After i have posted in forum so my whole posts were deleted so i want to say that i belong to myself account not his account as well. He is seperate person and i am too.

Contact an admin if you want your account unbanned because sob stories wont work with me but I'd suggest you just wait the two weeks. You had a warning with your prior ban but obviously didn't learn. You shouldn't even be getting paid for the quality of posts you've been making and I doubt they're going to improve much.

I haven't been seeing any errors. If you see repetitive errors (ie. errors occurring more than once in a while), post the exact times and full error messages.
I don't just make little software tweaks. The forum is backed by significant hardware power, and I do increase it as necessary. But you can't just throw hardware at these things.
I've been getting them a lot recently. Especially when moderating. I'm getting this error frequently. Just received it several times within 5 minutes of posting this message

They will not respond to any thing i send them and they have the worst customer support. you'd think with all the money they are making off of exchange fees that they would hire more people. Any advice would be appreciated!
Join the club. They're the worst exchange I've had to deal with. I've not had a single response to several support requests over two months and I've verified my bank with them successfully twice now but still wont let me withdraw funds. If they had an account on here I'd for sure leave them appropriate feedback because their service is appalling. |
