2801  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC Prediction for March!! on: February 15, 2022, 08:21:03 AM
I found this https://www.previsionibitcoin.it/en/forecast-Bitcoin-March-2022/ there seen in march around 73K ,history last february on the same date that is today the price of bitcoin is around 47k and march increase to 54k! maybe history can repeat itself we will see above 50K or maybe not ,but 50K is not high bitcoin can easily increase in only 1 or 2 days so the possibility is above that on there
History repeating itself is a rare occasion in crypto market , though this happens in the past yet this cannot be predicted just like that.

and 73k? that is far from the recent ATH? meaning we will be recording another All Time High this early? so what can we expect in the 2nd quarter to 4th?

What are your predictions about bitcoin’s price by the end of February? Share your opinions with technical reason, In my opinion the drop in price coming soon then bitcoin will start growing and will cross 50k $ by the start of march!!!

Experts opinion required for traders???
I think bitcoin can have a chance to grow in March but if that does not happen, I will not feel bad because the increase will come to bitcoin. I prefer to wait and see what will happen later and try to accumulate more bitcoin while making a profit from the other coins. The experts can say anything about bitcoin but they do not know the truth. You do not have to believe them 100% but you can use their analysis for yourself to determine when you should buy and sell.
If talking and discussing about Bitcoin I have no doubt that Bitcoin will continue to grow again but I don't know if it will happen in March or not,
as you said it is better we do the analysis ourselves,
sooner or later Bitcoin will experience a rise and hope it can happen soon
what would be the difference from march or till december ? or best to ask is what would be the reason for the pump this year? are we seeing another big companies entering bitcoin to boost ?
2802  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Which one has a Ethereum-like potential? on: February 14, 2022, 06:16:11 AM
Polygon is good chance to buy back after bitcoin dump and price of polygon drop almost to 1.60$, easy for polygon matic coin back to higher price next week depend when bitcoin pump. Never worry if you have fund right now buy back polygon matic coin because looks most popular dapp network right now after BSC and ETH. You can added other coin list for buy like

1- BNB
2- LTC
3- RABBIT
4- ETH
Matic has already ended the chance recently , though yeas in future there might be another growth but this is another thing to expect but binance is the most and the best for this question because if there is a currency that can be replaced or at least will have the potential like what Ethereum has.
so Binance but not Litecin lol, that is a dying currency and no chance of increasing again
2803  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crypto stuck in sports betting site, now they want KYC on: February 14, 2022, 05:32:06 AM
I'm from the states and have been using a betting website to do some light sports betting. They do not allow US citizens and so I used a VPN to gain access. They only require an email address to create an account, and no KYC unless you want to buy crypto directly from them. I will not name the site for various reasons.
Have you checked the site if they are allowing people to use VPN? because if not(and I am certain it is) then you are truly in trouble here because you violated their Terms of Service/condition.

Quote
I have friends who have friends in other countries. Some of those friends of friends live in impoverished countries. What's stopping me from using them to KYC my account and then giving them a piece of the stuck funds? I would only need to gain access to retrieve the funds and would not continue to use the account or website.

Is this a good idea and do you think it will work? Worth the $1,200? My only hesitation at this point is asking the friend and they go through the hassle but then it goes sideways and still do not gain access to my account.
you can perform here but the thing is that are you sure they will going to give you the funds or will run with it since you cannot come to hunt them for that amount , remember in Online you cannot trust everyone specially someone you meet over internet.
2804  Economy / Gambling / Re: 1win on Bitcointalk! on: February 14, 2022, 04:54:16 AM
Is this some sort of lending service?. It seems to me that this isn't the right place to start a service. There's a lending board where you can have a thread there for your lending service. If this is a gambling related this it's either this board or in gamblers discussions which will fit this kind of thread or topic. I am also quite confused as I have said this because I've done some research base on your username which is 1win and found several sites that have 1win name in it and it is a casino but in your post you mentioned about lending page. So, care to explained what it's for?.

