2861  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: HODL...until when? on: June 20, 2021, 11:57:29 PM
Those who advocate hodling, when do you cash out?

I mean, dying hodling is not the plan, is it? Eventually, you'd need to enjoy the fruits of your patience, right? When is that, when someone says "hodl"? Is it a savings plan? A retirement fund? What does it mean to hodl?
HODL means to hold until you met your desired price and ready to sell to take profit.

Trading is a bit easy yet hard if you know, what I mean. You trade so easily without a hassle yet you face the problem of volatility. The movement that even the best trader would have to struggle to predict correctly. But if you do more technical analysis before trading you might as well hit a bonus and get a good profit.
2862  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crypto gambling is the worst piece of shit you can imagine on: June 20, 2021, 09:35:29 PM
I don't think it's all but it's like most that crypto gambling sites are like that, well basically the more bitcoin price increases.. it would be really annoying to see fees are so expensive, which could be when you want to cover the fees.. we even got more lost.
There are still a few or a small number of sites that still provide the opportunity for smaller fees, bitcoin eth bch ltc etc.
I have a doubt about the fees of bitcoin when it's a bull run, you should expect that the transaction fees will increase drastically due to massive transactions that would cause a congestion in the blocks because people trying to send their funds are increasing the transaction fees to make them on the closest block.

I would suggest that during bull run consider using altcoins when gambling to avoid further paying more due to the increase of transaction fees.

~snip~
I bought some FUN token while it was at 123 satoshi and I sold them while it was around 64 satoshi (can't remember the selling price properly). FUN token price dropped more now. So, I would face more loss if I hadn't sold my coin few weeks ago. FUN token don't have utility usage and popularity like bitcoin. In the long term FUN/BTC pair may not do well. That's why I don't prefer to buy this token with BTC pair.

That means you had a loss of almost 50% in BTC pair. Talking about utility, the only case I would buy FUN tokens would be to get the premium services of freebitco.in
The number of Wheel of Spins are good for the amount of FUN tokens. Other than this I don't think there's a good use case for FUN tokens to be bought.
I myself is still confused on what purpose does the FUN token but just like you said buying FUN token is to avail their premium services of freebitco.in
If FUN token would be useful in the future there might be a potential investors about it and from what I have researched, FUN token was meant for gambling and playing purposes and I have seen a similarity of it to the BNB.
Binance coin is definitely making a huge hit ever since it was released to public. FUN token might be useful in the future that would follow what the binance coin did.
2864  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Auto Deduct System on: June 20, 2021, 02:58:34 PM
I think it's a good idea just like those projects that usually being connected to Metamask. A casino can connect Metamask or any type of wallet that it supports.

I can imagine how the process will go but I don't know if the casinos will consider it.
I think if there's a third party apps involved in making a transaction with metamask there is a confirmation first that you need to confirm first before the transaction takes effect. I don't know if you have tried it but this is what I noticed so it should have a confirmation to the user first before doing any transaction which means your funds won't automatically be deducted if you confirm the transaction first. I think this is the flaw that the auto deduct system should implement and fix if it's already existing.
2865  Economy / Speculation / Re: Number of transactions declining in last 2 months. on: June 19, 2021, 11:52:28 PM
The decline of Bitcoin transactions may be caused by the bad trend in crypto market lately. People who are holding Bitcoin, prefer holding it to selling it at a cheap price. While people who want to buy Bitcoin, are waiting for a sign for the market recovery. Unfortunately, there are too many bad issues, so they don't want to buy and decide to wait for. This situation makes a lower interest to sell-buy Bitcoin in the market.

