2861  Economy / Economics / Re: This what poor people need on: December 15, 2021, 12:06:07 AM
Very first thing, poor people are made by the government. The resources are getting accumulated within the hands of few corporates. When a corporate have the ability to make such a volume of money, why a government isn't able to do the same and diversify the revenue. I might look wrong in one way, and some might feel I'm right.

To make money you need to have a relaxed mind, when that isn't possible how come a person will think positive. These days middle class people have learned better and are improving themselves moving to the next level of living through a job and other kind of investment.

Poor people need to learn, because education is the only tool through which one can survive even if he isn't able to earn big. Most of the millionaires of the world state they are little educated. This means education gives the learning and the experience makes us strong to move forward and face anything to progress.
2862  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Understanding the Ponzi Narrative on: December 14, 2021, 11:43:16 PM
A simple understanding of mine. With 90% of the ponzi schemes it is a must to make people join under us. This means we need to refer people to join and this will make a chain. One in the top order will receive big. This chain keeps going and going. With bitcoin there is nothing as you need to make people part of the network/market. The growth of the network happened without any promotion.

Everyone who is part of the market acquired knowledge and got into it. People spread the word about bitcoin with others out of enthusiasm and not by compulsion. This itself enough to defend against people mentioning bitcoin as a ponzi scheme.
2863  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake.com - 2 Million+ in Xmas Giveaways | Watford & UFC Partner ⚽ 🥊 on: December 14, 2021, 11:23:35 PM
A couple of punters here had a very enjoyable #UFC269 yesterday!

Good call on the Nunes Pena fight.  I don't think too many people saw that coming.  After taking down Cyborg with her strikes I didn't think any woman out there could stand in the ring with Nunes.  Julianna was a monster though.  Trading blows and eventually wearing Nunes down to get the win on a submission.  I don't know if Nunes is already starting to see a falloff in ability, or if she was just not training hard enough for this fight, but she seemed obviously winded towards the end.  She'll have something to prove in the next fight.  I hope this was a fluke.
No one expects this to happen. It is something out of fluke, but the person seems super cool to go for such a big bet against the odds. Possibly gambling houses were the one to profit big out of this game other than few exceptions who are super lucky. Then onwards the odds for her won't vary to higher extend, because the support slowly starts to bounce.
2864  Economy / Economics / Re: This why wall street are rich and you are poor on: December 13, 2021, 11:48:48 PM
Wall Street people looks different from common man. Not because of the investment style, but with the innovation/positive mind. Every Wall Street guy will be having some unique thing innovated apart from the investment. There are Wall Street people who have made billions out of investment alone, but at the very beginning they invest on talents rather than assets. How far this is true isn't known, but this is what I believe.
2865  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What online betting company you know gave you a b'day present? on: December 13, 2021, 11:14:46 PM
Birthday gift from online casinos is nice but 1xbet? Sorry a big NO for me, as it is a well known scam site in the industry.
If they give you birthday gift, means that you have completed KYC process?
Although it is nice, but I wont be interested to do KYC just because of the birthday gift offer especially because the amount of the gift is just that low.
Same here, if I would undergo a KYC requirement, I would make sure that I only submit my information on the site that has fewer complaints and registered legally, AFAIK, 1xbit, or 1xbet does not have a legal entity as a crypto casino, so I would not risk for just a birthday present. I'm gonna bookmark this thread, let's see if there are other sites that offers this kind of promotion, but it's not really a big deal though.
Well, I always stay away from the online gambling casino that was asked for KYC verification that is why I don't experience such kinds of bonuses. Perhpas in a gambling casino, they had a gift of free spin, if you expected cash from them perhaps that is not will happen, others also offer their own token.
I don't have much interest in a birthday present because I know since before I did not have luck with gambling.
Yeah, many people don't give much importance to it. However receiving something on the birthday makes people happy. In such a way I've received birthday present once. Stake is the only gambling platform from which I received birthday present. I don't know how much dollars I received, because it was during its first year of service. For me it was new to get a birthday present from a casino.
2866  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I bought $271 worth of Bitcoin in late 2009 on: December 13, 2021, 05:54:22 PM
According to the progress of the market, this doesn't look like a real incident. Majority of the users have mentioned it to be a written story. However, even if it is a true incident and Op had made a transaction it isn't easy to retrieve it back with the information available with OP.