Oh my God. I am sorry. I  wanted to say that many casino and betting (gambling related) companies which are listed here on Bitcointalk make a thread and they start up with picture (we call landing page like a face page for a website, sorry if I wrote it wrong). And at the moment I am newbie and I could not add any pictures to be more presentable. Thank you for your reply and understanding

But now that you are already a Jr . Member you can put pictures already right? and also you are trying to reach people here with gambling business but you cannot afford to buy a Copper Membership account?

if you can't spend few bucks for that so you can  put pictures then how could gamblers let you keep their money inside your site?
2805  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Drake Wagered $1.3 million in super bowl bet using bitcoin on: February 13, 2022, 10:30:00 AM
It's been a big trend on social media since the Canadian shared his bet slips containing how much he staked on the super bowl in bitcoin. And how much he will receive in bitcoin if the Rams defeat the Cincinnati Bengals in Los Angeles, which is about $2.29 million in bitcoin. The betting industry has a great acceptance of bitcoin. He made other stakes using bitcoin as well. But, what matters is how more celebrities with big fan Bases promote bitcoin. It's such a better way of increasing the usage of bitcoin in Betting Firms.

Source:
https://nypost.com/2022/02/11/drake-lays-down-1-3-million-bitcoin-bet-on-rams/
I come across a several thread yesterday about this wagering but It did not mentioned the name and now it is clear that this is a famous artist Drake.

Well We knew drake is a crypto supporter for years now and also involved in gambling activities.

So I'm sure this is just a peanut betting that amount either to win or lose , because million is just a small fraction of His total wealth .
2806  Economy / Gambling / Re: Vulnerabilities in gambling websites in past on: February 13, 2022, 10:11:13 AM
weaknesses will always remain. And players who try to exploit this will always stay, you can't do much about that. You can draw up a policy policy, and in combination with a kyc policy you can put a limit on a certain player, for example. That way it becomes much less interesting for a player to continue cheating.
There's always an issue on any gambling site, just like my experience before about my withdrawals considering that they are the top betting site and yet they are far from being perfect which  I think none on any site claimed to be perfect. Vulnerabilities are always there since hackers are really great as well, imagine Binance got expose to those hackers, what more the other site especially in gambling where security is the main concern.
Which gambling site would this be? because you mentioned as a top betting site and you experienced issues so i think there is nothing wrong to tackle that problem here so we won't think that you are only making stories here.
but of course you are perfectly correct about Gambling sites all of them has issues but at least in legitimate site we can only experience small issues or some stuffs that isolated.
and this is normal in every business i guess?
it is impossible to a big business not to have some problems in their Businesses because that will never happen .
2807  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin doesn't have a bright future anymore on: February 13, 2022, 09:55:44 AM
All the gains with btc were made already if we are looking for 4 years from now is only 2-3x .

Good coins are Eth, Terra luna,Bnb
No one forces you to favor nor buy Bitcoin than those you mentioned but what I am seeing ? is that you are just shilling for those coins that stays in your folio and not the truth about Bitcoin.
Yes maybe Binance and Eth is a good choice but the safest? I'm afraid you can find any coins safer than Bitcoin.

so Lets just stay in our investments and lets see what will come in the next 4 years.
2808  Economy / Speculation / Re: Prediction: Low was $34K or will be ~$25K on: February 13, 2022, 06:59:11 AM
Since the last few weeks, the price of bitcoin has risen again in the range of $44k. Even though it's currently back down to the $42k price range, it's only a minor correction and it's still reasonable. Therefore, I don't think the bitcoin price will ever drop to the $34k price level. I predict that bitcoin will continue to advance to reach its next price target in the $48k range.
there might be an increase and you did mentioned it wrongly because the price reached 45k not just 44k if you will check in CoinMarketCap here >>> https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/bitcoin/ but i agree on that 48k was the target before breaking the 50k back again.
but never forget that there is a coming dumping any time soon once the war in Russian  Territory against Ukraine happens so be ready and not just believing in what you are seeing now.
2809  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What are your plans for the 2022 crypto market? on: February 12, 2022, 11:48:48 AM
My strategy for 2022 is nothing more than keep HODLing and wait for a really lucky strike. It is years since I started with crypto and, although I can't complaint at all, I am still waiting for some good move that grants me a more carefree living Smiley
Since 70 % of my funds are on Bitcoin so i think i may say We have the same strategy , I know how time needs for bitcoin to really feel the profit so my willingness to wait is always there.

