2801  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Gaming Industry and Cryptocurrency! on: February 28, 2020, 11:59:45 PM
There are so many gamer's who earn through live streaming,
And I think crypto would be the best to make some donation or for them to earn.
I hope that there would be a platform that would make it happen.
And also I hope that there would be a platform where we could buy some in game currency for some online games like Ragnarok Mobile,ML,Garena and other online games too.
Hmmm. I think that's a great idea I never thought of that but I think it would be a great option to have also.!

The streaming platform should also use cryptocurrency as an asset the community or the donators surely are aware of the cryptocurrency even the gamers are not overtime they will be exposed to cryptocurrency since they are streaming if the cryptocurrency is added to the streaming platform as a currency.
2802  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is NOW the time to get into Ethereum ? on: February 28, 2020, 11:48:53 PM
Yes, I know that there are many coins , and everyone has a favourite. But with the Ethereum 2.0 upgrade close, the move to Proof of Stake and the performance improvements promised , is now the time to get seriously into Ethereum ? I discuss this in the following video , as well as the opportunity it provides :

https://youtu.be/O8gTpGu9D_c

By the way , if you forward to 13:15 I also share my equation for getting Bitcoin at a lower price

I bet no one can really tell the right time to buy any coin. Your dip may not always be the dip. You may buy eth @225$ and wake to see it @210$ or less.
I might agree with you, I think investing in Ethereum even today was still a good choice for most of the investors but having it lower or investing when the market price of Ethereum is dump is still the option or the best time where you could invest your money in my opinion. For sure comparing to Bitcoin Ethereum still is a great investment since it is one of the popular altcoins in the market, the demand in this token is still very high so the market price is surely just having resistance and going to pump soon.
2803  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Buying low selling high ain't always successful on: February 28, 2020, 11:37:45 PM
Buying the dip has its bad side and that's unable to predict market movement You buy the dip, it goes dipper. You buy the high, it goes dipper, you convert to usdt, it starts surging ....I quit buying low selling high for now
Buying low and selling high for me always work.

The problem is did you really buy your cryptocurrency in a low price? I think you are just losing your hope. You will never lose if you will never sell works in Bitcoin and some popular altcoins in the market.

Just don't invest in dead coins in the market since I don't think it might be profitable even for the long term the price could go down.
2804  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Please help! Is this scam or not? on: February 28, 2020, 11:12:48 PM
Hi All, a friend send me a message with info about a new token name NLC (Night Light Coin) with domain nlccoin.com
But the condition to receive the token airdrop is have to transfer ETH to this address: 0x36afEe66EA8d6a99A9c6c7e676D512eA4A19bC83
I'm not sure if this project is real or from any scammer to cheat everyone. Please give me some advice
Thank you
Making someone to send funds in an address is obviously a scam!

Just a piece of advice I don't think you should entertain this kind of message I think it was just a classic scam message in telegram.
Also your not gonna need to send funds or ETH just to received an airdrop, most of the time it was just a small task you need to complete like liking a page.
2805  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: New projects are now showing up on: February 28, 2020, 10:58:13 PM
Becareful fellas, new projects are now showing up just because of the Bitcoin hype growing around the internet, the FOMO is alive and no one wants to miss out, now new projects are joining the train as well, behold 'its all about money making' ,do not entirely put your trust in new projects, even new bounties are showing up too, I pity you if you don't know how to patiently do some research

I might not think about it but still, I don't trust this projects anymore even ICO's, in my opinion, doesn't give a great profit overtime when you put your investment in their token I think for a user who already knows everything about this they will not likely for fall in this kind of methods, mosts likely newbies and new traders or investors will be their victims.

We already learned our lessons and it is not going to happen again!
2806  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Students on Bitcoin or Cryptocurrency on: February 28, 2020, 01:15:27 AM
Mabuhay Pilipinas!
Ako ay isang Senior High School student and I know na marami dito ang mga nagaaral pa. I would like to ask Paano kami kikita dito? Ang mining, faucet, trading and some of these types of earning are not good enough to make lots of bitcoins. Ang cryptocurrency ay nakatutulong sa mga studyante na gaya ko sa pagdating sa financial support which is good naman dahil gaya ng iba na mag isang pinapaaral ang sarili, nagsusumikap makapagtapos ay natutulungan nto.

How can I start earning with doing some services or having jobs with cryptocurrency without asking the rank? but instead it's willingness at pagiging seryoso dito.

