I foresee a large influx of newcomers to the topic: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussionSometimes people need some time and effort to create a good, informative topic. And in another case, it is enough to find a suitable picture. I think many beginners will do this. OP, god-level motivation. ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) Why self-moderation?

If we talk about some projects, and here it does not mean bitcoin, then for a beginner to hope for a long-term investment, I think this is the road to the abyss.
I would change the starting numbers. Learn. First, understand what a blockchain is. Will it be useful for a new project and then risk investing? But again, there should be a full assessment of all possible red flags.
And if it is bitcoin, then of course you can make long-term investments with it and stop checking prices on the market for a while.

It's funny to see a newbie who finally explains the purpose of the forum to everyone.
OP, like topics about what this forum is, why and what it is for, hundreds of topics are written, especially in the section for beginners.
I think it becomes clear in the third minute when you just start flipping through the topics.

I think you are in an academic environment and this post is a projection of what you usually see.
I thought about that, too, as this isn't the first similar thread the OP has created. Let it be so. If the OP presents the forum this way, it's normal, but unfortunately, not all newcomers come here to learn, as you put it, to study cryptocurrencies correctly. Some members of the forum see him as a "money cow" that can be milked. What about farmer accounts, cheaters, and people who come to the forum with not entirely pure intentions? Unfortunately, your vision of the forum is somewhat utopian, but it is not. Here, in addition to the picture you beautifully described, there is deceit and greed, for which in your real academy, people would simply be kicked out, which is not happening here.

OP, you should take your time and check each account not only for transactions and who sends to whom but try to find more matches.
All the accounts you identified have an old date of registration. I am sure that all of them were stolen, sold, or belong to the same farm.
Do we often see Indonesian accounts that do not belong to their owners? Often.
The negative review tag would be very appropriate, provided that there is more evidence.
By just using such accusations, you may accidentally tag another account in the stream, which could accidentally use the Telegram group that many cheaters refer to.
Try to find more proof of the connection, and then your tag will be correct.

I read that there are "security recommendations" from the UN, which propose to reduce interest in cryptocurrencies by increasing the tax deductions received from them and also propose to ban advertising of crypto projects in social networks and in public places... There is a Full list that contains these recommendations, but at the core lies the fear that cryptocurrency is gaining more and more trust from the public, and it is becoming increasingly difficult for regulators to take everything under their control. The following policies, among others, have the potential to curb the further spread of the risks of cryptocurrencies and stablecoins: (a) Ensuring comprehensive financial regulation, through the following actions: - Require the mandatory registration of crypto-exchanges and digital wallets and make the use of cryptocurrencies less attractive, for example by charging entry fees for crypto-exchanges and digital wallets and/or imposing financial transaction taxes on cryptocurrency trading; - Ban regulated financial institutions from holding stablecoins and cryptocurrencies or offering related products to clients; - Regulate decentralized finance (such finance may, in fact, not be fully decentralized, given its central management and ownership, which form an entry point for regulation18); (b) Restricting or prohibiting the advertisement of crypto-exchanges and digital wallets in public spaces and on social media. This new type of virtual, and often disguised, advertisement requires policymakers to expand the scope of regulation beyond traditional media. This is an urgent need in terms of consumer protection in countries with low levels of financial literacy, as even limited exposure to cryptocurrencies may lead to significant losses; (c) Creating a public payment system to serve as a public good, such as a central bank digital currency. In the light of the regulatory and technological complexity of central bank digital currencies and the urgent need to provide safe, reliable and affordable payment systems, authorities could also examine other possibilities, including fast retail payment systems.

If we talk about what the OP writes, then for an ignorant person, of course, Bitcoin will be presented as a mysterious coin. However, to stop being afraid and begin to understand Bitcoin, you need to start using it. The creation of bitcoin did not have any bad intentions; on the contrary, it was invented for convenience, as well as for personal ownership of one's finances without interference from other parties. Just take the time to take the blinders off your eyes and start experiencing bitcoin.

Last year I predicted Bitcoin will rise above the value at the start of the year and I was totally right about it, in April Bitcoin eventually reached a new all-time high price of $64k. Bitcoin added about 72% of its value as it increased drastically before it eventually started falling back in May till September. I don’t really know how this year is going to turn out now because of the present dip. But I just hope it increases, that’s why I’ve been advising so many people to hold their Bitcoins and even buy more now cause it will surely rise again.
Why ask about the rise or fall of us when you claim that you yourself predicted it? What should users say? Ask yourself, and you will not be mistaken, because you have been right in the past. Otherwise, these are banal answers that have already been advised thousands of times here. Of course, bitcoin will grow. Of course, it is worth investing in it. What's new you said? The question is different; no one knows the exact time, and even this question already looks somewhat obvious.

agree more about the neutral tag than the negative
I don't understand the difference. If the account is hacked, it's a scam. If the account has been inherited, this is the same fraud. How can we trust a relative? Did he take over all the knowledge and skills of the previous owner at the gene level? Will the second owner prove kinship? How? Or maybe he decides to sell it. Again, how to find out the relationship? Why doesn't he start an account on his own behalf and grow it on his own? Are there any privileges? Is this allowed on the forum? It all comes down to the fact that the account of a deceased person will qualify for participation in signature companies; otherwise, why not develop your account? It follows from this that there is absolutely no difference between a hacker and a relative. Benefits work here and there.