and My altcoins on hold are just for trouble shooting, meaning in case i needed emergency funds. there is something that i can take out without damaging my Bitcoin on hold.

so Yes it is Holding is my strategy for this year.
2810  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Is A Better Option Than Fiat Money? on: February 12, 2022, 10:53:41 AM
Bitcoin is always a better option because to be honest there's no rewards when it comes holding fiats and even you make investment you cannot get good return from it., unlike bitcoin wherein despite of being so volatile you can assure that at the end of the day you can make massive profits in it especially if you hold it for long term as it keeps improving and getting matured because of adoption..
Well there are different perspective in the word HOLDING.

There are others that wanted their funds to be On hold so they have funds to withdraw everytime they needed , (Without any less, i mean completely) that is why they tend to Hold fiat.

There are people that wanted to Hold their funds to Make a profit and that is why they are putting this in crypto specially in Bitcoin, but the problem is when time of emergency  withdrawal. because they can lose the amount when dumping happens .
2811  Economy / Gambling / Re: [Warning] luckyfish.io is CLOSING on: February 12, 2022, 10:33:13 AM
In my opinion it is scam, they have opened a thread in this forum: https://satoshigames.io/threads/luckyfish-io-announces-its-closure.19/

Scam or not that is not the issue here ,because the topic is about the closure and they are letting the players know so they can withdraw their funds before the final date, and this is not how the scammers do.
instead the site will automatically closed without notice to the general public so their funds will remain inside the casino.
but this action from luckyfish does not reflect to what you are claiming here.

Not everything is black and white like you make it seem.

Not stealing everyone's money all at once does not erase previous shady behavior.
yeah i guess you are completely correct , it did not cross my mind when posting since i am not one of the victim (if there is really one) as i have withdrawn my funds.

but those will serve as warning to anyone who wants to play or deal with this team here or in the other gambling site they will promote.
Hopefully, this news can help awareness the other gamblers who forgot their account on that site and still keep some balance on their account to withdraw the money immediately before they are late doing that. Besides announcing to close the site on their website, they should announce it here so we can know what we need to do. Maybe luckyfish.io can give a chance to members to withdraw their money so there will be no problem for both sides and they can officially tell the public that they are closing their website.
It does mate , because look how the community respond on this thread, there is a hint how we now need to be more vigilant and observant if we wanted to deal with casino in crypto specially those new one.
I'm not saying that Old casino does not scam their players but new casino nowadays are rampant in displaying their site with obvious reason of being scam.
so yes lets keep the distance between them and be aware of the funds you may lose in future.
2812  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The bull is back? on: February 11, 2022, 10:51:15 AM
What do you think guys is this the start of bullrun or just a sign that soon will be another season?

I think this was just because the market was already oversold. We should have gone that low as we did. Many altcoins lost alot of money and this is usually what happen whenever Bitcoin drops some big numbers. The market just reacted because there was no money sellers. We are still in bearish Market, check out the news coming form all angles yet the market has not moved.
There are news of countries considering Bitcoin as a currency yet the market is just not moving up. People are afraid as the market is looking very uncertainty at the moment.
Agreed , this is also my views in what is happening in this market now and it is oversold also telling this as a Bull market going back? that is a BS idea because not because there  is a 2 digit increase this means we are in bullying market.

and if there is a Bull happening here? it is a Bull Trap so expect more of this scenario in the coming days.
2813  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Risk in Crypto Assets Portfolio on: February 11, 2022, 10:05:23 AM
I have seen there whatever has a huge upside also has a huge downside. This is the case with crypto currency, including bitcoin.