2807  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Binance Support Deposit and Withdrawaals in Hongkong on: February 27, 2020, 06:38:25 PM
I really appreciate how Binance tried to spread globally and been recognized as one of the best exchanges in the crypto market. They keep on rallying and pushes themselves to the limit and I believe that having this new offer to the people in Hongkong will help to build trust and confidence with them. That will eventually turn into more popular and as well as having a lot of investors in the future to use their platform.
I honestly think that Binance could surpass a lot of exchanges since they have a lot of improvement in the past month on their websites and their transactions.
Also, the CEO of the Binance has a lot of innovative ideas that are helping the cryptocurrency community. In the past day, a lot of great articles online about Binance and from the latest article I read that the Binance CEO has already overtaken Bitmain in the latest Hurun Global Rich List.

2808  Economy / Exchanges / Coinbase NO to long hexadecimal addresses on: February 27, 2020, 06:23:09 PM
In the CoinBase new feature :
Coinbase can now send using a short human-friendly address instead of the common bitcoin address that is usually a long address.

We all experience the fear when we are sending our bitcoin or altcoins using this traditional long address (ex.0x89136a83664fa0673930be34463e444260775dc or 3GVBSgLLLjAoNRKxw5hm7kANN2P2mEQJy)
Afraid to make a mistake or somehow copy-paste something wrong but in this Coinbase new feature you could now send it using a username  (like @walletfan) instead of using the long hexadecimal addresses.

You could also keep your username private, they added a privacy toggle setting in the menu of the Coinbase application.

2809  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: One of the Richest Man in Russia Launching his own Token on: February 27, 2020, 06:12:30 PM
What makes it any different from the failed Libra project of Mark Zuckerberg? If he is serious about cryptocurrency, then he should invest in Bitcoin and help the community rather than creating his own token. We already have 10,000 plus cryptocurrencies and there is no need for a new one. Just like Zucker, the intention here is not to support cryptocurrency but to profit out of it.
I get your point, I think creating altcoins or cryptocurrency is no longer needed since there are already thousands of altcoins in the market also a big percentage of it was just a dead coin or token. Still, I think if the token has a certain use or a currency I think it could still work as long as it could gain demand from the community using the main uses of the token created still if there is no demand token will be pretty useless anyway.

Maybe launching his own token could still affect or influence a small percentage of the community Russia since he is one the billionaire in their country he is somehow famous for sure.

2810  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Bitcoin Halving Could drop Inflation Rate lower than central banks on: February 26, 2020, 04:09:53 PM
As Satoshi Created the Bitcoin and designed a protocol to be an inflationary currency as the value of bitcoin is volatile. Also as bitcoin’s inflation always decreases every four years because of this bitcoin halving. As of now, the BTC’s inflation rate is around 3.6% and we are expecting it to drop to 1.8% after the bitcoin halving event. Comparing it to the average central banks, the cryptocurrency has a lower inflation rate.

“When someone tries to buy all the world’s supply of a scarce asset, the more they buy the higher the price goes.”

As the supply of bitcoin is limited, the rewards of the miners were decreased every 210,000 blocks.

The Central Banks telling the public the average inflation rate is at 2% but could indicate higher than up to 10%.

The estimated inflation rate increase in 2020 is at 2.5% because of the bitcoin halving.

2812  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Gaming Industry and Cryptocurrency! on: February 26, 2020, 03:05:05 PM
The blockchain technology already uses a lot in the gaming industry and tend to be stronger as the gamers support cryptocurrency. There is no doubt that the connection between the two increases the use of cryptocurrency.
Investors are interested and racing to in investing in cryptocurrency games platforms such as The Sandbox and Cryptovoxels want to buy virtual real states with this platform.

"A lot" is a strong word here. I don't see companies like Steam, EA, Blizzard ever talking about blockchain technology or cryptocurrency. Steam even abandoned Bitcoin payments because the fees were too high. You are showing some obscure games that no one in gaming community ever heard about and say that it's a proof of blockchain's success, but it actually shows that blockchain and crypto are light years away from mainstream adoption in gaming.
I think the games that I posted in the thread already prove that the cryptocurrency and gaming community have chemistry together. Also, this games are trendy because it uses cryptocurrency as a currency in the game surely this idea could easily implemented some popular games like Fortnite, Dota 2 , LOL, etc. In this kind of game, cryptocurrency is still not used but possible as a payment method kind could easily be a great option to use since there are also a lot of gamers in the cryptocurrency community.

