Hi,

I have built a couple of android widgets for trading Bitcoin equities on Havelock Investments and BTC Trading Corp. I'm interested in finding out whether people find either of them useful.

BTC Trading Corp:

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.cryptoSec.btctcclient&feature=nav_result

Havelock Investments:

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.cryptoSec&feature=more_from_developer

Cheers!

Nice. I will test them out.
2804  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Problems with bitcoin-24.com WARNING! UPDATE! on: April 16, 2013, 10:00:10 AM
So does bitcoin-24.com still have problems? If yes, I will ask my customers to stay away from them.

Nice, but you could add inexpensive simple (USPS Priority Mail or even First Class) international shipping, as I am not willing to spend for expensive "Expedited Shipping" which seems to be the only international option.

MYR31 just for shipping. ops, not for me now.

Congrats on starting the exchange. Sad to see the order book so thin though, thr bid/ask spread is just too far apart and way out of line from Gox prices.

I registered an account anyway. Got a stack of coins on Gox I may want to exchange for fiat one day and your exchange would be great for that purpose when your userbase grows (the fact this hasn't happened yet surprises me, isn't our country supposed to be one of the most tech savvy in the world? Or is everyone here content with just spewing cyber-BS on places like HWZ and SGForums)

Keep up the good work
Most Singaporeans are clueless about economics and the value of Bitcoin. Besides they have a "foolproof/safe" money making investment in property when the central bank/government are doing all they can to prop up the property bubble via money printing/immigration policies. Dow Jones has the Bernanke Put, our property market has the MAS/PAP Put.

I'd run naked for some of these babies Sad

Please put me on any list of buyers for this one and contact me when is available. Or if I have to sign the waiting list for it, please tell me where.

I want to be on the waiting list too.

I apologize for little comunication in these days, we're working really hard on the project. I have no news yet, and it's right, keeping asking won't speed up our work, it may just delay it a bit more.

MTGox issues today caused some trouble to Pyramining: bitcoin deposits are converted automatically and used to buy infrastructure and/or to fund ASIC development. Since MTGox API/services are down, also the GUI/provisioning interface stopped working.

Anyway no bitcoins are lost. No deposits are lost. Mining is keeping it's pace. Web services will be restored as soon as MTGox will become available again and hashing power to new deposit will be calculated at the rate of MTGox prices when it will be restored.

Many of you wrote several personal messages, I am going to answer everyone and process the queue withing tomorrow.

Maybe you can start mining PPcoins instead of Bitcoins now that difficulty for BTC is at all time high?
2812  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: BITCOIN IS TOO SLOW TO EVER SUCCEED AS ONLINE CURRENCY on: April 11, 2013, 08:37:11 AM
Bitcoin are easier to set up and use than PayPal.
Bitcoin are much safer against chargebacks than PayPal or Credit Card. With PayPal You must wait at least 6 months before chargebacks become unlikely.
You are wrong and do this for purpose.

2817  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Why I will never buy from bitinstant.com again on: April 10, 2013, 11:31:54 PM
I didn't know bitinstant has so many issues. As for me, I use this 3 sites : bitfinex.com, fybsg.com and (TOREX) at https://36rt4evqyuwovhgl.tor2web.org/  - so far no issues.

elebit  - have you met them personally yet?

Dear kncminer,

I live within almost walking distance from your office, and I will be happy to come over some time and see if your miner hardware works as advertised.

If I can test run it against my p2pool node and benchmark how long it takes to find an accepted block and everything checks out fine you would have yourself a customer as well.you
