2801  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: The bounty scam will gradually go away on: September 19, 2020, 02:41:23 PM
Just recently we are beginning to have some Twitter campaign giving hunters reward in btc in the service section. This is one sure way to take off this muster that seem like a cancer called bounty scam.

They won't go away forever. There are still people who falls for their dumb/stupid scams. They join those projects and encourages more scam. Though as more people become aware of their scams, more people will start avoiding them making those scammers attempt worthless. But this does not mean that those scammers will leave. They will try a new and different way for scamming people. Right now they are using "trends" and "hypes" to scam people.

I guess one reason that we are seeing that Twitter campaign is because of the audit which takes care of non real followers of an account. So if your Twitter account isn't made of real followers, you stand no chance of being selected. The audit is surely to check out accounts with fake followers and that is also good to stop scamming.
I am not sure who are talking about those. Are you talking about people scamming bounty hosts by using accounts with fake followers to complete tasks?
2802  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is Transparent in it if team behind the coin is anonymous on: September 19, 2020, 06:44:17 AM
These days, I've seen a lot of project where people ask in the telegram group like. Where is team profile? . The answer they get is team is anonymous. I'm always like, why? Why would they prefer to stay anonymous. Is there any reason behind this or are they just copying satoshi?
Because after knowing this, many people still go on to invest on an anonymous Erc20 token project with no useful purpose. I would love to see if there is a good reason behind this anonymity.
They want to stay anonymous because their intention isn't right. Some of them legit wants to keep their identity a secret due to privacy reason. Others just wants to make sure no one finds them after scamming everyone.
It is not about copying Satoshi. If a coin that hasn't been premined and no ICO or funds in form of investment has been collected from people, then it is totally okay to hide the identity of a creator. But, if the creator is collecting funds from people, hiding their identity just makes them suspicious.
2803  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Legit trading courses on: September 18, 2020, 07:46:03 PM
I'm new to the whole crypto world and i've been fascinated by trading in this sector. I would love to find a good program that can help me learn and avoid painful mistakes, but im finding it quite hard to figure out which ones are real and which ones are scams!
For now the two one that sound legit are the course from tradercobbs by craig cobb and Blockchain education which is highly promoted by crypto oracle.
I was wondering if anyone knows if they are legit and in case have any advice's on good courses!
There is no need to buy any courses or anything. There are lot of online resources that will help you understand how trading works. But the best way to learn trading is to experience it. Start will small amount of money. Slowly start trading and note down everything. Don't be expecting to make profits right away. You will be making a lot of mistakes. Learn from those mistakes. Just taking "coursed" and reading books about trading won't help you at all. Trail and error is the best way to learn something.
2804  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Bitcoin society on: September 18, 2020, 07:43:51 PM
Not all society are accepted and approved by the world, nothing ever satisfy the whole public , this means nobody can have the same view about the word BITCOIN,
To some it's an agenda to make money (easy money),to others it's another means of scam, and for other it is the future , a future which started with just one man , and has evolved into a society, The Bitcoin Society, a society that has produced great people who can stand out and defend it's goals and aims any where they find there self and will keep on producing and I am very happy and proud to be part of this great society ..
This is totally normal. People will at first start denying bitcoin, slowly those will start to "reduce" and more people will start accepting and adopting bitcoin. One day this "small" bitcoin society will turn out to be the only society that exists (unless every country starts to go against bitcoin or such a flaw has been found in the system that cannot be fixed and the future becomes uncertain). One day there will be (almost) every people that will have the same opinion about bitcoin. Just give it some time.
2805  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: THE MOST PAINFUL DAY IN MY BETTING CAREER on: September 18, 2020, 07:32:50 PM
You should move on. There is nothing you can do. Remembering what happened to you in the past can only cause you pain and harm. But, you can use this as an example if you ever become addicted to gambling. And I guess this "memory" has already thought you something and you were able to learn from it.

Hope you get to win bigger than 260k someday laycon.. Let us know in this thread if ever it will happen.
Well by the Grace of God, I have seriously grown in the business, I haven't won 260k at a stretch but I have won more than that from bettings
That is great. Just one thing, don't expect your luck to be this good forever. If you think you have made enough profit from gambling, then quit and enjoy whatever you have earned. If you keep on betting, there is  a chance you might lose everything.
2806  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Pi Network value speculation on: September 18, 2020, 07:09:11 PM
As far as I know this is a "shit coin". Can't even call it a shit coin since the coin doesn't actually exist. I mean no one knows what's going on in the background. We can't even see any mined coins since there isn't any explorer or anything. The whole Pi coin is a scam probably mining user data and selling those data. You did a huge mistake giving them your information during KYC. Who knows what they are going to do with those.
Google Pi coin scam and you will get to know better why they are likely a scam coin.
2807  Economy / Economics / Re: bitcoin dont pay our billls we need passive income on: September 18, 2020, 07:01:55 PM
btc is not good to pay our bills.,

