I realize that your intention was to help by making the images visible but this is an announcement thread for a casino (advertisement for a for-profit service), so the least they can do is to buy the copper membership.

I knew there was something suspicious about this casino. The OP has not logged in since he wrote the topic and they used a shill account to post a positive review. Then there is this 100% welcome bonus up to 1 btc!! which is too good to be true. The most generous but legit casino won't offer more than 1-2k usd max.
If you have some evidences to backup your accusation, I suggest you open a scam accusation thread against them in the appropriate board.

عندما تم الاعلان عن تحديث segwit تم انشاء موقع whensegwit.com يقوم بتتبع عدد العقد و التحويلات و كذلك المنصات و المحافظ التي اعتمدت التحديث. ربما ستكون فكرة جيدة لو تم انشاء موقع مشابه يهتم بتحديث taproot.

I'll try to be neutral here.
OP, sending coins to the wrong chain is your fault (not blaming you or anything as we all can make mistakes) and it has nothing to do with the hot/cold wallets set up as you suggested. Still, this doesn't give the casino the right to keep your coins hostage and they should help you recover them, if possible.

However, you should know that recovering coins sent to the wrong chain isn't as easy as some might think and it may has some security implications (exposing private keys).
Also, most services will simply refuse to help in such cases and some of them require paying a fee and even then, the process may take up to few weeks.
Anyway, I hope your case will be resolved asap.

There are several ways to spot abusers: same ip, browser fingerprints, identical patterns, use of the same or connected deposit/withdrawl addresses...

The secret mnemonic you have isn't a wallet seed. It can only be used to reset the pin code in case you lose it.
Besides, you can't restore a multisig wallet with only one seed.
Unfortunately, if you can't access your account and did't back up your private keys then you can't restore your wallet and you will have to wait for block.io's reply.

الموضوع ليس بغرض الإعلان عن الحادث في حد ذاته فقد مر على وقوعه بضعة ايام بقدر ما هو تنبيه من خطورة استعمال المنصات المركزية و خاصة تخزين العملات فيها لفترة طويلة و استعمالها كمحافظ رئيسية. فهذه ليست اول منصة يتم اختراقها و من الواضح انها لن تكون الأخيرة.

اسف اخي لكن لم أفهم ما الذي تقصده بالضبط.
هل تقصد بامتصاص البنوك للبيتكوين قيامها بشراء كل الكمية الموجودة بقصد احتوائه و السيطرة عليه؟
اذا كان هذا ما تقصده فلا اعتقد ان ذلك ممكن لعدة اسباب اولها انه كل ما كان هناك مزيد من الطلب على البيتكوين من قبل البنوك او اي طرف كلما قل العرض وبالتالي يتواصل ارتفاع السعر و يرتفع راس المال السوقي الذي ذكرته إلى حجم تعجز البنوك عن توفيره. أضف إلى ذلك انه يمكن التحول بسهولة للاستعمال عملة أخرى مشابهة للبيتكوين و هكذا نعود لنقطة البداية.
اما ان كنت تقصد أن تصبح البنوك تعتمد على البيتكوين في معاملتها فذلك كذلك غير ممكن، باعتقادي، نظرا لطبيعة الشبكة اللامركزية. لكن يمكن يمكنهم اعتماد نظام البلوكتشاين على شرط أن تعمل بشكل مركزي او شبه مركزي و ripple احسن مثال لذلك. لكن في هذه الحالة نتحدث عن نظام تحويل و ليس العملة في حد ذاتها.
