I remember that well but Howard don't have that much help, unlike with Kobe which both Gasul and Odom was there to help him to lift the team, they form a good Big 3 back then, also the time when Melo is really hot back @ Denver. That's the difference, Howards does not have a superstar playing beside him, so as Lebron. Gasul was pretty good that time and Odom as well so it's easy for the Lakers to beat the Magic. About Melo, I guess this is the time when he was playing with Iverson? So much memories during that season, LeBron was the leading scorer if I remember it right, while Kobe was the next, then followed by Howard. Did you all remember Howard won the Slam dunk with that superman cape..  Would would not remember that, he won the Slam Dunk contest and I think the costume was a big factor on that win. |

This is absolutely hilarious!  Dwight is super excited to play again with the Lakers and the result was satisfying for the Nets . Thankfully it's just a preseason game where you can actually do something like this to adjust in the upcoming season games. I think Dwight showed exactly what the Lakers were missing last season. I don't think enough people give him credit for his role with the championship team. He makes the Lakers such a better team by giving them a dominant presence down low. AD is more of a finesse player as much as they want him to be dominant. Dwight makes guys regret being near the hoop when he's dunking. Like Shawn Kemp or a lesser Shaq. I think with this squad, if healthy, the finals won't be more than 5 games. AD being healthy is a big question mark though. Luckily with Dwight now, they might not even need him. Many sees Dwight right now as a veteran player and can't help that much because of his age but he is an underrated big and lets not forget how dominant he is when he is still in the Magic. He is an all-star when he is Orlando and he brought Magic to NBA Finals too against Lebron and the Cavs and they won a championship I think (correct me if I'm wrong). That was in 2009 where Howard's Team beat Lebron in a 4-2 series. In terms of which one is riskier, I would say riding with the hype has the most risk you could ever imagine. Sure, by waiting for the hype starts could give you big potential of profit because everyone will looking at certain coins and will do anything to get profit from there but that means those coins could also fall into dip because of some reasons as the price could easily get manipulated by certain people. Waiting until the price is dip which means low enough for you to buy it and then sell it once it reaches your goal, if you are going to do the normal one then you should do it as long as it makes you comfortable and doesn't stressed you out. I would prefer the latter than former but if I was brave enough, I would take the first one. Kevin Durant got back-to-back championships when he was playing at Golden State Warriors a few years ago. And now, I think that he is at the best team in NBA. Brooklyn Nets are maybe the most powerful team in terms of starting five quality. We see Durant - Irving - Harden trio there and they are very capable of beating every opponent they have. I have no doubt that they will win a championship, they have the best chance to win as long as no one in the big 3 will be injured. Last season wasn't good for them, they have a good run in the regular season but when Harden and Irving got injured, things weren't so good for them, but still they reach the ECF which is a big thing considering some players are not healthy. The same thought was there with this team last season and the ending was not impressive. We're hyped at the beginning of the season but we all tend to be wrong with such predictions. I'll just wait until they make it to the finals and will cheer them once they're there. Well, the Lakers and the Nets are quite different, the Nets have proven that the big 3 would work last season, if not because of the injury, they could have won the NBA Finals as even without Harden early in the ECF, Irving and Durant were able to dominate the Bucks in an impressive 2-0 win at home, it's just unfortunate that Irving got injured and Harden come back playing not 100% yet. I guess China really likes to shake the crypto market by spreading bad news, which happens many times. They want to buy bitcoin at a low price because of their news, and that is smart action that their government does because the market really drops too deep. They are lucky to do that thing as the world seems to follow whatever they said, but they will regret it after they did with the crypto market. No matter what they played before, they will get the impact because of their action soon.
There will never be regrets for China on whatever step they take to cryptocurrency. Remember, China loves financial manipulations. One of the most famous financial manipulations they're good at is the "debt trap". Now, after several bad news they made from the past there are always a negative price reactions. Well, maybe because more than 50% of Bitcoin mining globally was based in China, thus people is always afraid when China announces about massive banning of cryptocurrency. This has been going on many times. You are right and I think they are trying to manipulate what happened in their country, especially for the negative news of bitcoin that happened before. They pretend they do not like bitcoin, but they have their own agenda by saying like that. They are good at manipulating and playing with the negative news and making people out there panic because of reading their news. Hopefully, that will not make people, especially from outside China, worry about the news and still try to get involved in bitcoin. Right, it's always the bear every after bull run. But we'll see what's with it on 2022. Maybe the cycle is no longer like that and we're going to see a continuation of the bull run that has stopped @ $60k. And if that happens, we all going to like that. It's unpredictable but if we always look at the trend and be realistic, even in the stock market, you can't see a bull run everyday, so the market will most likely correct in the last quarter of this year and might continue next year. I'd rather be bearish now than think that the market will pump again after a huge pump in the past few months because that's more realistic for me. |

Any predictions on what team will come in last place? I think Houston might be a good selection as they deal with the James Harden fallout and now trying to find a new home for John Wall… The Cavaliers seem stuck in the LeBron James hangover still. Kevin Love won’t let them buy him out and I don’t think his heart is in it anymore. That team is a mess and probably will be for another 2-3 years.
I guess the rockets here will be the worst team this season, they don't have good chemistry and don't have a player that would lead them. John Wall will be leaving and probably Christian Wood will leave as well. For the Cavaliers, yes, they will remain a bad team but least would have a little improvement and would end a better record than the rockets. |