As per my understanding this thread could bring in more awareness on the real market of cryptocurrencies.

Another important thing, he haven't spend on buying, and if he have got such a big number then it is from some early giveaway.
2867  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Motosport General discussion tread --- Formula1, MotoGP, WTCC, ETCC, DTM..... on: December 13, 2021, 11:22:24 AM
After leaving a perfect race behind and seeing Verstappen becoming the champion, I was really tired. I can't even imagine how much tired the drivers were. It was a controversial race though because of some of FIA's decisions. Those decisions were not very consistent and they overlooked the rules in the last moments of the race also. We are still waiting for how Mercedes' complain will end. It would be really shocking for everyone if Hamilton is announced as the new champion.
Lewis Hamilton kept the lead for a long, and the final lap it was breathtaking to watch. Hamilton once came close touching Verstappen. Watching those drive was really enjoyable, and it kept my heartbeat at the peak. Even a small touch could end everything. Mercedes not happy and the Redbull delighted with the win of Verstappen making his first World Championship title. The race began with some controversy and ended with controversy on the new champion.
2868  Economy / Gambling / Re: Comparison between bitsler and stake on: December 13, 2021, 10:04:28 AM
There is no need for this comparison, because different platforms have difference in the services provided. Both have got good reputation and are among the trusted list. I've played both on bitsler and Stake. In both the platforms I've won as well as lost, which means if you're lucky you'll make it unlike the platform. With bitsler there is regular competition that can be played with the claimed native tokens which is quite interesting.
2869  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Betting to Risk Free Fights on: December 13, 2021, 03:40:58 AM
I mean, I am looking at it from a different perspective. Could Amanda win? Yes. But could she also lose? Yes. Those are two possibilities that could happen regardless of the odds. You know, when two fighters both have two hands, two feet, fully conditioned, could KO or submit the opponent anytime, could land a deadly kick, could sneak a hand for a choke, could catch a hand for an armbar, and so on, anything could happen. Those two fighters are, after all, both very capable of defeating each other. And especially in MMA, an upset could easily happen. What I'm saying is that there is really no risk-free bet.

While it's true, there is just more possibility that Amanda will win because of her experience. It's just that Pena found a way to hit her many times while Amanda pick this bad luck day to give up her back.

But I believe many people pick her to win. You could say Pena just become a better fighter, it is a historic win to outbox someone who had been a champ for years and suddenly even in Champ's prime got beatten.
The majority was on the side of Amanda, but things took place in the opposite way. This makes people think of the match being manipulated. We don't know the truth, but unexpected performance comes out a person it leads to such question. No doubt, Pena had turned to be a better fighter. These days making controversies has turned to be a way of marketing. This also looks in similar style. Nothing offensive.
2870  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tennis League All Thread on: December 12, 2021, 11:20:01 PM
I'm not sure how exactly it works for the top seeded players and for all actually.
Can you just notify you are playing and then at a later stage confirm you have been
vaccinated? is there a deadline?

Just reading an article which is 6 hours old but could be older on https://www.express.co.uk/sport/tennis/1534172/Novak-Djokovic-Australian-Open-medical-exemption-Covid-vaccine-Scott-Morrison-tennis-news

Quote
The Australian Prime Minister has slammed suggestions that Novak Djokovic
could receive a medical exemption to play the Australian Open. The world No 1 has been in
doubt to play the season-opening Grand Slam after vaccination became
mandatory for all players, as he refuses to disclose whether he has been jabbed.
Djokovic then put himself on the entry list for the tournament but there was
speculation he would attempt to apply for an exemption to compete without being vaccinated.

