WOW over 900 bitcoin collected just today, this is so mind blogging I can't get my head around it. I feel like an amoeba with my purchases lol. I do hope I can gather more funds to be able to at least have half a bitcoin worth if WAVES.

San Antonio Spurs is leading there and showed nice performance into previous match while Oklahoma City Thunder was on home court, hard to predict about the winner of this match as i think both teams have same opportunity there, bet on over 197.5 points @1.865 looking nice to take risk there.

The only method is to gamble what you can afford to lose and know your limit and when you have to stop,I think the biggest drawback of any gamble is to stop when they are losing much more if they are winning ,so it's always how and when to stop even if you are winning or losing a game.. It is better to just mine and sell the altcoin and convert into bitcoin. Bitcon is much more sophisticated than most altcoins. It is not easy to find another hobby that can easily excited you. It is even more if that hobby has become part of your life. I think nothing is impossible if a person really decides to come out of gambling habit. It is just a matter of time and once decided then surely they can find some other interesting activities to do. Mostly if they find some outdoor activities to involve then it is will easier to come out fast. Spend more time with real friends and family members and avoid computer and mobile for some time until they can control themselves. That is for sure, quitting then staying away from gambling is really a hard battle for a gambling addict but that is doable. If you have the will to do it you have to do everything no matter what it takes just to completely quit from gambling. I have never done that because it is very dangerous and reckless. However, I have though about how to do it. Imagine if you used all your money and then borrowed everything you could and with all of that went all in on the roulette table. You would basically have to be ready to commit suicide if you lost. But if you won, it could be life changing.