we need new way of passive income goverments should start giving out universal income Smiley there is need for passive income

who will vote for that?=
Don't invest in bitcoin with the hope of getting profits every month. Yes, it is not a good idea to be depended on bitcoin to get "free money" every month.
For passive earnings, try investing in business. There is risks associated, but the risks are lower than investing in crypto currencies (unless you are thinking of make long term investment).
As for UBI, though the concept isn't new, there are lots of problems behind the scheme. People would stop working, which means less tax revenue due to lower economic output as a result of lower labor work force. Less tax revenue makes it impossible for the government to cover the entire population. But as far as I know there are some countries that are trying UBI with few people.
2808  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Should bitcoin be introduced into the educational sectors on: September 18, 2020, 08:01:33 AM

I agree. Buying Bitcoin sounds easy, but going through the hoops from securing your private keys to actually finding a reliable platform isn't simply a walk in the park.

Definitely daunting for those old school generations.
I doubt those "old school generations" are going to go back to school and start learning how to secure bitcoin lol.
It is not as "dauting" as you think. Securing your wallet is like securing your credit card and sensitive bank information. You don't hand it over to others. You keep it to yourself in a safe secure place. If someone knows how to use paypal to send and receive coins, it will be a piece of cake for them to send or receive bitcoin. Again, those old school generation people has nothing to worry about their transaction getting reversed or their account getting block for no reason like paypal.
2809  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What advice will you give to a beginner trader? on: September 18, 2020, 07:55:06 AM
You should first learn how the market works. You shouldn't keep your expectation very high based on the fact that some people made millions over night investing in crypto currencies. $500 sounds like a good amount to start with. Try investing smaller amount of different coins. You should also get to know how the trading platform works so that you don't get confused or anything. Like mk4 suggested, you can try etoro and their virtual trading currency that has no real value and you risk nothing. You can understand how everything works, but remember, those are play money and you receive it for free. So you don't have any risk and your decision won't be the same like you would have taken if you invested with real money.
2810  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling is Addictive...Pay Attention to your Gambling Habit!!! on: September 18, 2020, 07:46:32 AM
Lol, I am sure it is not "curse" that has made him addicted to gambling and lose every time. It is a habit he has picked up that is ruining his life. Perhaps it is time you confront your friend and help him? Since he has already told you about his addiction, you can now try and help him fix his problem. Get his family involved too. But, if he doesn't want any help, it is useless helping him. You will just be wasting your time and energy as he will never change! Try helping him for first few days. Check if there is any improvement and if there is, then continue helping, or else he just a lost cost and stop lending him money.
2811  Economy / Economics / Re: Enough with BITCOIN SAVE us or the economy on: September 17, 2020, 08:24:16 PM
Most of them make those post with literally zero sense. If anything takes place they think "bitcoin" can always save them. The worst part is they can't give facts/logic on how it is going to save them/economy/anything. They just think that bitcoin can save because it is the "best" (i am not a bitcoin hater or anything, but it is far from the best).
If we see the world is about to end, I wouldn't be surprised if someone makes a thread saying bitcoin can stop the world from getting destroyed lol.
Although we can't blame people for being a huge fan of bitcoin that they think this is going to fully change the world. With a fast pace changing of things, bitcoin will just become an alternative investment, no mass adoption of being a currency.
Are you sure they are huge fan? Or some bunch of dimwits who has no idea what they are talking about? The other day I was arguing with a person who believed the government prints money based on the number of people in the country lol!
2812  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Who has the eye that looks into the future? on: September 17, 2020, 08:13:21 PM
It is sad to see how everyone including your friends started to join crypto currencies after they have seen the price rising "alarmingly". I guess most of them are just joining with the hope of making quick profit. And it is those people who starts crying and spreads negativity about bitcoin if they don't manage to make any profit. Once they make loss after investing on (mainly shit) crypto currencies, they start telling people that crypto currencies are just scam and ponzie schemes.
If only everyone joined and invested in the coins because of the potential of crypto currencies, not with the hope of making quick profit.
2813  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why government Don't kill btc? on: September 17, 2020, 07:35:53 PM
What is Stopping?

Why government Don't kill btc?
Why They protecting the btc?
Its Becouse They own Secretly btc?

