2841  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to teach someone about Bitcoin on: April 23, 2016, 01:39:01 PM
I am trying to teach my friends but they are not interested in it, they have a feeling that bitcoin will not last for a long time and it is a illegal currency.

People judge things that they don't understand. Try to enlighten them, buddy. Smiley Explain further stuffs to them. Ask them what made them feel that bitcoin wil not last for a long time and what are their basis of saying that bitcoin is an illegal currency. And simply explain to them that this is not illegal or a scam. Step by step, little by little, they will understand bitcoin and they will be interested in it. Goodluck teaching your friends, mate. Cheesy
2842  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling problem on: April 23, 2016, 12:29:45 PM
same man i always lose a whole ton thinking ill profit it

That is the most common mistake done by all gamblers, they will stop for a while after losing big amount but there mind still will be thinking how to recover back those last money. It makes them to try again and again to get back there money at least and end up lose lot of money. The only solution is need to to completely avoid gambling.

Yep and even if they get back what they lost before, they will start thinking that it's time to profit from gambling. And then the next thing you know, they lost all their btc once more. This makes a gambler anxious and would start him/her doing things that aren't ethical or rational just to get enough money to bet again.
2843  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Should I invest in bitcoin casinos? on: April 23, 2016, 12:27:12 PM
Investing in casino is always profitable, i had never heard that casino has parished and users take all its money, its ussualy other way...always!
cheers

Unless if the casino has deed of sale or proof of purchase issues. Like if the property or if the building that it's built on has an ongoing case in the court trial. There's a chance that the casino close down and just runaway instead. Anyway, that barely happens because most casino owners are so rich. The property that's going to be used to build a casino doesn't cost that much to them. Smiley

But anyway since we are talking about bitcoin casino here, I doubt that there's no casino that ran away. Considering how much BTC is today, and considering how much BTC a gambling site can have from investors and bettors.
2844  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: how much you lost money in gambling? on: April 23, 2016, 12:23:21 PM
Today I lost money in gambling 0.1 btc, but it's okey I'm still play to recover my lost. hope
maybe someday I win again

People bet more and more in hopes of getting their previous loss back. Well, just try to be careful though as you can lose once again.

2845  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why is gambling so addicting? on: April 23, 2016, 12:17:22 PM
I feel like the reason behind people get more and more addicted to gambling is because they've got friends in the casino and they sort of make the casino as their meeting place. They consider playing cards and gambling as their 'hang-out'. Just the peer pressure of your friends, basically, of gambling makes it so addicting.
2846  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ALL IN!!?? on: April 23, 2016, 12:15:19 PM
Nope. All the time I get reds on all in Roll Eyes

Me too. As if they've got a program there that if someone goes all in, it will bust instantly.
2847  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If you were rich, would you still gamble? on: April 23, 2016, 12:12:47 PM
To me, if I were rich I will not gambling to earn money. But if I'm bored with my money I want to play just for the entertaiment
Because I do not need more money.
I think if you become rich You do not need to gamble again. if you want to having fun.you can look for something else who do not have the risk of losing money. you know gambling can ruin a person's life and gambling also can make the rich become poor. so better to avoid gambling and find other interesting things

Once you start gambling again when you're already rich, you tend to get more and more into gambling. Just like the old days when you weren't rich, you tried gambling 'for fun' until you got attached to it. You thought you can easily quit gambling because for you, you were just playing 'for fun', but when you try to stop gambling, you can't stop anymore. Cheesy

Anyways, do not start gambling even if it's just for fun if you don't want to get hooked up at it again. Probably you'll lose all your money eventually if you get addicted to gambling.

Even I'm billionaire I would still gamble. Gambling is kind of entertainment and also way of meeting new friends.

Just don't gamble more than you can handle. If you want to gamble just put a limit how much you can gamble if your limit is reach stop gambling.

Unless if you go become addicted to gambling. That's what people though, they thought they were in control of themselves. But what they didn't know is that they are controlled by their addiction already. People don't even notice that they're addicted to smth. Grin
2848  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to stay away from gambling? suggestions ? on: April 23, 2016, 12:09:07 PM
Stay away from #Gambling.. You waste your money and time...
Trying to make good profit from trading with #Bitcoin_Exchange_Market and #Signatures...

The Bitcoin market exchange is not that easy to trade if you are new to the markets. And the signatures are a good way to make extra revenue but keep in mind you need a good standing account to do so.

well, trading is not that hard that people make it to be, i am not saying it is easy either. it is hard but it can be learned and with a little work you can easily make a good profession out of it.

and then later on with spending some time online and looking for information here and there you can improve your choices for investment.

trading need some basic skills. if you practice on them and get know these skills. you'll become a good trader.
and you can leave gambling also it you were be busy in other activities like trading and signatures as said above.

You can talk to bunch of experts if you want to start trading. There's a bunch of Group chat in facebook about YoBit trading. They tell each other when and what to buy or sell.

It's a little too hard for a person to enter the world of trading alone. Unless if he/she has the basic knowledge about it. Otherwise, entering the world of trading can make him/her lose her bitcoins.

Trading is actually just a variant of gambling. Although there are lesser risks, you are still gambling because you take the 'risk' to buy a coin in hopes of selling it for a greater price.

