2841  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Has anybody developed a wallet client that support multy crypto currency? on: December 11, 2013, 09:52:29 AM
I think it has been discussed earlier, does anybody know if there is any client on the way that e.g. support both; BTC, LTC and PPC ect. ?
Thanks.

Seriously, even for a Nigerian scammer (no offence to anybody from Nigeria), 15 cent is not worth the time. Unless they can trick you into sending more and more.

I liked version 1 better, even though I was requesting simplicity.   Lips sealed

Edit: Its actually a pretty nice feature that you can add/remove columns Smiley

Great job!
As some others stated out, maybe it would be nice to have some sort of criteria or explanation, how you rated the usability?

Also I think it would be worth adding the information, that newly registered members on btc-e can't withdraw any funds within the first 3 days!
You can't find that information anywhere on their page, except when you try to withdraw and are not longer registered than 72 hours.

I believe they also have that policy if you change your password.

I think the referral link is perfectly ok to implement, as long as you state it somewhere on the page.

Alternative:
Make a btc adr. for donations.
Personally is think it is embarrassing when people "beg" for santoshi's, but when you do a piece of work for free that contribute and help everybody then is donation appropiate.
I support "pay what you like to use it" concepts (and yes I do donate if I like the service and it value into my business).

I kinda like the usability-rating, however it would be nice to have a some kind of explanation to your rating system.
E.g. is +++ the highest score?
Is there a negative score? ---
(negative scores would also be nice to have in red-color).

I made a table of all the main exchanges and their fees and stuff. It's still a work in progress and my self taught web design and programming skills aren't the greatest, but i think it might be useful to some. Please send me any suggestions you might have to improve the site. Thanks!

Nice work.

Only suggestion i have, the table have to much information for a good overview.
I would prefer a more compact table, with the possibility to expand for more info.

To OP, just for the curiosity, what country are you located in?
2849  Other / CPU/GPU Bitcoin mining hardware / Re: 2 BFL 60gh in cold weather on: December 09, 2013, 10:00:07 PM
thanks, I just thought about it more, I think I'll put it in the garage and throw up some tarps around it, so no snow gets to it.

I would also be a bit carfull with the tarps, be sure its not completely enclosing the device, since the chassis itself is important to release heat - so you need some space "like a tent" as mentioned before.

If you live in a area high with humidity I would be a bit worried about condense. You have to make sure that the device has a constant temperature, and should not be cold when you start it up outside. The laptop might get some problems if the temperature goes below 0 degree Celsius, since most consumer items are not designed for sub zero environment, I believe the harddrive and LCD would be compromised.

Just a question to the newbies that signed up - what jobs are they offering?  I'm too disgusted to look, but I'll bet they're pretty easy surveys or paid to clicks or referral links.

I consider myself as a newbie then: The job is to refer people. Probably to increase the chance to get someone paying.

Please keep us updated with your progress  Smiley

2857  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: MyBitcoinJob obvious scam on: December 06, 2013, 11:15:25 PM
Like some of you,I came across this site.At first I thought it was one of those sites where the sole purpose was promoting the site itself in exchange for BTC,but when I reached the 1BTC minimum,I discovered that when you try to cashout,it forces you to fill in one of those surveys to 'get the money'.It insisted that I disable my ad blocker before I could cash out.Talk about suspicious.

I'm thinking that I'll probably never get the money out anyway based on what I saw on this site.Does seem to good to be true.Glad I got off the site when I did.Hope this helps people who are wondering about this site.Smiley

Whats up with your signature? "http://MyBitcoinJob.com/?id=film2240"

Did they hypnotize you into doing that?