As far as I understand, Djokovic just applied to perform at the GS in Australia, but the certificate of vaccination he don't need to give now but when entering Australia, which is logical because we know that Covid certificates have a limited duration.
So, Djokovic is only on the entry list for the GS in Australia, and it is a completely different story whether he will be able to enter Australia without vaccination or not.
Covid's rules in Australia are very strict, probably the strictest in the world and I would be really surprised if the Australian government decides to make an exception for Djokovic.
I think such a decision would infuriate many Australians who have been banned from traveling to Australia or outside Australia for 2 years, even with a Covid certificate or if they have been vaccinated.
It would be a very controversial political decision with very big consequences and I do not believe that any politician in Australia would risk that much, even if it because of Djokovic.

I don't understand why Djokovic is freaking out so much about it. It is not like he would have a disadvantage if literally all other players are vaccinated as well. Look at Joshua Kimmich from Bayern Munich in soccer, rejected to get vaccinated and now his lungs suffer from infiltration and as he is now prone to myocarditis he won't be able to play this year and perhaps even in the beginning of next year.
Maybe that is due to fear. There were more and more rumours around the world relative to the covid-19 vaccine. On account of the same Djokovic might have not taken the vaccine. We can't relate the lungs problem of Kimmich with the rejection to covid-19 vaccination. There are more complications people have experienced once after vaccination. So, it all depends upon the mind strength as well as the health of the individuals.
2871  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: 1XBIT campaign could be the next longest running campaign even with scam reports on: December 12, 2021, 10:24:13 PM
This isn't the only place on which they're marketing. Surely the team will be having more other marketing programs run on different platforms. We don't Know how far things were working for them, because throughout the forum it has got a negative opinion. They could've resolved every scam against them and started the campaign, then it could've gained good reputation and trust of the people. Now it gives an overview, this is the same platform as the past.

After the merit system it is really hard to get a slot into campaigns and that's the major reason why the top ranked users on that campaign have taken the risk.
2872  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: December 12, 2021, 10:02:57 PM
Looks like Australia are in trouble since two of their in-form players(Warner and Hazlewood) got injured in the first test and have already left the squad. Richardson and Khawaja have been called in as their replacements.

Haven't seen either of these players in action for a long time now and this could provide the boost that England desperately needs currently in the series.
Both are important players. Richardson played his last test match against Sri Lanka. During this time he was playing on different other formats of cricket. So, as a right arm fast bowler he needs to help the team in taking early wickets. Khwaja have played against England in his last test match. Both have got a big gap in playing test cricket. Last test match played by them was back in 2019. Lets see what these players gonna contribute.
2873  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: This December is a weird one on: December 12, 2021, 09:35:20 PM
Every December people loves go spend their money and usually the market corrects during these time and yes it happened, maybe some are just spending their money instead of paying huge taxes by next year, so this normal for me. What you can do right now is to keep on buying, we know Bitcoin will recover, so buy now.
Yes, every year we'll be experiencing similar pattern of market correction causing small decline in the price. Further the same gets growing by the start of the new year. Last year during the month of November the price was $9000+ and it gradually declined and reached $7000 by December. Once again started to bounce from January crossing $8000. Maybe the same kind at the present market price can happen this time.
2874  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: El Salvador has become the first country to make #Bitcoin legal tender! 🇸🇻 on: December 12, 2021, 08:30:06 PM
Now I'm expecting some tweets about the mining infrastructure that is being getting developed on El Salvador. President of El Salvador have made a good tweet about the gold/bitcoin market that is making a difference. Making it a legal tender has benefited till date, very beginning itself president faced hard criticism. Now this isn't a big thing. Probably in the future this tweet will be remembered.
2875  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is the single worst piece of advice you ever received relative to Bitcoin? on: December 11, 2021, 08:00:05 PM
I never consider it an advice, but it always stands in my mind. I was briefing about bitcoin to a brother and I showed the growth of it with time. By the time mentioned of making some profit through trading. When I said, out of the fluctuation it is possible to make an earning. The fluctuation might be in large scale or minor fluctuation. All the sudden he said, ohh this is gambling. I tried the best, but he wasn't able to understand it and adviced me try to take away the invested funds and stay safe.
2876  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: December 11, 2021, 07:02:27 PM
Hardly anyone in this thread follow test cricket or even remember last 5 tests so i don't blame them for predicting anything. Other than this thread i didn't find any discussion where majority were favoring the Poms, even their die hard fans. All discussion was about whitewash by Aussie or outcome of rotation policy in the Ashes, which started last year or so.
I never expected a whitewash by either side though my prediction is that England will win this series though I didn't expect Australia to demolish them in the 1st test in this manner. Australia is improving drastically in all formats currently.