Nevertheless, it's better to start trading if you want to stay away from gambling. Trading makes you socialize more and meet other people.
2849  Economy / Speculation / Re: BUY or SELL bitcoins ? What you prefer ? on: April 23, 2016, 11:57:15 AM
I've been holding on to my coins for some time now. And I just sold half of my coins, because we just reached 460$. I am planning to buy again once the price goes down to 440$-450$. I believe that this is just a minipump and that BTC price will go down sometime now and then pump again.
2850  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to play gambling in a smart way? on: April 23, 2016, 09:51:01 AM
There is smart goals, smart plans, smart .. whatever you name. Smart gambling, you ask? Well, don't be afraid, put in all your money, lost all or be rich. That is the wrong way. I don't usually gamble but I believe that as long as one is patience, the gambling operator will not be able to get his/her money (in our case, Bitcoin or cryptocurrencies) easily.

The outcome will be the same though -- losing up all your money. It doesn't matter how long it takes before the gambling operator gets your money. Actually you only wasted your time if you'll end up having nothing after staying in the casino for half a day when you can also end up having nothing after staying for like an hour or two.
2851  Economy / Economics / Re: How to save money. on: April 23, 2016, 09:48:41 AM
I have a time deposit account that I can only touch every 30 days. That way I don't spend my money hehehe

This is a pretty good way to save your money. Since it is in time deposit, you'll not be able to withdraw your money from the bank unless the time is reached. Good job saving up your money and earning while doing so. Although time depositing gives you a very little profit. Smiley
2852  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Idea for new dice game ? on: April 23, 2016, 09:43:56 AM
well you can try accepting many cryptocurrencies instead of only bitcoin, implementing faucets for people to try Cheesy lowering the house edge can make a difference too Grin maybe you can create a random giveaway like after 5-10 minutes a player from a game ID will receive a amount of bitcoin despite small but it should at least want them to earn more Cheesy

Throwing a giveaway that frequent can only be done if your gambling site has tons of players and a bunch of big players AKA whales. Otherwise, you're gambling site is destined to go bankrupt.
the intervals between each giveaway should be random and it must suitable with the fund he has to have for the giveaway. For example, $4 worth bitcoin ever 1-3 hours

You just said 5-10 minutes and now you're saying 1-3 hours? I understand your point that giveaways may have a chance to make the gamblers bet more frequent. But given that 5-10 minutes of giveaway, people will make tons of dummy accounts and stay online in that gambling site and wait for one of their dummy accounts to get a giveaway. This will be a passive income for them.
2853  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Doubling Bitcoin? on: April 23, 2016, 08:31:42 AM
If you desperately want to double your money, don't invest it to any investment sites or any bitcoin doubler out there as it will result to you losing all your BTC. If you want to double it, then do trading or maybe wait for BTC's price to go twice the price when you bought your BTC.

That doesn't count as doubling your bitcoin. The fiat might have halved in value, while BTC has preserved its value, and thus doubling in price in terms of fiat dollars or pounds.

Trading is extremely dangerous to the outsider too. If you don't have any experience in trading, it is not advised to do so.

Do you have any suggestions how to double your bitcoin? Smiley
2854  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to play gambling in a smart way? on: April 23, 2016, 08:30:37 AM
I said this before and I will say it again.

The only smart way to gamble is with reverse martingale.

Bet small, and keep doubling your winners and go back to your base when you lose. After you win 10x in a row, keep betting until you win 15-20x times in a row. And you can turn 100 sats into 2BTC.

That will increase your profits exponentially. But what gambling site can you win 10x-20x in a row? Roll Eyes I doubt that there's any. You can barely win 5x-8x in a row @2.00 multiplier.

2856  Other / Off-topic / Re: How kids can "earn" Bitcoin ? on: April 23, 2016, 08:25:35 AM
Kids shouldn't work for money. Its their parents responsibility to feed them and give them money. Kids should be staying on the house playing their little toys.

it has been said a lot of times already. i agree with this but it is not about the kids working their ass off to earn a living, it is just like playing a game and earning a little from that and learning the process through that.

Yeah kids have to learn about bitcoin, so that they can gain a little knowledge about it from their earlier days, as they are kids parents can start motivating them with games as kids like playing games.

Please name a game for kids that pays bitcoin. Smiley
2857  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to stay away from gambling? suggestions ? on: April 23, 2016, 08:23:48 AM
-snipe-

That would not work. Trust me, I've tried, and I've failed. A lot of times.

You'll just get the urge of getting home earlier, rather than enjoying the trip itself. And once you get back? First thing you do is open up your laptop and start bettin'.

Just because it didn't work for you, doesn't mean it will not work with others as well. Maybe you should try disciplining yourself or try looking for a mentor that will help you stay away from gambling.
2858  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I want to start trading on: April 23, 2016, 08:08:55 AM
If you want to start trading, I suggest that you find first a group of people that are expert in trading BTC and altcoins. Try to look at facebook groups maybe there's a group chat available for your area. Don't trust the people in the trollbox of YoBit.

to become a trader you must have sufficient capital. after that you just have to think intelligently in order to take advantage of every action you do. with patience you can get satisfactory results.

I believe the key will be 'Buy low and sell high'. Smiley You should be careful in buying and selling alt coins so you wouldn't regret it later.
2859  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to stay away from gambling? suggestions ? on: April 23, 2016, 08:06:08 AM
Try going out of town, fishing, hiking or basically just go to a place or a country where there's no access to the Internet. This will surely make you busy, keep your mind off gambling, and also will make you relaxed.

To stay away from gambling  is find new a hobby
I know it is not easy to stop from gambling, but I'm sure if you can consitent with yourself
I believe you can do it.

Finding a new thing to do is the first step. Then it will lead you to stop gambling little by little.
