The only way to get a ban lifted is by submitting an appeal to global mods/admins.
You can appeal a ban by sending a message to the email address on the ban notification or by starting a thread here on meta board.

AFAIK, only global mods and admins have such privilege and only them can decide whether you deserve a second chance or not depending on your contribution to the community.

I don't think it can even be considered a problem (at least from the user's perspective). It's a mere annoyance and doesn't disrupt any of the functionalities of the program. You can simply ignore it and keep using your node as usual. There are users who still run legacy nodes with no problems.

It's true that the warning might be confusing for new users but it doesn't affect in any way the decentralization of the network.

You must be confusing it with Starburst by Netent. Stardust is developed by Microgaming and it's inspired by the Stardust film. I created an account to test out your casino. On the registration page, I can understand why you ask for the date of birth but why do we have to choose a coin from the list of coins you support? لا أعتقد أن هناك ما يمنع ذلك طبعا و للاسف بإستثناء الدول التي عليها عقوبات مثل سوريا. بحثت في سياسة الخصوصية و لا يوجد أي معلومة واضحة بإستثناء ان الدول المحظورة لن تظهر في لوحة التحكم بعد تسجيل الدخول.
قمت بإنشاء حساب للتأكد و معرفة ماهي الدول المحظورة لكن لطلب البطاقة عليك شحنها بعشر دولارات اولا ثم توثيق الحساب.
المعلومة المهمة التي وجدتها هي انه سيبدأ توزيع البطاقة في الولايات المتحدة فقط مبدئيا ثم يتم اضافة الدول الأخرى تدريجيا.

نعم. على حد علمي لا يوجد سيرفرات لتحميل الصور و الملفات تابعة للمنتدى او على الاقل هذه الخاصية غير متاحة للمستخدمين و السبب بالأساس هو ما يمكن أن يسببه ذلك من مشاكل أمنية (على ما اذكر تم اختراق المنتدى من قبل بسبب خاصية تحميل الافاتارز) إضافة إلى ما يمكن أن يسببه ذلك من بطئ في تحميل الصفحات.
المنتدى يعتمد على خدمة بروكسي للبحث عن الصور في المواقع المختصة في رفع الصور و عرضها و هذا هو الحل الانسب و الذي تعتمد اغلب المواقع.

بالنسبة للتطبيقات، لا أعتقد أن هناك منتدى يعمل بسكريبت smf يمتلك تطبيق خاص به. هناك فقط تطبيقات تقوم بتغيير اكواد CSS لتجعل المنتدى يتناسب مع الشاشات الصغيرة.
احد هذه التطبيقات هو tapatalk لكن تم حذفه من قوقل بلاي كما أنه يحتاج ل api المنتدى ليعمل.

تلك البرامج تقوم بتحويل المفاتيح مثل التي عندك لمفاتيح يمكن للمحفظة فهمها و قراءتها. عليك التحويل من hex إلى base58 قبل إدخال المفتاح في المحفظة.
كذلك هذه البرامج تسهل عليك العملية و ليس عليك القيام بذلك يدويا و فهم كيف تتم العملية.

How the server seed is being generated (randomly or not) doesn't really matter. What matters is that it must be generated before the client provides his seed and that it doesn't change till the session ends.
The server seed is the one that must be kept secret and only its hash must be revealed not the client seed.

Is your wallet fully synced?
On the Addresses tab, do you see the sending address and the change address?
If you can see only the sending address then what you saw on the block explorer isn't your change address.
If you don't see any of them then you've restored the wrong wallet.
I don't think this is a gap limit issue.

Exactly! There is no need to use a third party service when you can do it by yourself in a completely trustless way.
The casinos mentioned in OP can solve the problem and leave no room for doubt by simply changing their pf algorithm to make it use the hash of the server secret plus the client seed to shuffle the decks, instead of relying on the server secret alone.

Hardware wallets (Ledger/Trezor) are a good investment. Although they are cold wallets (private keys/seeds never leave the device), they are also suitable for day-to-day transactions.
If you want a free wallet then I would recommend Electrum.
Deciding which is the best wallet depends on your own preferences. But as long as it's a trusted, open source and non-custodial then you should be fine. Just make sure to properly back up your seeds and keep them safe.

As far as I know, there is no licensing authority in Costa Rica. So, saying that you are a licensed casino is a bit misleading.

But this contradicts your withdrawal rule which states that the user can only withdraw to the address he used to deposit. Your account is not banned but, as the ban message says, it has been locked for security reasons.
Send a message to the email address which appears on the ban message and make sure to sign it with one of your stacked addresses to prove ownership of the account.
In the meantime, try to figure out how your account got compromised and take the appropriate actions.
