1  Other / Off-topic / Re: How did you feel when you see your EX? on: May 02, 2024, 10:12:31 AM
To me this has been bordering me for long now a girl you have dated for over  1year or two years finally you guys quite and you see her with another man , no matter we are not longer together for a longer time but I still  feel some how ,this feelings I don't know if am the only one that experience it

No you’re probably not the only one who has felt something seeing their ex. Some would even say that it’s normal especially if what you guys had was something special and extraordinary.

For me I believe that we can never forget about people from the past. Even if we say we’ve moved on, there will always be a part of us that came from that other person and they will always be with us. That is why I think it’s normal to feel something when you see people from the past. Be it regret, love or sadness you just have to accept it and move forward with whatever those feelings are. What you are feeling is valid but it does not mean you should act on it.
2  Economy / Economics / Re: Stagnant Salaries vs. Inflationary Savings Tax on: May 02, 2024, 10:08:43 AM
In short, we need to find ways to increase our income and investing in bitcoin is one of them, not the only way. Many people are well educated or have good businesses, they don't need bitcoin and they still have a very good life without bitcoin.
That is true however I think at this time bitcoin is one of the best investments to have so even if theoretically you are doing well I still think that it can’t hurt if you invest some of your money into bitcoin.
Quote
Bitcoin is indeed a potential investment but it is only for those who can accept high risks because of its volatility. Bitcoin is just a financial market, which means many people will lose money, not everyone will make a profit investing in it. Therefore, investment solutions to increase income depend on each person's preferences and are not advice for everyone.
All investments come with great risks you just need to learn how to manage them. Do not go into any investment without knowledge and a plan.
3  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Please, I urge you to buy bitcoin! on: May 02, 2024, 09:52:27 AM
I fear there will be a day when buying Bitcoin...even 1 Satoshi...will involve hurdles.

Well we can imagine that time would come when the demand is crazy high and everyone is scrambling and desperate to buy at least 1 satoshi. Would a time like that really come?

The transaction fees now are crazy, what more if bitcoin is realized by many more people? Hopefully by then we would have figured out a way to stop this madness.
4  Economy / Economics / Re: Money and wealth is Energy know this first on: May 01, 2024, 10:27:33 AM

Still depends though, if you can do the fast gains at a consistent rate but at the same time you make the money from it, I'd take the fast gains because that means that I'll be building wealth much faster.
I mean honestly who would not want to gain wealth at a faster rate? We all want to be rich and we all want to be rich right now. If I had some chance to get rich right this very moment I would take it with no hesitation.

Patience is definitely the key though, no matter what your pace in investment is, if you don't time your sells and buys in your investments or in times that you do something involving in money then it will all end up with you having nothing but bad trades and bad investments.
We all want faster wealth but greed will only just put us below the land. Especially with holding, it’s really a test of time and patience. You can gain a lot but it won’t be fast so I understand if it can be frustrating at times.
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can Meme Coins still Catch Up With The Likes of Doge and Shib? on: May 01, 2024, 10:16:38 AM
There are probably hundreds of memecoins circulating out there right now and we only have really at least top 5 maybe ten if you want to push it that we can call profitable or at least a valuable coin to hold. Even if it means not holding for long.

I have no doubts that more memecoins will be released this year but will one really enough to follow up on the success of their predecessors? Memecoins are trying to break the useless stereotype and lean more on to functional coins so we shall see how the scene of memecoins shift.
6  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Don't invest in Bitcoin because others are investing in Bitcoin on: May 01, 2024, 10:13:40 AM
invest when you want to invest, don't follow the crowd but follow your instinct

People who go against the general sentiment will come out on top trust me. When people are trying so hard to pull out of bitcoin, enter the market just as the price drops. Do not think or be worried that maybe there is something wrong with bitcoin.

