Paypal could...blah blah blah...the way I see it:
1) Vendor accounting services a la BitPay does not mean shit, yes, it lets you spend BTC, no, the vendor is not accepting BTC, they are accepting USD via a service. Not helpful. (and please don't start some shit about making PayPal into a wallet with a Bitcoin balance)
2) Money transmittal a la Ripple...God help us all.
3) Adding services on top of Bitcoin such as remittance. ...can't we already do this?
PayPal is a private company and doesn't give a shit about fiat or not fiat. Citation needed.

This is useless petition - paypal has no interest in supporting BTC or any cryptocurrency - it is against their business.
This as well, all this "we are looking into Bitcoin" bullshit is just stalling. Even if it's not, why would you want to use it? So you can lose money to PayPal fees? |

One issue is not whether the units are FCC compliant or not, but that Josh was sticking it up BFL's competitor's asses at the time on this very same issue. When pressed about their own FCC certs, Josh went on record and stated that BFL was expecting results back in a couple weeks (paraphrased) last November.

What collateral can you provide?
Not sure what you'll take for collateral but I've got a Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W320 14.1 MP camera (mint condition worth about £40-£50)  I'll be buying more BTC in 3 weeks time so would be able to pay you back then I'm not sure if it's still worth it for a .2 BTC loan (I'd assume shipping would end up being at least 10$+), but where do you live? I have an address in the Netherlands, and could get one in the US. I assume he lives in England, considering he's quoting the price in GBP. |