I don't think anybody exchange in that section anyway Just few scammers waiting a victim . But it's a dead section and unecessary in this forum.
Why then are others not called scammers, only me? OP, your answer shows that you are now "turning arrows on others" Answer for yourself. Or are you from that breed when "everyone went, and I went", "everyone jumps, and I jump"? That is, if everyone can cheat, and you just agreed with this, then you will not be responsible either. Everyone has their own time. The lowest thing a person can do is complain about the fact that everyone around him is bad. And what do the merits have to do with it? When you are accused of fraud, do not pretend to be a victim. It will not work here. The flag is supported.

To be sure that this user is violating the rules, it is probably best to try reporting such messages to the moderators. If you look at the history of the merits of this user, then all the merits were transferred to him and received by him from the users of the Russian local section. Accordingly, it is difficult to call him a bad poster. But the fact that he writes only with the provision of news in the English section suggests that the manager is satisfied if this user receives payment for such posts. Otherwise, he would have left the signature company. Although I think this behavior is completely unfair. It is very easy to transfer news from one place to another. Everyone is capable of it.

If relatives continue to use the account of a deceased person, then surely the spirits will not help them with this. That is, having someone else's account is not yet having the brain of that person and the knowledge of the person who died.
If we know for sure that the owner is dead, and this is already a rather complicated statement, there will definitely be a difference in the publication, which will necessarily incur consequences, if not a negative review, then a big warning in the form of a neutral tag.

To all the suggestions the OP has described, I would suggest completely disabling private messages from newbies. In addition, having received a PM from other people unknown to you, you can always wonder why he writes this. I like to immediately view the latest posts that were written by the sender. You can often tell a lot from them. Whether this user was recently active and what he is actually interested in on the forum.

A statement by a cheater that someone is unfair to him. Level one, OP, you're so shameless that you blame the manager for not letting you cheat at his company. I know many bounty hunters who show their face after being accused of cheating. OP, in order for you not to have problems in the future, you need to have a good reputation, as well as self-correct yourself and be on the forum honestly. And then only point out the injustice of others

Reading the answers, I simply imagine how many people among us could be rich now. I also missed this opportunity by having the "here and now" task. My boss offered to pay for the work I did on the Internet in bitcoin, but at the time I didn't think that was reasonable. I regret not giving bitcoin a single chance to get into my wallet. And in addition, to forget about it for a few years.
Some people are wise by nature. They do not need to be taught in life how to think about the future. We were hot and impatient in our youth, but OP's friend turned out to be more patient, thereby grabbing fortune by the tail.
OP, you should probably keep up with your buddy.

For the benefit of the people, bitcoin is banned in many countries, as announced by the government ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) . To me, this sounds very foolish. If bitcoin attracts people with its freedom from banks, then it is banks that supposedly protect inexperienced people from unforeseen losses. However, any sane person understands that regulators are afraid of losing their power. In my country, tax payment projects have been discussed several times, but there is still no clear, logical solution. Thus, the future of bitcoin remains unresolved, since it seems that somewhere its use is considered very profitable, but at the same time, the loss of control over people is a terrible disaster for the government.

And what is wrong? If you get frustrated, you may be wasting too much emotion. Relax, everything is going as it should go. Prices fall regularly and subsequently recover. But of course, bitcoin can do this. With altcoins, it does not always work out reliably.
Simply get distracted by something else for a while; sometimes it is beneficial to stop and just relax.

The topic title has been relevant for a long time. Those who did not purchase bitcoin earlier will be sorry in our time. For beginners, of course, it is preferable to focus on Bitcoin. Altcoins can be too tempting for one-time bursts of profit, which attracts beginners, but such cases can be repeated several times, and subsequently, the altcoin dies, which does not happen at all with bitcoin. Therefore, in my opinion, it is worth relying on bitcoin, but, of course, you should not invest everything in it so as not to deprive yourself of your livelihood.

I was always brought up by the rule of "live within your means." Nowadays, it is difficult to be sure that it will always be easy to pay interest rates. Therefore, it is better to limit yourself to something than to cause yourself a bunch of problems afterward. In my country, it is very easy to get a loan. No documents with the provision of a person's employment are needed to provide a guarantor of return. Microcredits are especially developed. But when it comes time to repay, there is a completely different amount that the borrower does not expect to see, since some obligations are written in small print, and people most often do not pay attention to them. Credit life is like a bird in a cage.

I checked on several browsers, and nothing like what you write happens. Most likely, you have a problem. These are just symbols. If the moderator will be distracted by the complaint of each participant from the fact that they are not satisfied with the symbols, and at the same time they are different, I do not think that this will be useful. As an example, write to the creator of the branch and explain that this is very annoying for you, and ask to change the symbol. ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)