Can you access this from a different computer?
I believed you could see the password since it is already typed in the textbox, I think it might be exposed if you could access it on another computer.
you cannot inspect anything if they don't have access to your computer it should be mine in my opinion. Unless you saved your password from a rental computer.

The first thing to remember is that this post is written with an educational purpose. Secondly, it was the net-café computer on which that user (someone else) he/she Must have logged in and clicked on save the password, that's why I can see his password. I hope you understand
Agree, I will not save my password anyway in a net-café computer because they can already log-in into my account and theirs no need to look for what is the password if you could already be logged in in the account since it was saved.
But thanks for the tips. Cheesy

Of course, it's if he is using the same computer as the person who first logged in with the saved password. This is why I think it's not even a wise decision to go to a cafe to browse. It isn't even safe to do that on one's PC or phone because any of these items can get into a wrong hand without a preplan.
That's what I said it could only be exposed you are in a computer rental it was just basic not to same your password there since it is not your personal computer.'
If you cannot access it from a different computer it would be fine if you save your password if you have your own pc.
without learning HTML you could easily inspect the saved password if it was automatically typed in the password box.

2818  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to identify btc transactions? on: February 26, 2020, 02:57:40 AM
Some Bitcoin Wallet supports multi send in a single transaction that is why you see a lot of addresses, The fact that your getting that transaction in your wallet it is a proof and validation that you have received an amount of bitcoin. If you want to know that exact amount that you receive simply find your wallet click "Load more outputs" and control + F to easily find your wallet and now you can see the exact amount that you receive just like in my image.

I think this is the best way to find your transactions... Since the sender send bitcoins to a multiple wallets that is why there are so many wallets in the list I think using chrome or in any other browser, Control+F is already effective I don't know if there is a feature that helps you find it in the blockchain website still I think there is no search bar to search your address in the transactions easily so I think for now this is the most effective way to find it. The downside is you need to load the remaining 900+ transactions so that control+F is going to work.

Still, this could work also: https://www.blockchain.com/explorer
2819  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Online gambling or Casino gambling? on: February 26, 2020, 01:59:12 AM
I want to know what do you prefer between online gambling and casino gambling? Is it better for you to play online or land-based casino?

First things first, Online gambling happens through the use of the internet as simple as that, and casino gambling is no on the internet, so basically, it is the building or rooms for social amusements, where your body is required to play the gamble.

Let us consider the advantages and disadvantages of both kinds of gambling.
Online Gambling
Advantages
1. Convenience - You can play the game anywhere and anytime, and that is so good for some gamblers that they are the ones who decide when and where to start playing.
2. Promotion - there are a lot of gambling sites that give some promotion to their loyal users.
Disadvantages
1. Less communication - When you play online, you cannot communicate and socialize with anyone because there is no interactions happen.
2. The award or prizes - if you are playing online and you win the game, then you cannot claim the prize as soon as possible because it takes a process.

Casino Gambling
Advantages
1. Ambiance - When you play in the real casino, you will feel that you are really in the casino because of its ambiance.
2. Interaction - When you are playing in a real casino, of course, you will get interaction with some people there so you may have friends.
Disadvantages
1. Time Wasting -It is not like online games that you are responsible when and where to play the game, so in a real casino, you need to go to the casino to play the game.
2. Pressure - The pressure is there because you can see some reactions to your opponents.

These are what I know about the difference of Online gambling and casino gambling, so if you know more than that, you may comment on this post.
Both have their advantages and disadvantages but the online gambling is becoming trendy since you could just do it anywhere if you have an internet connection and your device also the cryptocurrency or cashless society is becoming more popular from the past years no wonder why this kind of gambling is also getting trendy.

I have seen some news where online bingo is also starting to accept cryptocurrency.

2820  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / One of the Richest Man in Russia Launching his own Token on: February 25, 2020, 01:11:25 PM
Vladimir Potanin one of the world billionaires and also in the list of richest Russian people Want to launch his own token.
Potanin already has the approval from their central bank to launch his own token, the token is going to be used by his clients to buy metals, air tickets, and transfer ski passes from his businesses.
I think Potanin actually acknowledge cryptocurrency having a smooth transaction from his clients and eliminating the paperwork and middlemen, also having a speed up transactions.

ATOMYZE CRYPTO TOKENS ,

“The main idea of tokenization is not in buying or trading cryptocurrencies; it lies in the creation of a modern and transparent mechanism for digitizing of assets, and in the creation of new digital markets, where tokenization is a service helping issuers transfer rights to their assets into a digital form.” explained Atomyze CEO, Marco Grossi.
