with COMPACT Block, they only want "slowdown" his business at minimum. COMPACT Block policies punish miners to not use transactions already in the MEMpool.
Because, if they build blocks with her transactions, propagation is altered ... of this "private" block with "custom" transactions.

Yes. https://bitcoincore.org/en/releases/0.12.0/With 0.12 it is possible to use wallet functionality in pruned mode. This can reduce the disk usage from currently around 60 GB to around 2 GB.
However, rescans as well as the RPCs importwallet, importaddress, importprivkey are disabled.
To enable block pruning set prune=<N> on the command line or in bitcoin.conf, where N is the number of MiB to allot for raw block & undo data.
A value of 0 disables pruning. The minimal value above 0 is 550.
Your wallet is as secure with high values as it is with low ones. Higher values merely ensure that your node will not shut down upon blockchain reorganizations of more than 2 days - which are unlikely to happen in practice. In future releases, a higher value may also help the network as a whole: stored blocks could be served to other nodes.
For further information about pruning, you may also consult the release notes of v0.11.0.

So you think iT wont go lower then that? They will try ... for sure. But, they don't have fuel to provide the demand.

I even met an operator who offered to deal directly with me on amounts over $1000, bypassing the ATM and effectively cutting out the merchant where the ATM was placed.
normal goal with regulary visitor on ATM ... somes dealers look and note. After all, Bitcoin is like that = no middle man. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1820098.0

7 tx per second ... is nothing after SegWit and Lightining adoption (and usage). It's like comparing SMS to direct call. SMS can be delayed ... not direct call. You can't pass music over SMS, right ? that's the point. Bitcoin now is always at early adopter stage. Are you family talk about Bitcoin ? No. They always pass wire at the bank.