England need to rethink their strategies if they wish to shift the momentum back in their favour in this series.
Australia have won the match with style. There is big improvement and how this gonna get continued in a consistent manner is unknown.

The senior team used to perform like this and one can believe they'll make it. With the present team that is missing. This win could boost Australia and make England prepare themselves better. More discussions were taking place about whitewash, but I don't think even though Australia have got home advantage.
2877  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Slot Machine Strategy? on: December 11, 2021, 06:10:09 PM
That seated slot machine should have not dealt with a jackpot for a long time before you take the spot. Then, there is the waiting time on how long the person will play there. It's a difficult strategy but could be worth it with patience.

Back then, there were cheating tools that was used with slots and just a week ago I saw one in social media about the story of that man. I forgot his name but it was a documentary of how he created the tools and he even bought a machine just to tinker it and find out how he can create the equipment. Investment.
As for strategy, I only have the superstitious idea to be bad luck at one position so I switch to another machine.

There's nothing more to it than luck. I mean even if you have a lot of patience waiting for the right time to win in, your luck would be the one who will be the key to win that jackpot. Maybe it would just a coincidence if you win the jackpot in just 1 roll in the slot machine that has been played too long for a certain day. Since slot machine game won't take much of your time, meaning you'll also lose a lot of money in no time.
Strategies couldn't help with the slot machines. Everything is upon the luck, the machine itself operates on random choice selection. If you are able to manipulate the machine then it is possible to use some strategies. Things are highly advanced. Earlier I read in an article where a person used to win regularly. Finally it was found he used some tricks with the powerful magnet. Now those weren't possible as technology has kept everything in a well advanced way. So it is all about luck and not about strategy.
2878  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: F1 - what is your bet? on: December 10, 2021, 02:15:08 PM
Verstappen is giving tough fight to Lewis Hamilton. All around people are much interested about the upcoming race day. On the Yas Marina Circuit we can expect complete crowd, because of the Expo 2020 happening in Dubai. On the experience I believe Lewis Hamilton will take the lead. Probably Verstappen will rule F1 from the next season. This time there is more regulation on the points, particularly dashing the cars leads to loss of points.
2879  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Ukrainian oligarch is mining Bitcoin on: December 10, 2021, 11:46:26 AM
Mining bitcoin has turned to be a big business. It is a known fact, when one leaves the network someone else takes the place. This is getting proved through this incident of a massive shipment of mining hardware. Several countries are getting into cryptocurrency mining. Recent day El Salvador have taken a big step forward, with Ukraine there is no specific data on the same. However this could set as a initial point for more people into mining.
2880  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Taxes and regulations kill the odds on: December 10, 2021, 08:50:34 AM
As you can read, Germany is the most astringent jurisdiction, with 90% of casino earning being paid as tax!

that's true? so how do casino owners keep profits if they have to pay this high tax? how will casino owners be able to pay workers wages or is this tax amount only applied to online casinos? because a real world casino needs to pay water bill, electricity bill and workers wages and also needs to have money to maintain the infrastructure, if the real world casino pays 90% in taxes they go bankrupt in the same month
Maybe that's the reason most of the offline casino business owners are making arrangements for online gambling access. If the online gambling business is registered on some other country, then it'll bring good revenue.

Many countries have policies and law against gambling, however there is always ways through which people get access to it. In my country gambling have got restrictions, but platforms registered on other countries promote their services on our regional broadcast. In some State lottery is allowed and for that the government takes around 40% as tax from the winner.