Do your own research and better if you learn to analyze the past trends from before and try to speculate how the market will move in the future.
7  Other / Off-topic / Re: What pushes a lady into double dating. on: April 29, 2024, 01:15:34 PM
This life no balance, and if you are trying to balance it ,it might course a big issue to you but all the same will all try our best in anything we are doing to make sure that life is smoother for us ,can you imagine a girl his man do everything for her yet she still went ahead in cheating on him ,I want to know what exactly that push ladies into this double dating .
this is what happened if you are not open to each other I mean sometimes there is a issue that both parties are not willing to talk to each of them.
this is why I made sure if i am entering the relationship me and my partner will never hide secrets and wanted, and mostly it is the problem in Bed ,we are too shy to open to our partner what we wanted and what are we desires in love making.
8  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If someone you introduced to BTC says the risks of her funds is on you on: April 29, 2024, 12:59:23 PM
I try telling my friends and office mates about crypto and tries to let them understand the advantage and the benefits of having crypto in their pocket , but not to the extent that they will put the blame on me if the investment did not favor them.
because it is their money and they are the one who must be responsible for that amount.

10  Other / Off-topic / Re: Just wanna tell you people to beware of fake friends online on: April 29, 2024, 11:40:40 AM
I have a long story about all about this stuff but I don't want to blow my brains out typing it all. They weren't the entire cause to everything bad and I can only blame myself for being friends with them for that part of the retarded stuff I have had to go through for the past year and a half. I just wanted to warn some of you because there's always gonna be at least one person who needs this thread.

Be careful stay safe.
Online friends is like an imaginary friend that you don't even know a single thing because online nowadays can be
tricky and they can pretend to be someone completely mate so try not to engage with them in regular way, its bad to
hear this but try only to gather what you can benefits from them but never let them benefits from you. use it a one
way advantage for you.
11  Economy / Economics / Re: What scares me from investing in gold. on: April 23, 2024, 08:40:37 AM
I think the risk of investing in gold is very small so it is worth it with the possible profits that will be obtained, and I think many reasons why people are reluctant to invest in gold is because the possibility of profit is small and of course everyone has their own goals in investing so they don't choose invest in meas, and that's natural.
However, in my personal opinion, the most promising long-term investment is gold, and I have no doubts about that.

The main difference between gold and bitcoin is I would say how much of it is realistically better to buy.

For example, if someone wants to buy gold and profit from it they must buy loads of it. It’s expensive but typically you’d have to buy it in forms of bar or something on the other hand with bitcoin you can buy it through satoshis which is a lot cheaper and much more accessible. Maybe that is why some people can’t buy gold, it’s because they literally can not afford it.
12  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is this madness or what? on: April 21, 2024, 11:09:04 PM
It seems to me that this is just made for bragging rights lol but even then no one really cares.

If that person is an influencer then most likely they did that for interactions and for the sake of his followers. People will do all kinds of crazy things nowadays even if it meant they are going to lose a lot of money. That person must be crazy rich, though because I can’t even think about wasting 5 USD lol
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is User Base the Biggest Factor in CEXs Growth? on: April 20, 2024, 10:04:33 PM
What other factors can propel a CEX growth?

For me security remains at the top. You wouldn’t want an exchange to have issues with the security system and have hackers constantly trying to break your defenses before it actually does so.

Another thing that would attract more people and users is of course if you offer a diverse set of coins or tokens. The reason why lots of people use other exchanges is because the one they are using lacks that specific coin.
14  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you feel that the global economy is declining? on: April 20, 2024, 09:54:11 PM
One of my colleagues told me that his salary is lower now than it was five years ago. Sadly, the price of goods is rising.

I am yet to comprehend what you said about your friend because is it that the amount he earns is no longer enough to Carter for his daily expenses? If his salary is lower than it was 5 years ago that should imply that the cost of living has reduced as well because I don't see any reason why a government, individual or organization will reduce the salary of it's worker even when the cost of earning a living is very difficult in such a country. Maybe you should have given a proper and more comprehensive information about what you said

There’s so many ways to understand what op said.

Do they still have the same job after 5 years or did they get demoted or did inflation strike as harder as we would have liked and now even though we have the same salary, it has less purchasing power? Either way I can feel that way too.