Like They did with Gold in USA They banned Gold then They Secretly bought Gold in  history
Bitcoin is decentralized. There is no central authority to that controls bitcoin. If there was a central authority, then it would have been easy to "kill" that central authority and bitcoin would die. Now since there is no central authority, the government can literally never kill it unless they force every person in the world not to use bitcoin.
All they can do is ban the usage of crypto currency, but there is no way for them to track if someone is using it or not.
2814  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ClipX steals KYC data and shuts down on: September 17, 2020, 08:42:36 AM
And now they are going to sell those documents and earn more money for themselves. Sad people just go around and throw their identity documents for just few bucks. It is like they don't really care if their identity gets stolen as long as they get paid!
It was already a red flag alert when they were asking for only passports as a valid document.
The ClipX project, another bounty, managed by the Bounty Detectives' team early today let down bounty hunters gently
1. Don't participate in any bounty without escrowed rewards.
They can still runaway with your documents even if they have escrows. It is not about the rewards, it is about the safety of your identity.
2815  Economy / Economics / Re: Food prices doubled this year on: September 17, 2020, 08:30:41 AM
Lol, the price of general goods got doubled in few months? That is insane! I mean how does that even happen unless the government messed up some how? Are people earning more right now than before or is it just the price of the goods that went up? Sounds like a very bad inflation is about to hit your country. Start investing in golds or at least bitcoins to save your money!

And my country is a exporter of food products

I doubt they are going to be an exporter of food anymore.
2816  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How are you staying updated on: September 16, 2020, 07:38:09 PM
I want to stay updated on anything defi and be the first to grapse the opportunity. How are you guys doing it?
First to grasp the opportunity? Read the forums and see how many people are warning against those defi projects. Even if there are some real DeFi projects, it would be wrong to deny that most of them are scam projects. I mean, look how many dead projects just revived themselves by adding the term DeFi. Also the sudden rise of DeFi projects with no real goal clearly shows that those scam projects. It is just a hype waiting to die and make many people hopeless.
Do yourself a favor, avoid those DeFi projects and just invest on normal well known crypto currencies.
2817  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Crypto service with Bank card. on: September 16, 2020, 08:31:46 AM
The reason I am asking is that I hate Coinbase, Bitpay and some others. I think they allow buying crypto but not sure if they give a card so that one can withdraw cash using ATM.

I need to know some crypto services (if any) who issue Card to their clients so that the clients can withdraw cash using an ATM. A good one that will not suspend the account for dealing with large amount.

Cheers,
You don't need a bank account. There are crypto debit cards that you can use. Just fund you account with bitcoin and then you can use your cards to withdraw from ATMs. Though, there are high withdrawal fees and fixed ATM usage fee. So you are better off selling your bitcoin for fiat cash instead of using a card and pay unnecessary fee.
As far as I know there was a google spreadsheet which had list of services that provides crypto debit cards. They sheet had all information like country availability, if they are anonymous or not and their current status. I will post it over here if i find it.
2818  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: TOP FIVE SECRETS OF MAKING IT BIG IN BETTING WORLD on: September 16, 2020, 08:14:55 AM
All those top five methods that you have stated are not any "secret" like you think. Those are just common sense and nothing more. There are also some wrong advises that you have given. You shouldn't even think of recovering your funds. There is no such thing as "gradual recovery". Once you have lost your funds, let it go away. There is no good in thinking about recovering those funds anymore. Start fresh if you still would like to stick to gambling.
And it is easy for you to say not be hurt emotionally when you lose a bet. Trust me it doesn't work this way.
2819  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What do think about skill games? on: September 15, 2020, 05:47:59 PM
I doubt there are any casino games that are completely based on skills. I mean, if its player vs player games, then it makes sense. But if its against the house, there is no way a complete skill based game would exist since a "skilled" player would likely clear out the bankroll. Again, there are skill based games, but those games are also heavily depended on luck. No matter how much skilled you are at those games, if you are unlucky, you won't be making any profit. And I think people mostly like to play this kind of games which doesn't depend completely on skills but also depends on luck.
2820  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The acceptance of cryptocurrency worldwide on: September 15, 2020, 05:20:59 PM
If all countries can accepted crypto currencies in there various countries, as a means of payment and as a means of online exchanges, such as money is, money is anything use as a means of exchange and general acceptable. With the means I think all cryptocurrencies (bitcoin) will definitely go round the world, and will be use as a means of exchange. I will be so grateful to the creation of crypto currencies. This will also help our future generation, Remember something when we do international transfer across the countries, it may take a while to get the money to your local bank account, but with cryptocurrency you can get instant reflection if bitcoin etc is transfer to wallet,And you can make use of your coin (bitcoin ETC).
Yeah, it is not going to happen. Not any time soon. Look at how the prices of the coins fluctuate. Looking at how volatile the currency is, it is not feasible to accept the bitcoin or other decentralized crypto currencies unless you accept and directly convert it to fiat currency instantly. There are services that do that for you, but this doesn't mean that "you" are accepting crypto currencies. Lets not forget about how insane the fees become where there are sudden changes in the market price.
You can indirectly purchase with bitcoins though. Buy giftcards with your coins and use those bitcoins to purchase online.
