Everyone should review this thread:

The OP has seen it but did not answer.  Something is not right with this - use escrow.

but established couples already living together (more likely already have a kid) are more likely to get bored at night as the only thing on TV is the news so they will find other ways to entertain each other

History has proved you wrong.  Tongue

And parents of teenage girls rejoice!

...
51% of equity?   Why such an odd number?...

The 1% makes a big difference legally. The partner becomes the majority owner and manager of the company with all the responsibilities that come with it.

I understand the 51% ownership part - I'm curious why the OP didn't use the correct term.  An equity share is not the same as an ownership share.

Every corporation I've ever bought into has a different share class for investors and owners.  I guess it could be different where he/she comes from.   I take back that question, but still ask the OP to prove claims he has made.

2825  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Seeking investors to grow an eSports betting business - esportbets.io on: June 02, 2020, 06:59:52 PM
We were thinking about 15 Ethereum for 5% of the equity but we are open to negotiations. 25% of the equity is open.

You should start by proving things you've claimed.  Your traffic stats do not support having 5,000 users.  :/

There is a possibility that we can offer 51% of the equity to a partner that shows real interest and we can keep the development and idea moving forward with him in control, but that's just a maybe.

51% of equity?   Why such an odd number?
2826  Other / Off-topic / Re: Church is not really a physical building on: June 02, 2020, 06:31:14 PM
You don't call physical building the body of CHRIST, do you?

Of course not - that would be stupid!

We call a piece of bread the body of CHRIST, as it should be.
2827  Other / Meta / Re: Suggestion: allow on-forum altcoin giveaways for established altcoins on: June 02, 2020, 06:24:58 PM
I think a good way to solve this issue with maximal positive effect is to either establish some kind of protocol that must be followed, or perhaps some kind of script to automate things. This would enable giveaways while also keeping it from shitting up the forum with useless posts.

That's exactly what I'm doing!  Club members can receive a monthly giveaway of promising alt coins.  Smiley

Not that the forum really cares about scams... but best watch out if you post twice in a row!

Italian scientists are now claiming the virus has mutated into a less harmful strain.

One thing this virus has done is expedite the move to remote learning/working, etc.  I wonder if the birth rate will decline in the next few years.

I don't consider you to be a peaceful protester after you begin violating the law and stay past curfew.

Why not?  If I break curfew and burn buildings, I am a violent protester.

If I break curfew and do nothing else, I am a peaceful protester.
2830  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Riots after Death of Man in Minneapolis Police Custody on: June 01, 2020, 09:41:47 PM
If you haven't seen, a black man named George Floyd was detained by Minneapolis police and died while an officer had his knee placed on the back of his neck.

I used to do this all he time, if my partner was having problems controlling the suspect.  You are taught to put your knee on the neck but not to support yourself that way.  The pressure needed to subdue the relatively weak neck muscle is much less than needed to choke someone.  This officer is guilty of at least incompetence or even manslaughter, but the masses are rioting because they want to.
2831  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Making A Difference Through Bitcoin. on: June 01, 2020, 09:31:02 PM
I wouldn't judge them to quickly of being a scam. I believe what the OP is trying to say that the stores in Africa don't have any kind of store credits and the crypto they receive as donations is converted to fiat where they'll be using in stores. This is a very common way on how crypto donations work and the one you are worrying right now is the transparency of how the crypto donations will proceed and I think the OP should have a better way of providing it by having some sort of system where you show all your costs, receipts as well as documentation of the food packs being distributed will be enough to make your project be trustworthy for others.

It would be nice to have a global supply of vetted, trusted individuals that could receive coin and use it properly, but we've seen that even people who scammed enough for their life still continue to steal.  Maybe this person is legit and honest.   But how can we tell when they make a new anonymous account?

Not sending coin to a newbie is still the best advice.
2832  Bitcoin / Project Development / Stripping out HTML garbage from posts on: June 01, 2020, 09:23:49 PM
Does anyone have a script that can strip out quotes and hyperlinks from a forum post?  A lot of posts are just fillers with no real content.

If no one has one, I'll write it and make it available.

You guys are talking about :
https://blog.jooq.org/2013/10/09/sql-trick-row_number-is-to-select-what-dense_rank-is-to-select-distinct/

RANK will duplicate numbers (if two people have the same score, they have the same rank).  I don't like that, because a secondary sort would rank one higher than the other.

DENSE_RANK is more realistic.  You cannot have two people in the tenth spot in a line up.   :/

Check this user's feedback.  He is violating terms of service, and these accounts are quickly cancelled.

I would then wait to hear from you on the next step all this depending the final position of the the community.

You quoted the next step - go buy the supplies you need, send the info requested, and you'll be compensated.    Smiley
2836  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Voluntary carbon offsetting tools for crypto-exchanges, looking for co-founders on: May 28, 2020, 04:15:22 AM
4. Obviously our platform is more than 6 lines of code. The back end needs to manage the calculation, verification, purchase, recording and retirement of all carbon credits purchased through the platform. The 6 lines of code is all the crypto exchange needs to add to its own site. We take care of everything else.

So basically you are a digital version of Greenpeace - you ask exchanges to send you a portion of profit for you to invest in carbon reduction, and they can write it off?

They are still making the carbon - and now you are making extra carbon by processing all that extra data...  :/

Also, you may have posted the wrong link.  The document says "not for public distribution" at the very top.

I got a puppy in the past but it was died due to an unknown parasite attack so I never wanted to hold a new one. Sad

The first time a new puppy looks into your eyes with absolute trust, you'll love again.  :/

2839  Economy / Reputation / Re: More trust abuse by marlboroza on: May 27, 2020, 03:51:59 AM
That is not very specific Vod.

Stop ignoring questions if you want others to answer, troll.  You accuse marlboroza in this thread; he is allowed to defend himself.
2840  Economy / Reputation / Re: More trust abuse by marlboroza on: May 26, 2020, 11:21:55 PM
What trust abuse Vod? Be specific.

The negative trust you have left for people you do not like.

Or the refusal of the same type of explanations you demand from others.