A lot of fuds circulating around is a proof that people are holding their bitcoin to avoid more losses if they continue to sell and it's actually helping to avoid stacking more transactions and look how fast it is to send and receive bitcoin with the uncongested blocks? Elon Musk is one of the example that lead the market to make fuds that would eventually dump the bitcoin price but people aren't fan of people who manipulate the market and is taking advantage to those small traders that's why they were against to Elon tweets but there are some people who still follow him but we can't do anything about that it's their choice.
2866  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Breaking : Donaire Versus Casimero on: June 19, 2021, 11:15:57 PM
In terms of winning I'll go for Donaire but I saw the previous records of Casimero and it's a match for a great boxer like Donaire but I will give a chance to the pioneering boxer which is Casimero. I like them both as a fighter they have their own aces on how to flip the whole game.

I think the odds here would favor to Donaire but I will for Casimero no matter what the odds. It's just I have a feeling that this fighter will give a good fight show to their Filipino people.

Rigondeaux camp must have seen something to his opponent that dramatically replace it with Donaire instead. Although, Donaire is an old time champion I won't be going easy if it is against Casimero because of how crafty this guy to manage the whole fight.

their faucet claim is hourly, and you can also see the timer itself on that particular tab.

Are you sure about that? Does everyone be able to claim free BTC every hour? Isn't there any limitation or restriction? When I clicked on the "claim" button a pop-up text has been said that I have to place at least a bet to claim the free BTC.
I just thought I have to deposit and place a bet to claim the free BTC once again, if they offer free BTC every hour without any limitation then they will be affected by faucet abusers.

I think the right word is stack until you deposit first to claim those stacked free BTC from faucet. There's no free anymore here except with the air we are breathing. Most faucet or any kind of business offering free has a required amount to take their freebies and that's the business strategy they are making to attract people. They entice a good result if they were gonna pay first that's a win-win for them.
2868  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Auto Deduct System on: June 19, 2021, 09:41:48 PM
It's more like an automated system that usually been used to bots to trade for you but the difference here is you want to manually bet but you want to automatically deduct it to your funds which is used better in fiat system. Now, the problem is it won't stop until you lose all your funds like in trading there's no stop-loss. Gambling sites should implement a stop button to avoid user's from losing automatically without their consent. I guess this is a special tactics again to submit all their funds because they were gonna lose anyway. Huh
2869  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin’s time is now on: June 19, 2021, 02:37:17 PM
Bitcoin and Ethereum are the only coins I fully trust, we have seen projects came up with so many ideas, yet most of them disappear in less than 5 years.
Some are just used to deceive investors for getting great returns or provide for great causes, yet these projects only use it to collect these main coins from them; this claims how flexible and valuable bitcoin and ethereum are.
I don't blame you for choosing only two crypto currency if that's what you want or what you believe will give you a benefit but you should explore more boards on this forum to know better what crypto currency is the best and suited in each situation such as gambling in crypto there are worthy altcoins to use in gambling rather than using bitcoin. Bitcoin during bull run has a higher transaction fees which is not a good idea to use because each time you send some bitcoin to a online gambling sites you won't be accepting the same amount that you expect to come to you. That's why there are specific altcoins for each transaction of crypto currency.
2870  Economy / Gambling / Re: BetJA.io | $100,000 EURO 2020 Prize + Free BTC + MultiBet Insurance on: June 19, 2021, 11:42:10 AM
I am curious about Betja too, but for now I don't dare to deposit yet. First let's wait for some reviews of other users.
If we all wait then in the end, no one will be able to see it's legitimacy and I am pretty sure that they will be leaving a good impression before doing anything stupid, that is if they really are going to do something stupid.
The truth is that in today's markets anything can change and even things that look legitimate might have other ulterior motives and do a hit and run. I do get your point that with this much caution anything new will struggle to get people on board but this is what the new businesses have to think about. I think with enough incentives people will try out new things, it's just a matter of risk:reward!
A lot of casinos been trying their best to be one of the best in this industry, I do hope betja won't destroy that because the longer you stay in this business the more you build your reputation while giving a positive impression to the users/gamblers. The risk:reward will determine how many potential gamblers will stay to try out their best on this online gambling.

