There's always that risk. This risk is not just with FUN tokens but with any altcoin anyone buys.
Over a period if the price of altcoin drops in BTC pair then he would probably lose a significant portion of his gains.
I remember seeing FUN token at 120 Sats and I was gonna buy some but I couldn't since I didn't have enough money at that time.

30k satoshi isn't so high. Freebitco have made the perfect rules here. Have you thought about the fee of deposits? 10 times deposit will have 10× more fee. 30k satoshi deposit requirement to get 10 free spin is reasonable. Perhaps, user have invested dust amount before and freebitco has made this change to reduce those dust attacks.

Most probably some maintenance. It has happened before, close to a year back IIRC.

When there is a maintenance there should be some sort of notification about it as well, that much I do agree with. However if it is a small one that is not a giant change then there isn't a need to notify people at all times, sometimes you just clear some stuff up and that doesn't require anything, it is just few hours at most and then you are back to normal.

Freebitco.in however is doing this fun token thing a bit differently than any other place I have seen and that is the thing I was worried, they always make a change on how it is and what you can do etc, and I was hoping maybe there would be some changes on it once again, because the price is not really as high as we hoped. In any other case, reward points seems to be higher than usual, I checked and there is no extra reward point promotion going on, was there a fundamental change or is it my fun token number impacting it? I am not sure but I like it and I hope it keeps up.

Seems like a reasonable offer considering its not that hard for a 5000 sat or similar prize to come up though you should not expect it and that easily covers most fees.   The reason why its not such a bad idea is we already fell into what is close to a reasonable long term buying area.  I had the idea a while back that 30 to 20k should it occur would be a value area to buy into rather then have any bias towards selling, so a deposit bonus seems good timing to me.  Depends on how you manage your own holding and deposit of BTC vs usage and any gambling etc. Im more biased towards retaining rather then at 65k area it was a nice price to sell even if reluctant to do so.

Last time we ran it when fees were lower than before we got a lot of abuse with people breaking their deposits up into dust. Like sending 100,000 sats as 1000 Sats 100 times. It isn't just the free spins they are getting but we also can't spend the dust deposits for less than 20% of the value.

I am more concerned about them deconsolidating our wallets. Many were withdrawing usable coin from our hot wallet just to send them back as dust inputs we can't spend cluttering up the deposit wallet.

I myself is still confused on what purpose does the FUN token but just like you said buying FUN token is to avail their premium services of freebitco.in
If FUN token would be useful in the future there might be a potential investors about it and from what I have researched, FUN token was meant for gambling and playing purposes and I have seen a similarity of it to the BNB.
Binance coin is definitely making a huge hit ever since it was released to public. FUN token might be useful in the future that would follow what the binance coin did.
