds is a risk. I am sure that is needed here otherwise the transactions couldn't be processed. It should be used at your own risk and knowing what could go wrong.
