for me security tokens offer greater possibilities for investors, possibly dividends, and have a certain value, i personally see the token utilities only like an internal tool of the project devoid of any value at the speculative level...

Finding original stuff and recognizing the team members on telegram is like finding download button in file upload websites. Lots of scammers in the name of team members and spamming the groups with nonsense things is also a headache..
If a supposed admin message you with a special offer and calling you "sir". You must know he is a scammer. Actually, most of the scams from telegram are easily recognizable. In general when somebody is coming to you with a proposal that is too good to be true or promise easy gain is a guaranteed scam  and using sir also  usually the admin of the telegram chats never contact the users and in any case they do not send links connected to other projects nor do they call anyone sir, maybe the team should intensify the advertising campaign on all the social channels, i see that they will use a large part of the resources (40%) for marketing, it seems a right choice... |

Having any ICO for US residents is a tedious work at this moment. Lots of government agencies will be behind you to know the details of the investments you are getting and how much you really want to create a project.
There were some icos was accepting US residents last year. But nowadays didn't see any legit ico accepting them. So even dusk not a security token, i can easily understand why don't accept US residents like all other projects. Yes, the reach of the US government goes far. If they are against you your project is dead so it is better to avoid the US altogether. i fully agree to avoid any kind of difficulty better to exclude investors US residents,and also those from countries with unclear regulation regarding crypto... |

And is there any prediction about possible exchanges? Any Partnership or pre-agreement signed for such? There are many exchanges coming up without the intention of stepping into the market and acting over the years. I hope we have an Exchange of great reputation and volume initially
Everyone is waiting for the next big news. Hopefully progress will be good in 2019 2019 has to be the year of crypto. If it isn't then i guess it's over. But i highly doubt that it will be over  i think we are all waiting for the important announcement with the name of the future exchanges on which the tokens will be listed, i hope it will be an exchange of great reputation and large volumes, i also hope next year will be a good year for the crypto, this year it was disastrous... |

Project's also must have obligations to investors and don't promise impossible tasks, one good idea is not enough, for success need properly planned roadmap and honest team.
I share this sentiment but I think MenaPay only focuses on a certain region in the world so they can specialize in it and dont have to conquer the whole world so to speak. i fully agree with this fluctuating market are difficult times for the crypto coins and for the icos, to be successful a project must not only have a valid,winning idea but also a solid structure a well-planned roadmap and a competent team, even the launch goes studied in detail, at the beginning perhaps in the areas/countries most likely to then expand later in a second time... |

I too curious about the latest sales figures, can we have an explanation for that? How much sold in bitfinex how much in private placement, end dates etc.
I can't disclose information about how much is raised in the private sale as the terms are private but I know for a fact that the sale is coming along nicely! As for the Ethfinex sale; it will close next week. I hope you guys succeed in this one, hopefully we'll be able to buy tokens on exchanges soon. so the closure of the private sale will also coincide with the closing of sales on bitfinex and ethfinex, i hope that after the team will make an official announcement with the total raised, i hope to be able to buy someone (token) me too soon on the exchanges... |

Is there any info or rumor about exchanges or when will they be announced? At this point i reckon would be better to launch after the mvp is completed, otherwise there is not going to be much volume.
I think there will be no announcement for an exchange listing for now, maybe by next year it will be realized in time with the platform's formal development. In their roadmap it says "Launch of EHF Token Exchange Trades - December 2018" I have trouble understanding this sentence, does it mean they will go on exchange then? then the listing of tokens on the exchange is expected for the month of December i'm curious to know what will be, i hope the team will give us some anticipation as soon as possible... |

Yes, they are first. But ETHFinex just opened this function (ICO on their exchange). They will be listed to ETHfinex and Bitfinex for free as well. So this is the reason may be. probably this is the main reason, having had the possibility to be listed for free, i hope they(team) add token soon also on other exchanges... |

if the price of the bitcoin grows i believe that with more funds available the project will be completed even earlier than expected on the road map, periodic updates even in the absence of relevant news makes users feel in some way closer to the project staff ...

You actually have one of the biggest teams i ever saw in any project, do you have some videos available of any presentations, conferences or just meetings? It help for investors to get connected to the team.
They have their own Youtube channel ( https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC56eU1zaQh2S8k7TB4S2RjA/featured) with a lot of videos. In some they are introducing team members for example. I am sure you'll find something interesting for you there, too. yes the team is really wide and well prepared, i did not know they had a youtube channel i'll go right away to watch it to get to know them a little better... |

Actually, i trust more when seeing an Italian, German or French team more than some undeveloped country. Because if they do malicious things they won't live like kings in their country. Still, Dusk Network is so far from malicious so "cyberhacker" can stop scaring.
I agree, the team is from Europe, in general - there people observe the law and prefer honest activities. It would be better if the team participated in live events more, and performed in public - this adds confidence to investors. We should finally let this unsubstantiated statement rest, on an Italian team is nothing to complain about. And regardless of their origin, the team has so far only plus points on my list. i fully agree in my opinion does not matter the country of origin of the various members of the team but counts their technical preparation and dedication to the project, certainly present at various conferences, events would help users/investors to know them better (the team)... |

is KYC is done by DUSK or 3rd party involve? are they going to provide similar security?
It would be better that they use the services of a third-party independent project, but which one is more reliable? KYC is important aspect, investors want what their data would be protected. To be honest its pretty scary to upload your personal information's on the internet and since this is such a delicate thing, they should really be careful which provider to choose to do their KYC. I would also rather see an independent party, which is trustworthy, do that. in fact it is sensitive data and a bit of fear in uploading them online there it is, is a good question dusk will personally manage the kyc procedure? or will you rely on an external company, if yes can we already know the name of this company?... |

I too have searched many places and still havent found anything about the updates. I dont think the community will be there to support if this continues. The teams need to understand that community support is also important. support to the community is fundamental in my opinion for the success of a project, if someone knows a channel where the team is more active is asked to share it thanks... |