So many goods are now x much more expensive than they were before yet we are still stuck with the same salaries.
15  Economy / Economics / Re: Also consider your mental State of health while investing for wealths. on: April 19, 2024, 04:00:31 PM
Right in a summary: let us also consider our mental State of health during when we are taking those risks of chasing wealths so that we can always Invest what we are  are affordable to loose.

Not a lot of people realize this but investing requires a crazy amount of focus and determination.

You can not start investing with your mind all over the place. You need to gather your wits, create plans appropriately and make decisions under pressure. You have to be able to stand your own ground whenever there is talk around you. It is fomo you have to deal with alongside fud.

Moreover it doesn’t stop there because whenever something goes wrong, you also need to be able to bounce back from that and do what is right to save as much as you can.
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto market lost over $400 billion in two days, indicates Iran Israel issue on: April 18, 2024, 04:23:47 PM
It is big news definitely but further sharing how this might be the main reason for crypto market declining is just causing further panic therefore making lots of investors take out their assets to turn it into fiat and continually decreasing the price of many cryptocurrencies.

Crypto’s volatility mixed with bad news is not for those easily swayed. There are so many things happening in the world but it does not mean that it affects the bitcoin or the crypto industry directly
17  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is your biggest regret in cryptocurrency? on: April 17, 2024, 08:05:47 PM
Too many regret stories related to bitcoin have been discussed and you can search for them on this forum instead of creating a new topic.
I am sure most people’s biggest regret when it came to cryptocurrency was that they didn’t buy enough of a coin or sometimes they didn’t sell at a proper time. It’s usually just this or that

I don't know how you missed out on bitcoins before,
Well not every country was exposed to bitcoin and you’d pretty much have to be in an exclusive circle for you to get to know about bitcoin.

But now that we do know bitcoin and have an access to it now, we can turn those regrets into happiness. We can not turn back time so you are right let’s focus on the future
18  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Gold vs bitcoin in a WWIII scenario on: April 16, 2024, 07:54:55 PM

While bitcoin is not a hedge against inflation, gold is. The goldprice has a long history of soaring when the monetary system fails.
I have never seen the goldprice crash in times of war, but correct me if I am wrong. During WWII, the gold price doubled.

Gold’s value is dependent on its supply and the ability of miners to extract it. Imagine there is a war, of course no one can work and mine gold which will result in higher prices.

We all knew that bitcoin is a volatile investment because it is decentralized and there is no one allowed to tweak the prices as they want if things don’t work the way they want to.
19  Economy / Economics / Re: Invest on your dependants if you too must grow further on: April 15, 2024, 06:48:19 PM
Treating your children well and providing them with the means to one day stand up in their own feet by helping with education,.schooling and skills is important. However I am kinda skeptical oh how much of these should be a responsibility of a parent. For instance, if education and university aren't free, how can we promote our society's growth as a whole? If I live well but my neighbor lives in squalor it contributes to my own long term demise as well. So maybe if we value our own children we should also promote quality widely available services such as education, healthcare and transportation to be accessible for all.

I agree of course that the government should have a play in here. As citizens, we can only do so much to provide the best service available but it is still going to depend in how much of these services are available to common people.

However I also think that if you already know that the government and you yourself would not be able to provide the best things to your children, why still have children?

You are only going to be making yourself and your children miserable
20  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Biden’s 30% tax is not welcomed by crypto industry on: April 15, 2024, 06:21:07 PM

Biden administration proposed DAME tax on Tuesday, which would charge Bitcoin miners a 30 % tax on the cost of the electricity, but crypto industries are not happy with this proposal, have shared negative opinion against this decision.

30% is huge and obviously crypto enthusiasts are not the happiest.

The American government has a choice of embracing or rejecting crypto and they know as a country that uses and owns a huge portion of bitcoin they can not try to regulate and restrict people from owning them. So their solution is an incredibly and unfairly high tax requirement.

This might discourage people from participating in crypto anymore.