I am curious about of what are their motives too but let's give them a chance to prove what are they after when entering in this gambling industry.
2871  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crypto gambling is the worst piece of shit you can imagine on: June 18, 2021, 11:55:53 PM
This is the problem when a person avoid doing their own research but instead have a plenty of time to complain. Crypto these days are not bitcoin only that's why we do have what they called an alternative coins or altcoins and it was proven to be cheaper than in bitcoin in terms of transaction fee.

You should not play something that you don't understand because it's like walking straight on a cliff thinking it's the same road you are walking. Play in casinos who accepts fiat instead if you don't understand how bitcoin works.
Its actually easy to complain rather than on making on ones research on how he would able to save up fees and make out directly some complaints and whining that bitcoin is shit because of the fees which do makes him look like a fool instead.

If he does know on how to make things work without spending that much then we wont really be seeing these kind of whines here on the public.

People never ever learn and they do really love to be spoonfeed. Its not actually  much big of a problem because we can have several option for us to resolve
the problem without spending that much.
I guess it's convenient to be spoon-fed rather than doing their own research because they think this forum has a lot of triggered people if they say bad reviews about bitcoin. That's so ignorant moves if that's what they think it makes them useless to the society. You know a one of a kind to keep blaming the government where in fact they could just follow what the government trying to teach them.

Complaining everything isn't normal it's an abusive act or a spoon-feeding tactics to get what they want in no time.
2872  Economy / Gambling / Re: Betking.io is back. What do you guys think? on: June 18, 2021, 11:11:36 PM
They can come back but can they still attract investors with their bad reputation?

If they can solve their past problem, then maybe, but it's wise if we will just wait until they fully compensate everything before using the site.
There's a lot of options nowadays, why gamble on a site with a bad reputation and that has come back to start solving the old problems.

Can we consider this the same case with 1xbit's reputation?(not on the ICO part as 1xbit don't have any)
I have a doubt if they can attract investors on their own plus they don't have a plan to use this forum anymore it's what they posted last time when he wanted to leave this place.

Only if they could professionally cleaned their past mistakes maybe they will get a comeback but that's just a what if on my end.

It is something like that but they are still not fixing their past mistakes and so the 1xbit too but instead they wrongfully accused/locked people's account without showing any valid evidence of why they lock it up.
2873  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Who is selling? on: June 18, 2021, 06:53:38 PM
...I dream of the day when alt coins are not tied to the price of bitcoin. Uhg...

It is possible that this will happen sometime. And when that day comes, what will it change for you? I believe that there is no problem for a trader that the price of altcoins is correlated with the price of bitcoin. This makes it possible to predict the price movement of altcoins by observing the price of BTC.
I do agree on this it's an advantage if both bitcoin and altcoins do correlate in prices and I think it only happens during bull run but sometimes it moves the other way around. This market is so unpredictable even the market fluctuation is impossible to predict precisely.

Only whales can manage to manipulate the market so easily but we have to be ready in case this will going to happen. Doing some TA will help to determine what would be the market's next move.

