Wow, this mans that you started little early than me. Most of my investment is after bitcoin reached the $8000 mark last year. I know that I am quite late in crypto but I am tryign to compensate with investment in some new alt coins that got good potential. Well this is a great challenge for us and could really cost us a lot. But it really depends on our own capability on how we gonna deal with bitcoin's condition. There's a lot of things that we can do but first and foremost it is our character that must be prioritize. Well then we could really react properly to do things the right way. With the timing, I guess after purchasing btc from 3k$ value will give us an idea that the person who still holding there coins knows the big potentials that can happen to this digital currency, imagine how much patience and self control is needed to avoid selling when the highest peak was been reached last dec 2017 up to date, but its all about trusting your instinct and looking for positive sides. |

I'm also doing the same as you, friend. I bought a bitcoin a few months ago but because the price was unstable and sometimes dropped I decided to hold it until the price returned to normal. This is very boring because it has to wait longer, but we still have to hold on to profit. I also hope prices will soon recover and continue to increase, always be patient.
Otherwise it would not be an investment but loses in our part, as long as there's a market around and still people who believes that recovery and more positive things that will happen to this chain, holding and keep your coins inside a safe wallet will bring good opportunities and maybe if you also set your target someday that amount will be hit and you will still gain from this market. |

reading whitepapers is a great source of information for new people to the cryptospace, alot of these concepts seem very not needed sometimes I recommend you new folks to read Mybit whitepaper it will definetely open your eyes to a few pockets of the blockchains usage with certain sectors of the cryptosphere.

I think that all the technical details should be written in the whitepaper as it is the most important source of information about the project. Recently I was searching for tezos WP, it has only 17 pages of purely technical information. Have you seen the Whitepaper of Foresting ICO? There are more than 120 pages of information, in my view that's really a lot. I think 30-50 pages would be enough to provide as much info to investors as they need. Sorting things out and all those important details that investors needs to know and not those technical aspect will be fine for reading, you are right if things can be summarize and only things that needs to be consider and read upon before investing, but still depends from the type of person who will be investing their money especially now that everything is unpredictable there's a need to be more curios about the project future plans. |

That is absolutely right. When you guys invest, never ever set an expectation or set of expectations. Expectations are only sources of disappointments and frustrations in the end. If the investment went profitable, you have all the reason to celebrate and be grateful for it. However, if the investment went bad and your investment turned to zero, you will not be totally broken as to contemplate of more negative things to happen.
You cant have any expectations with bitcoin, everyday is proof of how quickly everything can change. its a big risk I believe that bitcoin is the least risky investment compared to many other altcoins. The only thing that bitcoin-investor may need is patience. If you have patience, then your expectation will be rewarded. You also need to learn how to make it in the right timing, setting goals and never to panic when things is not working with you is also factors that influenced traders decision making, if you set things out and place both your entry and exit plan accordingly then you are in a good track of your investment as you won't have to regret anything as everything will run according to your plan. |

This we bitcoiners know it but this new traders and users of crypto currency dont know it. They are just needing it in the hope that market will bounce back and move just like last month. Market is not reacted much so i think it should not get lower if it got rejected. Yes for the long term outlokk this ETF is just a blip, another chapter in Bitcoins life story. Its the short term outlookers who are focusing on the ETF to make a gain on the announcement. For those who's believing that Bitcoin will gain adoptions in the long run won't worry about this concerned, as time will come and usage will be broader, I think you are correct when you said that only those who's aiming for short term gains are the people who's leaning with this ETF decision but for supporters it won't be bothered. |

No, cryptocurrency will not end this year. reason mostly coin red is bad news, fud, and panic sell. All coin connected to other ? Not, but Bitcoin price affect other coin prices except USDT/Tether. Because the main coin from this market is Bitcoin, so whenever Bitcoin falls the value of corresponding coins are also falling, not because of those bad news why crypto market is falling it's because of those who early holders who have a lots of coins to play around the market they are able to manipulate and newbies and panic sellers are been moved and victimized, do your research and assess your actions. |

I decided to hodl more bitcoin now. I believe bitcoin will first increase so that market can fully recover. There are low possibilty that market can recover this year. But still I believe in cryptoworld and bitcoin.

I also converted several of my altcoins to BTC because I'am not sure they will have a positive trends this year and BTC looks more promisible for me now.
