I may have an issue my shares were all purchased using walletbit  they closed and became bips  my btc address transferred  to bips.me  and you guys have been paying me on time and bips.me has been working fine  for months.

they are off line  and have been off line for about 12 hours.

https://bips.me/

I may need to use a different payout address  then the one I have been using.   I will pm you on Monday if the bips.me site stays crashed.

Does anyone know if they are gone or if this is just a tech problem?

I sent an email on Monday and a new email today.  bips.me is still down and my .39 btc dividend is frozen.

That I will deal with but bips.me has posted to not make deposits in the account.  the btc address for my payout here was

  https://blockchain.info/address/1AyWHY6kCMi4F221J7aPheiYdAvkDbcdPp

while it is linked to my bips account  I can not sign for it.     If bips is dead I will lose the .39 btc.

I can live with that, but please stop sending to that btc address.
Back in June we agreed that this would not be a problem since the funds would be in bitfunder.  We all know that bitfunder tanked. You have paid me on time and bips allowed me to with draw on time  until this week.

Please use my  fully controlled address

https://blockchain.info/address/1Fo2K52Rz7LZw9fcF5BDdDBjfNaViQ8J3x

1Fo2K52Rz7LZw9fcF5BDdDBjfNaViQ8J3x

You can see I have had it for months and have signed it many time on group buys.  I will send you .05 btc to

https://blockchain.info/address/1AddiCt8ghkH8zwPpcv8W8SxcQEoGTSJFS

1AddiCt8ghkH8zwPpcv8W8SxcQEoGTSJFS

I will send a public  message or your choice with it.  But I need my address to be changed. or I will lose more dividends next sunday.

Long story about bips Smiley
I'll PM u when I get home.. Don't worry we'll work it out..

Other people with bips or other online wallets; ensure you have a copy of your wallet(private keys) so worst case you can set it up somewhere else in case of an emergency. If an online wallet does not have that option you should think twice about using it.. Basically by using an online wallet you are handing over your cash to a third party.

Cheers,

Just an idea. I know this this is pretty much just KNC miners group buy. But if bitcoin skyrockets to 1k$/btc soon wouldn't it be smart to use dividend to convert it into fiat and Buy some more Mining power ?

I would be in favour of taking one weeks worth of dividends and buying some active mining hardware. They should be shipping in a matter of days.

One of the best things about this group buy is that lack of mandatory reinvestment. If people want to reinvest their dividends, and tyrion/blastbobb are up to it, there can be another group buy and allocate additional shares per the original share agreement (no dilution of shares, 1 share equals the same hashing power as before).

If you're interested in reinvestment of dividends, check out the ADDICTION DISCOVERY fund (I believe it still exists, but I could be wrong)

Hey guys,

Expanding with the use of dividends isn't an option like maqifrnswa says. Only hashing hardware can be added to Addiction and frankly we don't see anything worth buying with a good delivery date. If we find anything (2nd gen Knc maybe Wink) we'll probably start a new groupbuy first like maqifrnswa says.

As for bips and other online wallets. Even though blockchain.info is also "just another" online wallet, it does have the option to export your private keys for your wallets, and doesn't use any shares wallet system. I'd suggest anyone to use only online wallets that offer those services. With bitcoin growing in value, it's good practice to keep your bitcoins safe!

Lastly on WeEx, we haven't had any update on our own tickets so far. This post contains most information so far:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=337523.0 and

These guys have apparently not learned their lesson.

In case you guys missed it: if we all kept our BTC at the time of doing this buy, we would all be richer, both BTC and USD wise.

The same remains true today. The mining industry is, as of now, a big scam.

NOTE: tyrion and blastbob, however, did an amazing job.
