1  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Nonito Donaire vs Alejandro Santiago for WBC bantamweight (july15,2023 on: July 28, 2023, 01:29:44 PM
So the risk is there as the fight goes longer for him and for Santiago he might want to prolong the fight and test Nonito's stamina.
It's the right strategy to be made, considering Donaire is older now; he might slow down as the fight goes longer. However, that's a big task for Santiago, as he needs to prevent the heavy punches of Donaire. Since Donaire is a counter-punching guy, the fight might be boring if he does not engage. I don't see a scenario that will give the fans enjoyment, but if it's the strategy, then there's nothing we can do but watch.
2  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: May 14, 2022, 06:54:26 AM
Don't panic it's organic.

Honestly, I've been wishing that this time will come again, and it happened.
Sorry, I'm not being negative, I'm bullish on long term but I always love the opportunity to scalp.

So dump more, I'm ready.  Grin
3  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Warriors vs Grizzlies 2nd round discussion on: May 14, 2022, 06:41:07 AM
The series is now finally over.

It was a very close game from 1st to 3rd quarter, but the Warriors knows how to win and they know how important the game is.
Klay Thompson came out huge tonight, he made 30 points and most of that points came from his efficient 3 point shooting, he was 8-14 (in 3 point area).

Klay is tough, the old Klay knows how to handle the business done and he showed it to us once again.
4  Economy / Economics / Re: Who is really hopeful about the future of Bitcoin and why? on: April 21, 2019, 01:39:48 PM
Who's not hopeful? Im sure all of the bitcoin community wants bitcoin to prosper in the future. For all of the positive news ive heard regarding this all over the world, im sure that the era of cryptocurrency ia now starting. If it will land again on moon this year, it will spread even faster.
not only the bitcoin community, the altcoin community also hopes that bitxoin will continue to grow and the price increases because until now almost all altcoins follow the price of bitcoin.
Bitcoin gives chance for altcoins to rise if it will rise.
The last bull run when bitcoin was pumping, altcoin were also increasing, even higher than bitcoin in growth and people
are expecting that the same will happen this year if in case we will have a bull run.
5  Economy / Economics / Re: How can we get people to use bitcoin as a currency? on: April 21, 2019, 01:31:23 PM
The stores from a small one to big one like malls should implement bitcoin as an option for payment and that will do for making people curious and interested about bitcoin and if they are curious enough then they will probably get into bitcoin and discover more advantages of bitcoin and that is when they will start using it as a currency and also as a store of value for their fiat currencies.
There are already businesses that are accepting bitcoin and crypto, but only few of them but the good news is that they are growing.
Hopefully in the future bitcoin will be more popular as that would say we have growth in the market.
It's actually time to invest now, the price is quite cheap since users are still low compared to what it could possibly achieve overtime.
6  Economy / Economics / Re: Banks against the crypto on: April 21, 2019, 01:18:52 PM
Decentralization. Everyone is talking about it. Can cryptocurrency lead to the disappearance of banks. Or will banks be able to adjust and remain in power?

This is fully depends on how every government taking it generally in near future. As it is decentralized to government can not track its transaction as normal banking system can easily track. So government must think seriously about this, on the other hand how government will work if they not get any taxs from cryptocurrecny holder or trader. so lets see what is happening in future.
That's the fact and reason behind why government is still doubtful to embrace this new chain of system, they can easily track every transactions if its needed to review everywhere inside their jurisdictions when the banks are fully registered and comply with government rules, unlike decentralized where everything can be done between two wallets and process without a trace, banking system still have a good favor from the government.
In addition to that transactions can be anonymous as we have mixers in crypto that will make it harder for people to trace the real origin of transaction.
If they regulate crypto it's still not easy as regulating bank because the fact that we are using a decentralized system, people will use the essence of crypto.
7  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you need cash for everyday use? on: April 21, 2019, 12:17:52 PM
There are now many online cash payment platforms developed by central banks. Banks can solve most of the customers' needs: online payment and cash replacement. Your development team needs to be able to offer advantages to attract users and be aware that many areas do not accept Crypto.
The problem with that platform is that it's expensive and not fast.
Crypto answers that weakness and it's more transparent since we are using a decentralized system which is clearly transparent.
8  Economy / Economics / Re: Investing in Bitcoin in 2019? on: April 21, 2019, 12:00:42 PM
Although the current trends are very positive, I would say that we should not go ballistic before the prices stabilize. Unlike the previous bull runs, the current rally was caused by a single buy order spread across multiple exchanges. It was not caused by a sharp uptick in the adoption or a change in the government stance.
That started all this, we have to believe that the bull run will come otherwise this market would not improve.
Though the order was from a whale but he would not buy that huge amount if he don't know something is coming and he will make profit from it.
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: Populous World GOLD POKEN 'XAUp' Sale on: April 21, 2019, 11:47:28 AM
Distribution is schedule for today and from what i can see, the day is still very young so try calm your blood a bit, once distribution start trust me you will know Wink
Peoples need to wait patiently, Token will soon be distributed, according to the calendar, today will begin.
There is no active communication from the manager, you can complain if after the schedule, still not distribution happens.
But I doubt that, this project is reputable, they will follow the schedule IMO.
10  Economy / Economics / Re: Can Bitcoin really stabilize any country's economy level? on: April 21, 2019, 08:08:55 AM
For bitcoin to be efficient there is a need for minimum technology for example pc and a good internet connection, this is the reason why bitcoin is not a solution for every country. I am sorry to say this.
If bitcoin will lead to creation of job that would help to improve the economy.
It's not fiat or paper money that is simple and easy to use but crypto is very useful for online transaction, and the low cost and fast transaction
is needed to open opportunity to easily send money in every country.