Can we point out the risks that one faces in investing crypto assets based on these:

1. As a retail investor

2. As an asset manager (hedge fund business)

3. As a trader.

As a retail investor, the biggest risk is that you know when to invest and for how long you can invest. If you are investing for short term, then there is a risk that prices may be down when you need to cash out.
cashing out is always the issue in our investment because it is easy to buy a coin and trust this but the problem is when we will be needing the currency and where we will bring this.
Have been in this situation many times before but lucky that i also have funds in banks so whenever i am badly needed? i can take out my funds in banks instead of my funds inside crypto.
Quote
As a trader, you should understand the different types of trading which include spot and futures trading. Your account can be completely washed out if you are not careful and do not follow the TA with money management.
That is the saddest part, if you made a wrong action and decision and suffered a complete lose , this will end up your career and you may curse bitcoin or crypto all your life.
2814  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What are your plans for the 2022 crypto market? on: February 11, 2022, 09:49:25 AM

What are your plans for 2022 to continue earning more for yourself? What do you think about the crypto market in 2022? Are we surpassing the uptrend and will the market soon enter the crypto winter? What will you do.

2021 was no doubt an exceptional year in the history of crypto. My faith in btc strengthened in 2021 and now I buy btc on dips without any fear. My strategy for 2022 is same, I will invest only in btc and but it on dips and sell whenever I see my target price. I don't have good experience with alts like etherum so I will stay away from them.
for your 7 years in crypto? still not tried any altcoins specially ethreum? looks like no one will believe your words here lol.

Being  Bounty Hunter for long years? surely there are so many currencies that had been comes and out your hands so who are you fooling about not trying any altcoins at all?

_________________________________________________________

I will maintain my holdings and already added some new coins like Litecoin and Tron in this 2022 investments .
2815  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin vs Ethereum on: February 11, 2022, 08:06:44 AM
Although bitcoin and ethereum seem similar to me, I believe that the older an asset is, the better it is to trust. I know that Ethereum has better use of technology but the crypto market started with bitcoin and it may continue to grow like no other.
Similar? where in the world that bitcoin and ethereum becomes similar? because they are both cryptocurrency?  Grin

This is the funniest post I ever read about bitcoin and ethereum comparison because never that i come to think that these 2 coins have similarities aside from being both crypto.

The first Crypto coin which introduced first it's name is bitcoin and Etherium is late introduced. BTC is big blokchain as compare to etherium. BTC has 829.44 Bn marketcap and Etherium has 369.63 Bn marketcap.
Then? what? aside from mentioning their capitalization what more can you say?

There is a big competition in gambling world of cryptocurrencies , I hope lightlord will come here more often that being just always missing in action , remember that there are many gamblers that losses their faith towards Bitvest and 777coin because of the former issues and He as Owner needs to work more for those time losses than just being missing in action again and again.
2817  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Alt Coins to buy with 200$ on: February 10, 2022, 10:27:36 AM
hello, Actually, I do not find it right to make suggestions for such critical investors. However, if you are considering a long-term investment, I recommend LUNA. It is currently at $57 and this is the point where it fell from $109. It will peak again.
Lol you dont want to suggest but you mentioned LUNA? nice try lol.

I may suggest OP will accumulate Ripple and Cardano now because these 2 coins will surely give that 200$ increase in the following years..

OP have you choose already what coin to put that 200$?

2819  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin in Rocket 🚀 mood. on: February 09, 2022, 11:50:22 AM
For now it doesn’t look like rocket mode.
https://de.tradingview.com/x/X9vxnYG2

As you see, it failed (at the time I’m writing this) to close above yellow line.
But at least  We are seeing stable position at above 43k mate , though you are correct that it fails to close above yellow line .

Well there we go, today we hit the first resistance, $45k. The next one
after passing $45k and building support at that will be the $50k mark.

Traders like to set their sell orders just short of these $5k intervals, I used
to do it myself, something like $44,750 or $48,825.

We can look for the next breaking if we did stayed at 45k level but suddenly this just crossed short time and drops down again.

But yeah Lets see if we can cross 48k then maybe this is the right position to accumulate more.

-snip-
Read on the term and service.

KYC can be needed, withdraw more than 2,000$ will have some verification. So, If you have some plant to do gambling with high roller better to "KYC" first in case you are gambling with fund more than 2,000 and then you win a lot.

Under 2,000$ no need verification.
Obviously that account knows nothing about Terms of Service , so he cannot look about that on His own lol.