2875  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Prayer and gambling. on: June 18, 2021, 04:08:23 PM
spiritual power or consulting to God before placing bet can't do anything related to winning in gambling.
Because I think people have a ritual to do something and it is considered to have a positive effect. Maybe you won't believe it. But most people do prayer and effort. They don't just use strategy but expect help from those they believe in.
There are those who believe it is luck if they win, but luck will not keep coming, so they need a strategy and pray, so that it will be eased. IMO
I think whatever the odds people will continue to cling onto something that they think would help them to win a game. But of course, they will need to do something in order to win they have to put some effort too and that's the strategy on how to win. Praying may have a connection to their luck that's why they have to do it but the irony is why pray to your God when gambling is forbidden? Maybe they have a different beliefs that's why it's so easy to do it without feeling guilty.
2876  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔥 Bitpr0.com | The Ultimate Crypto Gambling Site Directory on: June 18, 2021, 02:33:45 PM
Its so expensive entertainment since imagine we need to bet more just to prolong and feel the climax of the game but we also need to have a self control since if we just keep betting without having a self control then it can possibly turn up things unto worse. But we don't need to worry about the possible losses if we want to get good game since sometimes we cannot focus if we are overthinking to much.
What can I say? You need to spend money in order to entertain yourself and that's why casinos are made just for this purposes. Gambling industry has making a lot of way to let people to stay in their premises that's why you see a casino have their own hotel room and once you see the inside of the casino you won't see the outside or what time it is because they intentionally remove clock and windows. And speaking of getting into the climax you need to spend more is kind of cliche imo it is the spend the amount that you can afford to lose rather than spending more to get the climax. You can't be sure if you would win big because in the long run you'll be stacking your losses than your winnings.
2877  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Big companies finally had enough of the excessive tax on: June 17, 2021, 11:28:27 PM
There's even 50%. LOL

https://casinodepositbonus.com/features/the-ultimate-guide-to-gambling-taxes-worldwide/
https://link.springer.com/article/10.1007/s10899-019-09899-0

This is why its important to look in the bigger picture and 20% is considerable.
Even if you think 20% is considerable but if there's a lot of casino in area and is gaining lots of profit just like in Las Vegas that's still too much and to think 50% is too damn excessive. But I want to know the part of the government too why they implement such huge taxes but sadly it's their country so I don't want to dig in asking some personal questions when it is out of my line.
2878  Economy / Gambling / Re: Rollbit.com | Crypto's Most Rewarding Casino 👑 on: June 17, 2021, 10:53:55 PM
For sure that was aeroh because I cant see him on the leaderboard as this guy is on the top rank and surprisingly there are lots of other big whales who are climbing on the ranks which wagering millions of dollars even just on a single day. Are these people have unlimited funds?

It seems they do really love to play on Rollbit and that's really an advantage when a good gambling site is good enough then it can really attract these big players to play and make them stay.
Money is limited, so no one can't have unlimited funds but there are lot of people other than the famous celebrities who have huge money which may not even be noticed by the researching platforms who post top rich individuals, so they are lacking ways to spend their earnings and they choose gambling as one of the platforms to spend them but it's their own choice to spend and no one is forcing them to do wager the money on specific sites.
Let's just say they just want to entertain their selves that's why they to gamble it's not like they love to gamble anyway. Some people are under on too much pressure or stressed and they have their own choice to choose which one they love to do to lessen the pressure. And gambling anyway is a good way to relieve if a person doesn't have a friends nearby to talk to.

Some people do choose to unwind in the beach but I guess that doesn't work either for them so they headed their way to casino. And since we are still in a pandemic lots of rich people could gamble online.
2879  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Netflix's Money, Explained: E04 Gambling on: June 17, 2021, 03:24:23 PM
It's like a pay to win tricks thus, this is where the saying goes as gambling is for entertainment purposes only and people would be spending a lot of money make them stay at the top while they display who's or what are the benefits they could get they entice a potential gamblers to reach the top rank. People would be eager to spend more money to climb up the rank but little did they know it's the trick of the casino how to hook a potential gamblers. Once they knew you are a potential gamblers they always have their eyes on you.

2880  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Lending Against Your Bitcoin on: June 17, 2021, 02:38:11 PM
Just like what other's said it's a risky proposition to lend your own bitcoin to others. Just like fiat it may be safe if you have the personal information of the person and he/she is with the same country as you are but when it do comes to crypto currency everyone can be a potential customer but your only problem is do you know this person in real life or do you have their personal information so that you can easily trace them back where they belong.

It would be better if you will just wait for the bull run than trust your bitcoin to someone because you thought they could pay you in the future but lots of lenders are running away already because they can't pay or they just don't want to pay and it's a hustle.