In terms of investment, this does not generally help the economy as only holders will benefit, the usefulness of crypto
will be more appreciated if a massive adoption will happen.
11  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Quit cryptocurrency trading its not for you! on: April 21, 2019, 07:57:42 AM
Being impatient with trading cryptocurrency is one of the sign that you are really not for trading. Being patient is not only applicable to investing but also in trading. You should always be ready to accept mistakes that you will make along the way of trading, you should be professional enough to accept those things and implement the lesson to yourself so you will become better you.
That demonstrate your lack of discipline, every day is not a good market, there are timing that is necessary for a trader to take in order
do the right action. You make mistakes then you learn from it, if you aint improving then trading is simply not for you.
It's profitable to trade if you have the skills, if not you'll loss your time and money in the process.
12  Economy / Economics / Re: Why spend time in bitcoins? on: April 21, 2019, 07:30:44 AM
Yes spending time in bitcoin is really worth it. It is life changing actually. When you have enough bitcoin and the right time comes for sure your future is secure. Spending time in bitcoin also makes you updated about technological advancement. Bitcoin can be the future currency.
If you benefited from spending time, you will love what you are doing.
Otherwise if we don't get the benefit, it's just a complete waste of time, personally, I already love bitcoin as it fulfilled some of my dreams.
Investing here is never easy but I believe I'll be successful.
13  Economy / Economics / Re: Can Bitcoin Beat Banks? on: April 21, 2019, 07:26:12 AM
Bitcoin doesn't have to beat the banks, they can both co exist. We will always need the loan service that banks provide, bitcoin can't do fractional lending like how fiat money can.  You can't just create bitcoins out of thin air, doesn't work like that.
I agree, bitcoin has a very limited function, bank is more trustworthy as they are called a business of trust.
Though bitcoin is more transparent as it's running in a decentralized system, but people still trust banks than bitcoin, we cannot change that reality
14  Economy / Economics / Re: Are Cryptobanks Future? on: April 21, 2019, 07:18:41 AM
if they really do the job well and are in accordance with the plan and can be accepted by the crypto currency holders then they will be very developed like the FIAT currency bank. can even develop faster.

I don't like the idea of having a crypto bank.

I mean if you own a cryptocurrency, you are the bank of your own money. You don't need a company, a third party to take care of your bank for you. If you can invest in good cryptocurrencies, you should be able to take care of it as an investor. There are also a lot of things you can do to take care of your investments or your cryptocurrencies, you can just do it on your own.

That's true, if there is a bitcoin bank, it will defeat the purpose of crypto which is doing banking even without bank.
15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: should I start buying ICOs again on: April 21, 2019, 07:14:14 AM
if you feel good please buy at ico but most ico is a scam and many investors don't believe in the ico project, and now the more trend ieo maybe it will replace the future of ico,I think you better buy on an exchange that is clearly registered in exchange.
Why are we still buying in ICO when there is an IEO that is more secured.
Also, coins now are still cheap, some are still below ICO price, I'm sure we can find good going if we will give time looking for it.
16  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do Not Trade By The News, Follow The Price Action on: April 21, 2019, 07:05:54 AM
I think you should have a knowledge of both(fundamental and price action).
Having knowledge of both is not going to affect you in a bad way, it is only going to nourish your trading skills.
So, as per me, one should have a knowledge of both.

Yes he does, and i really appreciate the fact about him.
It's our money so we should be wise enough to know where to invest and when to invest.
if  Trade By The News then you will definitely make losses.
And yes you need to choose yourself and i am confident in that way we will not make losses.
Trading by the news is not a good strategy in trading if you solely based on new, most likely  you will only get FOMO or FUD, either way, it's all negative.
17  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does convince people to enjoy gambling is a wrong idea? on: April 21, 2019, 06:58:34 AM

If you teach someone how to gamble and other gambling activities then it wouldn't be in your control whether he would be addicted or not. It depends on that particular persons characteristics and behaviour. Suppose, someone started gambling as a fun, as the time passes he can get addicted. It is not anybody's control.

True, when a person start to gamble, they need to understand the risk and in order for them to easily understand they need to be matured enough.
There are minors that are gambling now and they can do it since no kYC in most gambling sites, they are at a high risk.
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: Populous World GOLD POKEN 'XAUp' Sale on: April 21, 2019, 06:42:18 AM
Anyone received tokens yet. Let's know so we can track the payment. Hope to receive mine soonest.
I checked the spreadsheet and seem no one receive the reward yet.
I am excluded in the campaign but I'll just watch you guys receive the reward, also, I'm waiting for OP's reply on my concern.
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: Populous World GOLD POKEN 'XAUp' Sale on: April 07, 2019, 01:44:28 AM
I was part of the campaign since week 2.
Before I fill up the spreadsheet, I PM the OP asking for consideration, then I was accepted in the spreadsheet
and continue to work until the end but later find out that I was rejected because of negative trust.
I can't understand, I though I was given a consideration from the start, if I was rejected, I should have been rejected from the start.

20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: TRON - is Justin Sun all hype? on: April 03, 2019, 06:40:49 AM
Justin Sun loves to hype but it's not just all about hype.
Not all the time TRON makes its price to the top, but in terms of achievement, I can say that his coin has a future.
They bought Bittorent, it's already a proof that they want to be big in the future.
